I have to let you all know about the wonderful experience I had working with Pozzies Automotive Refinishing in Munnsville, NY. My car is three years old and when I picked it up it looked like I just bought it off showroom floor! The paint job and every small detail revealed the meticulous and careful work that went into it. The car was completely cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. It most certainly was not when I dropped it off. Insurance only gives a few days of rental car coverage. When they needed a little more time to finish they took it upon themselves to contact the insurance and rental car companies. They volunteered to take that task on which was such a huge relief for me. I could go on and on of how pleased I am. If you want over the top quality work and customer service POZZIES is where you need to be. My mom wrote this review and I posted it for her (she is technology challenged)
I take my vehicles to Pozzie's because I want them to be fixed the correct way. I have never had 1 issue with the quality, professionalism, or terms of the repair. Tom, Diane, and the crew are top notch.
If I could give zero stars I would. They beat around the bush lie about the work they do that hasn’t even been done yet. From all appearances once you get down to the nitty gritty they get defensive and seem to be moving money around to cover their losses from the convicted tax fraud fine they received of almost 400k usd. Don’t even send someone you hate here… not even they deserve it.
You think no one will care about your car as much as you do, until you go to Pozzie’s! After hitting a deer, Tom and Diane got me in right away and had my car all fixed up within the month. They always answer the phone, and answered all my questions. They don’t cut corners and it completely shows in their work. And they even detailed and waxed my car before I picked it up - it was such a kind gesture and amazing surprise. My whole family has trusted Pozzie’s with their cars as well. They are the best!
It's impossible to find anyone better, + they treat you like family! Tom doesn't want to let anyone down ,so if you have to wait for the best then do so! I've had Mercedes, BMW, Vets + my 22 year old IS 300 lexus that looks like it's right off the showroom thanks to them! Treat them with respect! Ty Gigi
Thank you so much for everything you have done! Took about a week to get my car fixed in no time, great help with the set up for a rental. I definitely recommend their services, friendly staff that would talk with you and explain everything that's going on in detail. From pulling out the dents and replacing my door with an alignment can't even tell the car got hit, they even offered a little touch up thank you again!! Before and after pictures below.
While on vacation my Motorhome had some issues and I needed a tow about 15mi back to Oneida on the 4th of July. Thank you to Thomas and your Co worker, I believe his name was Paul not sure but these guys did a great job finding me a mechanic that found the problem and got me in and out the next day so I can be on schedule with my vacation. I've kept their card and I will call them again as needed during my travels. My vacation turned out to be one of the most memorable and I thank you for all your help. Very friendly and dedicated service. I had a chance to stop at the collision shop after my van was repaired and the crew here works with dedication and care. Great Job!
Everyone at the shop was wonderful to work with. They were very helpful, even had day rental delivered to my job for me. I got my car back brand new in 1 week even with multiple new parts replaced.

Update fall 2024-My car had to go in again and once more was returned to me in perfect condition-pozzies is the best of the best. Once more, THANK YOU 4yrs ago-Goes above and beyond. Our used Subaru came out immaculate after getting scraped along the entire drivers side. The shop is spotless and owner goes out of his way to make sure the customers experience is positive. Pretty good work but I was told it was done when it wasnt and had to go back. I gave them my card number to pay for the work and had to remind them to charge me for the work. Poor communication and unorganized.

Wonderful family owned shop. Tom and Diane were so helpful! The paint job was a direct match, and they even cleaned up some shoddy work wed had done prior. Add on a full interior clean and exterior wash for the A+++

This is where you want to bring your car. This sounds like such a cliche, but my vehicle looked better than when I first had it. They worked on my 2011 Toyota Camry and it was a total loss. I trusted their quoted price which was way lower than what the insurance company thought it would cost, and they stood by their estimate and fixed everything. On top of that, they detailed the vehicle and (if you know these Toyotas) refinished the paint on the rest of the vehicle so that the new paint would match the old paint (which was extremely deteriorated beforehand). They went above and beyond. Bravo! They also were beyond accommodating with getting me my rental vehicle, literally to my door service. Youd be silly to bring your vehicle anywhere else.

Tom is a great local Family man that has built a reputation for outstanding bodywork and painting throughout CNY. His body of work includes showcars, custom build motorcycles, and 1,000s of insurance repair claims. Thats why when my step daughter got into an accident, Pozzies is where our vehicle went. His attention to detail as well as ability to work with both our and the other drivers insurance was top notch. He and his team did q fantastic job repairing her car and it was perfectly polished and drove straight as an arrow when we picked it up. So happy with our choice to work with Tom and His team

This is one of the best in the area. Mr. Pozzie is a true gentleman, more than happy to explain anything and answer all your questions. The work completed was amazing. My car looks as good as it did when i drove it off the lot. I was never made to feel like a hassle or a burden. I cant suggest anyone else in the area who will do as good a job as these folks. Thanks to them my car will go another 100,000.

Pozzies is the best by far, not only does he take care of your vehicle (the best body shop around), but he will actually take the time to talk with you. Allstate uses the phrase your in good hands (do not believe them) ... With Pozzie, you are most definitely in good hands. Great people, great shop (so very clean, you could eat off the floor), when your vehicle is finished it will be better than when you bought it!! This place really pays attention to detail and definitely takes care of their customers!! I can not say enough good words for Pozzies Automotive Refinishing. When you need them they are there for you.
