This was hands down the worst service I have ever had. This guy does not answer his phone when you call him and then proceeded to tell my I am annoying him by phoning to find out what was going on. I took my car for electrical help. He was unable to find parts he needed so I had to find the parts myself and when I dropped the parts off it took 3 days for it to be installed after my car still wasn t fixed. I went to pick up my can and waited 4 hours for them to fix a problem with the brakes that wasn t even a problem when I dropped the car off. Be wise with who you let work on your car this guy took me for a ride.

Dont trust this guy. He kept my car for over a year and let inspection sticker expire. I paid hundreds in parking tickets. He never answers his phone. I went there a year later and couldnt find my car on any of the streets he claimed he parked it on. Garage that he claims to work in wont even acknowledge that they know him. I am filing a police report soon. I think he sold my car or stripped it for parts. Beware of this con artist

WARNING WARNING WARNING Please people dont have this guy work on your vehicle. He is a big con artist. Look at all the bad reviews of unsatisfied and angry customers. They cant all be wrong. I noticed he always reply to defend himself but they are all lies. Funny how he doesnt pickup his phone but he can come on google to reply to negative reviews. I personally have had horrible experiences with him. He doesnt work for the garage. He parked my vehicle on the street. He cant be found when he holds your vehicle for months. Save yourself the head and find a real mechanic with a legit garage

This place is absolutely amazing. Lewis (the owner) is so helpful and knowledgeable! He programmed my first key for the car when the old one got lost. Almost 2 years later I came back to him because the Mercedes dealership sold me a non working brand new key. He quickly figured out all the problems and got the key to work with the intended keyless go features! Dealership took no responsibility for their mistake and quoted me 1500$ for a new EIS system for the car while Lewis solved all of my problems for a fraction of the cost! Pleasure doing business with you!

I was furious that the dealer charged me over 800 dollars for a replacement cluster that you would think spending that much money they would have it preprogrammed but that wasn t the case so I searched around after taking my part & came across autogadgets nyc who actually answered my phone during after hours I spoke with Luis & literally the next day I meet up with him & he fixed all my electrical problems in an hour. I originally called Lewis for 2 cars, one no start, the other rough.. he did his diagnostic tests and within a short time he fixed the first one.. started right up, but he was not happy with the way it ran, so he made it perfect.. long story short, I collect mercedes and he fixed the ones I had even the most minor issue with!! Highly recommend if you want a quality service and a reasonable price! Showed up and communicated throughout the entire process.. I look forward to having an issue with a car I get just so I can get him back again!

Lewis was a great help. He got me a functioning key quickly and even showed me a video so there was no doubt that the item worked. Even after he made me the key because of a car issue my key was not turning and he advised me through that process. Eventually I found a faulty fuse after Lewiss guidance and my car is started. My 2007 Audi Q7 MMI was not working and the screen was not functioning. I took it to a previous audio repair shop and they did not install the replacement screen properly. I needed to add Bluetooth functionality to a 2007 Audi A8L that I bought on eBay because despite the awesomeness of the car, it was severely lacking in entertainment. A thorough search yielded not many people handle this car because of its complicated electrical and electronic engineering. Luckily I found Lewis on a YouTube video of a demo he installed in a similar car online. I called him up, setup an appointment, and deposited the car in his care to perform the installation. During the course of the installation he uncovered several problems with the electricals of the car and some cosmetic which he graciously fixed pro Bono. He was able to give me money saving tips and I can assure you that an independent mechanic would have charged me at least 5k or more for the outstanding work Lewis did for a fraction of the cost. He has a good standing with the dealerships which he can leverage to get you a lower price and is very patient with your questions. He restored nearly 95% of the former glory of the car and all because he loves the Audis. Now this is a genuine mechanic and as the old adage goes - good mechanics and doctors are keepers. Needless to say, hes got a customer in me as long as I own an Audi.

The man is very irresponsible I brought a cluster over from a salvage vehicle we were repairing I drove 1 hour from New Jersey when I get there the shop attendant called him he said he would be one hour I waited 2 hours the shop attendant calls him again he said he was still busy and that he did not know how long he was going to take so I let him know I was not happy and that I was leaving and he lied and said he told me he was waiting for me at 9am when he clearly send me a screenshot of his business hours this guy is unreliable and he s a scam

Great service, worth every dollar. He pinpointed the exact problem will my vehicle. Every other mechanic kept telling me to purchase a fuel pump after I had two installed prior and my fuel gauge was still not working. He gave me the correct answer which was the prior mechanics installed the pump wrong.

I took a chance on pursuing service from this company and I have to admit that prior to receiving the service I was skeptical, but when I arrived and met the staff, I could tell he was very knowlegible about what he does. Also the customer service he provided me was stellar. Not only did he worked overtime until the job was done, but he also assisted me with transportation. He was very patient with me and he made me feel comfortable because he had everything under control. If I had to sum it up, the owner of this company is Good People and I plan on recommending him to everyone I know thats interested in the kind of work he does. Hes fair and on point.
