Brought my car here after sustaining front end damage to my car from a deer strike. The employees were all incredibly friendly and professional. They walked me through the process step by step and maintained constant communication with me providing me with updates along the way. Had a very bad scratch on a brand new vehicle. I went to carstar for an estimate for the repair. They took my vehicle in right away. I waited for 30 minutes and upon receiving the vehicle back. It looked brand new. Photos of before and after are attached. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too. I’ll be referring friends and family for future business.

DO NOT GO HERE! If your car gets towed there, you better pray its not on a Friday night because they will charge you for keeping your car in the lot DESPITE BEING CLOSED. I paid $750 to get my car off of their lot after getting to an accident on a Friday night, WHEN THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED. If that wasn t enough, they tried to say I was drunk even though I HYDROPLANED ON AN ICEY NIGHT, and insisted I must have been drunk until the cop ASSURED them I was not. I imagine they charge you an extra fee if you are drunk which is ILLEGAL. I tried to get my money back for the days they were closed and they kept shoving us off, never calling back, until finally we just gave up. This is a racket - a corrupt garage that uses people like me to pay for their big fancy garage. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THESE CHEATERS. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I did not have a good experience with Carstar. Car star provided 2 different estimates with different amounts which ended up causing supplements which ultimately delayed the return of my car. A minor repair of scratches ( no parts replacement)which should have been completed in 2-3 days took more than 1 week. I had to make multiple calls and emails so that my car could be released.

This place is amazing!! A tree fell on our car a few weeks ago, and the people at Carstar went above and beyond, not only fixing and repairing the car, but cleaning it inside and out and making it look good as new! And we have two young kids so the car was REALLY dirty. I would never wish for car damage, but in this case, our car came back much nicer than it was before. The customer service was great, communication was clear, and the overall experience was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend!!!

My car was towed there by Geico. I went to tell them the issues. The day I got there to talk they never told me they were not mechanics. They just wanted me to sign. They never shared the estimate with me before they started repairs. They started working on the car before I saw what was wrong. So they fixed a dent on what will become a paper weight. Stay away they just want to get paid and send u on your way. Not a fair shop.
It was our second time needing to bring our car in for body work and once again Carstar Spectrum Auto Cortlandt did not disappoint! Due to a Hit & Run side swipe while parked that caused so much damage that the car was not drive-able, we immediately brought it in for repair. Although the ownership had changed since our previous incident, Elias and his team still provided the same topnotch service we remembered. They once again worked directly with our insurance company and went out of their way to find all the parts needed. We drove out with a car that looked brand new! Thank you!

I will never recommend this place to my worst friends. They say one thing and mean another (lied). I had to go back several times to resolve issues that they missed and the ones they created. It was a very bad experience. I have attached some pictures to this post for your view.
I had a wonderful experience with Spectrum Auto Cortlandt. The work they did on my Mercedes 2022 Truck was very impressive. I came to know the facility is under new management and they have done a tremendous job renovating the entire facility. Their customer service truly sets the bar for the Auto industry. I initially spoke with Elias who was great. He wanted to see what he could do without having to cost alot. I had a ton of scratches on my driver side rear door I couldnt imagine how they got there. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning I had it back by the afternoon they did an excellent job buffing out the scratches without me having to spend a fortune on painting the door. My car looks like brand new I would highly recommend these people to anybody. Great work and great customer service.

I recently hit the bumper of my new car pulling into my garage. I was extremely upset considering the car has 1000 Miles on it. We were referred to Cortlandt Collision by our insurance company and after meeting Walter he immediately put my mind at ease. He explained everything to me and promised it will look as good as new. Well I picked up the car today and he was right!!! The car looks fantastic and I could not be happier. What an amazing job . I want to thank Walter and all the fellas at Cortland Collision. Hopefully I wont be needing you guys again anytime soon I will recommend you guys to all I know!!
