I was originally quoted $120 per axle to install brake pads on my Outback. When I got the bill it was $130/hr per axle; plus 'shop supplies'. I was told one thing & they did something else. However, they had two people installing the brake pads; it was done before I expected, and the quality of the work done was very good. Overall I will have to reconsider taking my car back there again.
If I could give zero stars I would! This past Friday my fiancé and I talked to one of the owners sons about purchasing 2 used tires for $30 each and $30 installation per tire. The son called the father and asked his dad and he was all for it and scheduled it for today 8/5//24 at 8AM. My fiancé gets there this morning and talks to the other son for the appointment and he says that his father changed his mind. So my fiancé explains that he just spoke to him on the phone this past Friday about it. So the guy went in and got his dad. He wouldn’t introduce himself to my fiancé or even shake his hand. All he said was I’m not splitting up the tires so do you want to buy all 4 or not. So my fiancé decided to go elsewhere for his tires! Very very poor customer service! Highly recommend going elsewhere where with your money and business!
Every time I have brought my car in they have diagnosed the issue correctly and then fixed it quickly and professionally. Highly recommmended.
Got a flat tire fixed which keeps leaking. Couldn't really go back here as they're not open on the weekends or past 5. Had to go to the dealer to get the flat patched up properly.
Love nimeys in Washington mills never been to the others. We had so many issues with my husband's car . they fixed it all. So far so good. Fingers crossed . so I have to give a 5 star . very honest people.
I have brought my car into Nimey’s several times and I have always received high quality professional service for a fair price. Even when busy and when I have come in without an appointment they have always gotten my car in the garage ASAP, and they are great about communicating while they work. Everyone needs a good mechanic they can trust and I highly recommend Nimey’s.
It was my first time working with them. My grill was supposed to be fixed. They did an amazing job. Communication, getting a quote, kindness of staff, convenience👏🏼 Plus, they washed my car when I went to pick it up! Way to go Nimey family👏🏼

I went here for a vehicle inspection. And they tried dragging another 30 dollars out of me and thirty minutes of my life because they wanted to go buy a rear whiper blade and charge me for installation. . There was a tiny one inch tear on the tip of my blade and it works fine . I wont be returning to this facility

I bought a 20 year old Ford Ranger a few into months ago. Love the little truck, got it for a good price from a guy in Virginia, but man was it dirty. Nimeys did such a great job with the detailing! Ithe can is actually a nice place to be now. Nice folks, great service.

First experience with Nimey s in Washington Mills and would highly recommend. I called Saturday morning to have them take a look at my turn signal and they got me in the same day! Great automotive service. Had them snow tyres put on for 2 consecutive years now without any issues. Owners Joe and Dan are extremely friendly and pleasant even over the phone; no back and forth phone calls just straightforward discounted pricing. The best and honest repair place around. I have tried some of the higher end / chain repair shops and none compare to Nimeys. They will NOT try to con or scare you into purchasing parts or repairs you do not need and if you have a question, they will tell it to you straight and in easy to understand terms.
