After my car was rear ended in a no fault accident. I went to Acme Auto body shop, which was a Geico recommended shop. They gave a quote which was so high that Geico called the car a total loss. I later went to Cross town auto body, no believing their quote, and the Cross auto body customer service was great, no only they fixed my car, they did it for literally half the price while still giving ne new parts from the dealership. They also fixed an unrelated minor damage on my front bumper for free! Honestly I had given up hopes on retaining the car, but Cross town not only saved it, made it affordable and painted the whole car and now it looks new. They also gave me a lift-time warranty. I have been driving the car with no issues. I cannot recommend them enough. Consider going there, specifically if you get a unreasonably high quote elsewhere

This is one of the best shops around central Jersey. Quality of craftsman and detailed to perfection. I love the job these guys do. Manny is very good and take care of the customers. I will recommend this place anytime. Try them and you will see for yourself.

Cross Town Auto Body was recommended to me after my car was damaged by hitting a deer. The car insurance rep who appraised the damage recommended them and I was very pleased with their work. Although the job took a little longer than originally stated, Manny explained how they were having trouble locating the parts they needed. He was very kind and respectful but also professional and delivered the car right to my door himself when it was completed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing autobody work.

Called him in the morning, started off by saying i can come in, then started telling me theres no aftermarket support for my car, and that the parts are going to be very expensive, then i told him Thats not true and i have purchased the parts before and he doubled down and kept spewing lies about my car. Very condescending. Based on reviews it sounds like maybe this is just over the phone but i dont know why thered be such a stark difference.

Frank and Manny are wonderful. They always give fair prices and the job gets done on time. You wont be disappointed.

Manny was extremely helpful during my time of trouble. The wheels and tires on my car were stolen and had to get them replaced. Since I just moved to New Brunswick, some of my stuff was still in the car. Manny dropped off my stuff--which was very convenient. Cross Town Auto will do a complete job to complete satisfaction. I would recommend this place to anyone needing repairs or check ups.

I have used their services 3 times so far and have used another body shop before. Difference is that, owners Manny and Frank are very upfront and will explain you the whole process and how they will be fixing on the day you show it to them. They dont recommend short term or patch fix and do their best to fix the car the way it was before the accident.

The only silver lining in having a car accident is the pleasure of dealing with Frank and Manny to repair the vehicle. From handling insurance claims to swiftly repairing cars they are the best. Even though I dont live in New Brunswick anymore I still come back because I trust the job will be done right.

I bought my car a month ago, then the very next day I was involved in a hit and run that badly damage my vehicle. Thankfully there were no injuries, but I was crushed by the thought that the car I just purchased was ruined. Then my mechanic suggested I take it to Manny at Cross Town Auto in New Brunswick. So I did, and in just about 3 weeks I had my car back and it looked just as good as when I drove it off the lot! Manny went over all the damages with me and discussed the process and how long it would take from the beginning. Im an insurance agent so Im used to having to deal with less-than-honest mechanics, but the guys at Cross Town work with integrity and efficiency. Thanks guys!

Ive gone to Frank & Manny for years after being referred by someone else. Theyve been handling all my collision damage since 2 cars ago and its always perfect. Now I refer everyone to them. They are the nicest guys ever and go above and beyond every time.

Manny was extremely professional and helpful. As a broke college student it was nice to finally find someone not taking advantage and overcharging you. For the same job at a different shop I was being charged 75% more.

The process was as aggravation free as possible. They worked with the adjuster and in the end the car looked better than it did when it was new.

Moments ago I called this Body Shop hoping to schedule a time to have my vehicle brought in for an estimate on repairs needed. The conversation went almost exactly like this. Ring, ring, ring....Hello?, I respond and said hey how are you doing today The gentleman on the other line quickly responded almost irritated that he had to speak to me and said why are you calling and what do you want. I was so taken back by the condescending response that I said, you know what, I am no longer interested if you are going to respond to me in this way. He then said, you know what, dont you ever call back you jerkoff. If this body shop cant even be respectful in the way they start a call with someone who is interested in service I have no interest in giving the opportunity to earn my business. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone.

If anyone has the unfortunate experience of an accident, Cross Town Auto Body really is the place to go. Since this was my first auto accident and I didn t have collision insurance, I had shopped around to many different vendors in the area to get a quote. Manny compassionately takes the time to walk you through the process and will treat you like family. The team at Cross Town really did an excellent job restoring my front end after a fender bender. For the price, he gave me a new bumper, headlights, grill, windshield fluid tank, paint job, and even vacuumed the car. (You d swear the car looks better now than it did before the accident.) Manny also picked me up and dropped me off when it was time to get the car from the shop. Cross Town Auto gets five stars for both service and a stellar end product.

Cross Town went above and beyond my expectations. My car was repaired in a timely manner and it came back to me looking better than when I had bought it. The repair work and attention to detail was exceptional and they kept in constant communication with me about the progress. I will definitely be returning for any future car needs in the New Brunswick area!
