Visited D&S Truck Service for a routine oil change, but the experience was far from satisfactory. While the oil change itself seemed fine, I was shocked when I received the final bill—it was significantly higher than usual cost. Got charged $992.61 While the staff was polite, the lack of clear communication about pricing left a bad impression. I expect businesses to respect their customers and provide upfront, honest pricing. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return or recommend their services to others.
Called them for coolant leak, they took the truck the same moment i arrived. Fixed in 1 hour. Really nice guys. Call and talk with Stephen, dont waste time waiting on TA for hours..
Horrible place. Very high prices for parts and work. Unqualified staff. Just awful. I do not recommend.

This is our first experience with D&S. I’d have to say that we’d definitely go back. I normally don’t use shops around that area so I stumbled on D&S. Right after I called them, they sent someone to recover the truck, then found the issue within a few hours. It ended up being a blown rear end. They were able to fix it within a week and perform a few other tasks considering it was around the holiday. Great communication with the shop is always a big plus and friendly customer service at the front desk. You can always tell of a good shop when they’re in good moods. It tells you they’re not used to arguing with the customers .
All too expensive and liers, not fixred our truck anyway charged over $1000.
I was having issues with my fifth wheel and these guys fix it in less than thirty minutes, if you have any issues with your semi truck and trailer come see these guys.

Over 3 hours waiting on them, never call me, did not answer my calls or even showed up! Never again if i need it, was the coldest days and they didn t care!

Called to inquire about a used tire for my tractor trailer, not only they had the tire they also were able to work me in right away to install it and at a very affordable price. I d definitely recommend calling these guys over the TA down the road for truck tires and service.
I blew a trailer tire coming down i84, it was on a Sunday and this place was open and had good reviews. I called up explaining that I was running out of time and needed two tires to be replaced on my trailer. They sent Jonathan out who arrived within the hour, had both tires changed, Jonathan had a great attitude and seems proficient in his work. I would highly recommend d&s truck service again
