These guys were great in the sense that they were flexible on their pricing, but I’m pretty disappointed overall with the work. The glass is fine, but on install the guy must have chipped into my dashboard and A pillars at least 10 times, you can clearly see cut lines into the pillars and dents and chips into the dash. The cowl wasn’t put back properly and I had to force it back into place around where it meets the fender. It also looks like the seal is a little bent towards the top of the windshield. On top of all this, the installer left his tool on the ground after he left and when I went to drive the car, it punctured my tire. Now, the guy was nice enough to come back and plug it for me, which I do appreciate - but still sucks to have a hole in my tire now, even if it is plugged, because it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Just wanted to be honest about it all so others know what they’re getting into beforehand.
Prompt response and their price was $200 less than Safelite’s quote! Both the woman who confirmed my appointment and the tech who came out were great. Thank you!
The window for the appointment was way, way too big. Between 8am and 6pm. Give me a break. The cable company does better than that. I won’t be using you again

Auto Glass Now did a phenomenal job replacing my windshield. I had zero issues with my vehicle afterwards, which is great considering I also have the Subaru Eyesight system. When people say it's the small things that count, I agree entirely because they took care of my stickers and adhesive Velcro for my EZPass. They were also an absolute pleasure when addressing any questions I had on the phone or in person.
First of all, I have to say that the service provided by American Mobile Glass was top-notch. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The technician who replaced my windshield was professional and courteous, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The quality of the replacement windshield itself was also impressive. It was a perfect fit for my BMW X5, and it looked just as good as the original windshield. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by American Mobile Glass. Angelica who is in the front desk was very sweet and professional! She made what could have been a frustrating and inconvenient experience into one that was easy and stress-free. They came to my house and change the back window for over $100 less than safelite. It was for a Honda crv
Poor communication. Didnt show up multiple times and didnt reach out to let me know what was going on or to reschedule. They held me up for a week with no shows when I could have just went to another company and not been delayed. Dont waste your time with these guys

I called several other places that were closer and couldnt get anyone to even give me a quote (except for safelite that was way overpriced and wanted to double the truck charge to do 2 at once). 5 star all day every day
Service was excellent, on time, and done professionally. My only complaint is that as a business who places the major credit card stickers on their window should not charge a 2.5% fee to use such card. If they insist on charging this convenience fee, which in my opinion is nickel and diming customers, then they should clearly post this as to not suprise customers when the service is complete and it is time to pay. Also I do beleieve but may be wrong that when the card says debit on it they are not even allowed to charge this fee as per their merchant agreement. Wanted to give the 5 stars but was unable to due to the silly and unnecessary 2.5% suprise fee. Update: Owner personally reached out to me with a fair resolution and a very reasonable explanation of the reasons why things were done the way they were. To be personally contacted by the owner of a business in todays day and age is a breath of fresh air and speaks volumes of a business. Due to this I feel comfortable giving American Mobile Glass an updated 5 star review and will return with any of my auto glass needs

The car looks great. But everything else was completely unprofessional, would not use them again. Cant run credit/debit cards on the weekend, charge an extra 2% if you use a card to pay, charged more than I authorized to my card , everything was an issue

American Mobile Glass prices were reasonable, their service tech was prompt and quick to replace the windshield in my wifes car. After the replacement he advised me of what and what not to do with the car for the next 24hr with the new windshield just installed, I paid the agreed to price and the transaction was complete all within about 45mins Thank you again AMG!
