I don’t wish for anyone to get into a motor vehicle accident but if you do I highly recommend Mikes Auto Body in New Brunswick there professional courtesy and customer service was amazing as well as the work that was performed on my car. They kept me posted with a weekly updates and completed the job as scheduled.Thank you for the wonderful service and keep up the amazing work.
RUN away from this place. They will replace the parts just to make more money even if they are working or nothing is wrong. This is my second posting on this shop. My experience was anything but frustration. Originally the estimated cost of repair was about $5000 which was in line with other estimates. Like others they said may be slightly different after they take it apar. First they said after the adjusters review they can give me an estimate when to finish. I even gave them a deposit so that they can get most parts ahead of time. It took them two weeks after the adjusters visit to finalize their invoice to over $9000. After approval of the payment by the insurance spoke to Ed who gave me a completion date as Dec 12 which was 8 days after they got the money. The job was never done, I called the day to pick up. they said it is scheduled to be delivered on Jan 12. I was so frustrated, Millie then said she would be talking with Eder to see if they can make it possible for earlier. Well I stopped sometime later just to see my car. Ed the owner was there, he showed me the car which was completed, when I questioned him, he said they were waiting for the insurance company to issue another check because they found another problem. I came after the insurance company approved it. I opened the hood and realized that they have changed the frame that had no damage. I told hit the pictures do not show any damage he said needed to be change and confronted me that I was accusing them cheating. I am attaching the picture here. This is the damage that took them 2 months to finish. Also marked part has been changed on both sides which have nothing to do with the accident. When I asked to get the parts Ed said he did not know if they still have them as they are sent for recycling. Long Story Short. Run away from them, find someone else for a better experience.
I had Mike's auto body work on my car just last week on Wednesday and the car was ready by yesterday. The work was done expertly and completed as an excellent job even the color matches perfectly with no differences in shading. Throughout the repair, I was kept informed on the work and also received pictures along the way. Out of the many repairs I've done with previous cars at different locations, I will definitely recommend Mike's Auto Body. Thank you and I appreciate the work
My insurance company let me know of this place, and I'm so happy they did. The owner and his wife are so nice and sweet, they both know what they're doing and are very easy to work with. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. They also finished the job 2 days early! And my car looks even better than when I first got it a couple of years ago. Great people, great service, definitely choose them for anything you need.

My insurance company set up an appointment here for an inspection after an accident. Once I arrive Im told they cant help me because the parts are hard to come by. Why did insurance have this place in THEIR list when they cant provide the service?

Ed and Millie really did not want to answer too many questions and seemed to be offensive. Ive decided not to do business with this company and will let my insurance company know about my experience. It was disappointing.
If you want your car to be done in a timely manner this is your last stop. They tell you something and once they have the control of your car then make you run around. I even spoke to owner Ed after the staff failed deliver the car on a day that they said will be ready. The owner said it was the insurance. My suspicion is that they were trying to maximize the payment and made the works stall. Then after the insurance approved the the owner said they will deliver it in a week. When I called they sent me pictures that the car was sitting in the shop. It has been another week and now they are telling me I texted me that it was going to be delivered in another two weeks. I did not approve the text and did not see their text. The shop looks trustworthy place but they have no problem giving you false promises. Just find better place if you want stay away from frustrations.

A few years ago when my husband hit a deer, they did a great job reparing his truck but more than that, a couple weeks ago when we had a question about it (2 years later) they were so nice about everything and even took a look at it for us. Nothing was actually wrong in the end and we had just thought a piece that didnt exist was missing. Even after it was clear we accidently wasted their time, they were so helpful and kind about it all.
Ed and his team have been helping me and my family for years. They are friendly and do quality work. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. Ed did right when my insurance company tried to cheap out on a fix so I trust his honesty and it shows in their customer service.
I cant come in yet I will see you next week it busy time for my son and I can leave the car no rental
I have been going to Mikes for years. The whole staff is professional, honest, reliable, knowledgeable. They do really good work. I have been to other places where they try to cut corners. Not Mikes. They do it right the first time. Only place Ill go to have my work done!

Highly unprofessional and the worst place to get your car fixed. I was told they are going to use all genuine Honda parts on my brand new Honda Civic which they dont now eventually blame the insurance company for putting after market parts .. Absolutely do not recommend this place for any Honda owner . They will give an excuse of fine prints on documents you sign. Zero stars ..
Their staff is first class when it comes to courtesy and efficiency. My repair from day 1 through completion was effortless. They work with local rental car companies which takes the additional hassle and stress out of the equation. Their work is outstanding, and they gave updates with photos throughout the repair process. Working with Mike s Auto Body to have my car repaired was a great experience. My car looked brand new after the repairs. The quality of their work was impeccable, but what sets them apart is their customer service. Everyone in the office was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Absolutely love this place! Everyone was really friendly and the did an awesome job on my car! From start to finish, the process was great! Turnover time was about a week to smooth out dents and repaint some damage I had on my passenger back door. They even cleaned the inside which was a nice surprise! Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their car!

Ive had the misfortune of needing Mikes Autobodys services a few times in the few years Ive been driving. Every time Ive had to bring my car in for repairs they were polite and professional.
