Non existant customer service...They sent the wrong size filters. Can't get through via phone, email or the contact us form on their website. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! ETA: the email address they included in their response bounces back too.. How about you contact me about order 47465. Don’t even think about it. They’re SCAMMERS!!! Two weeks ago I bought filters online and nobody responds to my calls or emails. They never sent the filters. Stay away!!! UPDATE: reply to Custom Filters Direct comment. I never received any email confirming shipping, I only got the one confirming my order, after that I haven’t received anything. I already checked the junk mail. I assume it’s too early to check the refund in my credit card…stay tuned FINAL UPDATE: they never returned the money. Poorly managed and they don’t do what they say. STAY AWAY!
