This company is the worse company ever I was in td bank trying to take money out came back out sat in my car calling td because they locked my card and some was in parking lot saw me coming out the bank and hooked my car and scratch it I came out yelling at her and asked her what the hell she s doing she said I m doing my job I said I m Ted customer you saw me coming out Then I said I m calling the cops and she took off she wouldn t even wait for the cops

9/21/2024 I encountered a bit of a car problem while attending a car cruise at Brooks BBQ in Oneonta, NY today. Decided it was best NOT to attempt to drive back home ..so,I called AAA for a flatbed ride home! AAA assigned C.A.R.S.Towing & Recovery to help me. I was lucky to have Jim come to my rescue! My wait tyme was minimal, Jim was kind, polite, professional, and had my injured car safely secured & up on that mobile silver platter in no tyme at all ! My car was safely delivered back home to Frankfort NY with no further problems. I just want to SINCERELY thank JIM and the gang at CARS for being there for me in my tyme of need! And for a job well done!! I strongly recommend C.A.R.S.Towing & Recovery to any and EVERY one!! They are Simply The Best!!!

Great towing company

While at a local gas station stranded in the middle of the night with loose lug nuts & nothing to tighten them with CARS was so generous to get their tools out to help free of charge. They were very friendly & quick to help so we could get home after a long trip from FL.

On an unlucky day we used this group not once, but twice, for towing. They were incredibly kind and helpful in a tough situation. We are grateful they allowed two passengers to accompany the car as there were no other travel options in the area. Highly recommend!

Great professional service. I used AAA and they sent me these guys. Once they got a hold of me there was great communication and they got to me quickly. The tow driver Todd was a cool guy too. He was careful while hooking my car up to not cause any more damage that was already there and seemed to enjoy his job and had a good attitude. Obviously I hope to never need to be towed again but I would use these guys again if I needed to.

I have used CARS more times than I can count. Brian and his crew are wonderful! Professional and courteous employees. Timely responses, even 40 miles away. Great communication. I use AAA and always request CARS when bad things happen to my vehicle.

Brian Dean provided excellent service and answered all my questions. Visiting Binghamton University from Nevada and woke up with a dead battery on a new rental truck. What a diamond in the rough! I called AAA to tow my car which was overheating. Todd called me to let me know he was on the way. He was very down to earth and friendly on the phone. When he got there, he hooked me right up, and we talked through the whole process. Its so nice to meet friendly, caring people in the tow industry! He was very careful with my car and made sure that he knew where I was bringing it. What a great experience!

Ver rude on the phone asked to get my car towed and they called me a liar about the height of my car and that I didnt have AAA. Didnt give me any warning that they werent coming and left me stranded.

Humbled because I got my truck stuck. The owner and his daughter show up with what I would consider the cleanest, most well-kept, tow truck I have ever seen. (Show truck) Kinda made me feel special even though I was mad at myself. They were prompt with time and reasonably priced.

They answered all of my questions, quickly scheduled my tow and left me with no concerns driving off with my vehicle to deliver it to its destination. Jim Dean was the operator who performed the tow and was very respectful and treated our old 04 dodge dakota the same way you would treat a $100k showroom car. Tow driver was super friendly, fast, and kind for the situation I found myself in. He met me on a weekend in the middle of nowhere, in the snow, where three tows had denied coming. He helped my sister get her car out as well, as shed gotten it stuck in the snow while trying to pick me up. My car was then stow and towed safely to the correct location it needed to be in an entirely different state. Promptly delivered on the day they said it would be, even sent a text when completed. Cant thank this company enough. 20/10.

I use my car for work and drive 65 + miles a day....no matter what the weather, or time of day, I know I can count on Brian and CARS to take care of any help I need. Flat tires, tows, jump starts you name it... I have called them to help others who have broken down in the area too!!!

I was in an accident recently and a nice person passing by went and got Brian. When Brian got to the accident he was the first person to arrive and I was near panick. He called the police for me and reported the accident. He was able to explain the entire process to me. Overall Brian and the people that he had on scene to help him with my car made the entire ordeal much easier for me! I will use them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.
