This is one of my favorite companies to work with as a home owner. All the employees are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything runs very well. They have done HVAC maintenance for three years and everytime I am so impressed. This is clearly an old school family run business where they take their reputation seriously and only work with people who they know well. They renovated the attic with full sealing foam where needed, insulation and updated platforms near the units. Once again everything was great. When I noticed some small punctures in the ceiling of the closet from the workmens tools puncturing the drywall from inside the attic I called and the project manager asked me where and to send a pic which I did. The next day we looked inside the closet and you couldnt even see where they were - they had already made the repair and it was perfectly blended into the background. That is NOT a criticism at all. I do not consider it a problem that someone put their tool down while working on a 2 day project. The way it was handled was reassuring and super professional. The attic renovations saved money in the winter as expected with a $6,000 rebate from NYS because Innovative Air hurried and packed their schedule to make the deadline. (Afterwards the rebate went down to $4,000.) They arranged and submitted all the paperwork and everything went off without a hitch. Good luck getting your money back from NYS without professionals who know what theyre doing. I really trust these people. They are not cheap but they are not the most expensive either. Theyre well trained good people who take pride in their work and deserve to be well compensated for maintaining your most impatient asset in top condition. Its a relief to know I can trust them.

Bryan, 1 of the Senior PMs, worked with me in planning out and completing a full replacement of my central air unit and roof condenser because my old unit just was not heating or cooling my place effectively at all. I called other companies, including Petro, and no one would consider helping me until at least April, but Innovative is available all year-round. They addressed all of my heating and cooling concerns, solved an issue I had with cold spots in my place, and the new unit is much more energy efficient. Bryan followed through with the installation team to make sure everything was completed correctly. Everyone was promptly on time and in 2 days, my new unit was up and running and now my place feels so much better. The installation team was very respectful of my place, putting down cloth to protect my floors and furniture, and even vacuumed upon completion of the job. I highly recommend this company for anyones heating and/or cooling needs. Also, Antonio, 1 of the techs, visited me earlier last year to help evaluate my old unit, he was very helpful, polite, on-time, and tuned up my old air unit better for the winter. Highly recommended. Also, Mark really helped me out today with a drainage problem, and informed me of all my options moving forward, he was professional and informative.

Fantastic attic insulation work by this team. They were fast, clean, professional, and communicated clearly on progress. The price was great and I m already seeing benefits in my energy usage.

Thank you John, Joseph, Carlos and team for doing such an incredible job installing cellulose insulation in our attic! They cleaned out our old insulation, took out an unworking whole house fan, did air sealing, added an insulation cover to the attic door and added new cellulose. They also proactively helped us reconfigure a poorly-planned vent system, proposing a solution, adding new ducts and even coming back to connect the ducts to the new vents after the actual insulation job was complete. They were professional, communicative, made sure we understood what was happening at every step, and even ended a day ahead of schedule. They also take care of filing the ConEd rebate paperwork.

Wonderful experience - our house is properly insulated now and the team did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy during and after the work. John was really great at keeping us coordinating all of the paperwork and scheduling - I would definitely use them again!
