Fantastic experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda. She handled everything from the insurance claim to arranging my rental. They completed repairs ahead of schedule and they did a perfect job. My vehicle was detailed nicely. I hope I never need to use them, but if I were in another accident, Amanda at the Nassau Cole's would be my first call.
Amanda has been amazing to work with. It is obvious that she genuinely cares for her customers and their experience. It is rare to find this level of care and commitment now days, but am very thankful for my experience! Excellent service, cost friendly and on-time delivery! Both Brad & Colleen at the Nassau location not only kept me informed of the repair and painting of my vehicle during Dec 2023, but assisted in insuring my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about the quality of care and workmanship put into my vehicle by Cole's repair technicians and commend Todd for all his efforts in the detailing of my vehicle. Highly recommended. Had some damage to my front bumper. Brad quoted me, but then found an alternative option (purchase a new bumper) which saved me a few hundred dollars from the original quote. After the bumper arrived it took less than a week to get the car back. Bumper looks great and they even took the extra step of cleaning the interior of the car.
Outstanding. That is all I can say. This by far is the best repair shop in the area. The customer service, communication, attention to detail, and transparency was refreshing. Once my car repair was fixed they detailed my car beautifully. I can’t express enough how amazing this crew is at the garage. They are thorough and dedicated to their jobs. Please bring your car here if you want noteworthy service.
Brad and Colleen were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made sure that my car rental was extended because my insurance company didn’t. Brad went above and beyond working with my insurance company to correct the errors made by the very rude and arrogant insurance adjuster and submit payment so that my car could be released to me. Jets repaired my car after a nasty collision. They gave an honest estimate, were very punctual (they even finished a day early!), and communicated with me very well. They worked with the insurance company and made the experience so easy for me. Honestly, my car looks better than the day I bought it, both inside and out! I am so pleased with their work, I highly recommend this shop for any collision repair. They are genuine, honest, and do great work.

Coles is great. I m unsure of Josh s title but he went above and beyond fighting my insurance company for me. It was a huge hassle but I didn t have to deal with any of it. Great group of people at coles collision of Nassau.

After a suicidal deer hit a oncoming car and came of its hood into my car, I knew there was only one place to take it for repairs, Jets auto body worked with my insurance to get me back on the road as soon as possible. And what a job they did when I got the car back it looked like it came off the showroom floor. Inside and out spotless There is no question they do excellent work I would recommend them to anyone. Now if I can just keep the suicidal deer away from it........

The only way I could be happier is not having been hit in the first place! Jets was absolutely great to work with, and they took care of all the interaction with the insurance company over the estimate and necessary repairs. The car I got back has not looked this good, inside and out, since she was new (2016). Jets would Definitely Be My First Choice if I need such services again!
I knew from my first foot in the door that things were different at this auto body shop. A shop that calls you to remind you of the appt., that offers loaner cars, and gets things done on time, as promised! They delivered, and exceeded expectations, big time! Great job!

Took great care of me and my car! Needed to get some body work done (along with other things) and they did an amazing job! the car looks absolutely new, like never ever happened. Even cleaned the inside which was a nice touch. Had a rental I could use and everything! Unfortunately, I have the opportunity to add another review of the fantastic service, really fun and great people at Jets in Nassau. My car came to them crumpled and dirty and I picked it up sparkling clean, inside and out. It felt like I was driving a brand new car home! The people at Jets are lots of fun too! I cant say enough about the excellent service and experience I have gotten at Jets!
Ive never needed any type of autobody work done until recently after hitting as deer. I stopped by Jets for an estimate and my visit turned into a very smooth experience. They took care of all the details which made the inconvenience very convenient including a rental vehicle. In 4 days I had my own vehicle back and the shop did a great job repairing the damage. I would recommend Jets to anyone who needs auto body work done . Professional staff and repaired in a timely manner. Now if only the those deer stay in the woods instead of the roads!!
