Work done was excellent but took almost a month to complete

This is my 2nd time allowing them to handle my repairs and I was satisfied both times. This time my vehicle was a stolen recovery and when I picked it up today my car looked brand new off the lot! They are very kind and professional! They have also repaired vehicles for my grandparents which is who referred me the first time. I highly recommend them!

Top notch workmanship I would recommend them to anyone I have a CTS V2014 coupe which had that was rear-ended to the tune of 8k plus when finished looked like factory.

The staff was very helpful and friendly; they kept me updated with the repair status while they had my vehicle; I was able to pickup my rental from their location when I dropped off my car; and return my rental to their location when I picked up my car. Most importantly; they did an awesome job on the repair! They rock AND they roll!!

Very impressed with the service I ve received over the years with my vehicles. The current vehicle took very long to complete but it was not Babbsco s fault. Had to order seat belts from the manufacturer which took many months to receive. Now that I have the car back it looks almost brand new. Would highly recommend this business.

I recently had some repair work done there and couldnt be more pleased. Great work, reasonable prices, and ready when promised. What more can you ask? After dealing with an assortment of collision shops over the years, I highly recommend choosing this business for quality repairs.

Had my parents car for 3+ weeks. Didnt even start fixing vehicle but 5 days prior to saying when it will be done. changed pick up date 3x!! THEN HAD TO KEEP OT LONGER why would you put your customer without a vehicle for 2 weeks + prior to even touching it !!

I was referred by my insurance company after my car was hit in a parking lot. Spoke to Becky who was very helpful in my time of stress and worry over my car. Handled everything very professionally and the work was performed in a timely manner. It felt seamless in how all I seemed to have to do was make one phone call and they handled the rest. There was so much glass in my car from the accident and they took care of it all, even cleaning out my reusable grocery bags to make sure my car was glass free. It was so meticulously cleaned even those bags were folded. You would never know my car had been hit and damaged so badly. Would highly recommend this business.

Babbsco is the only place I would take any of my cars. John and all the employee are professional, friendly, and always puts the customer first. I had an accident in Pittsburgh PA and had my car transferred back to the falls just so John and his crew could take care of my car. My whole family has use Babbsco. When my son was deployed he fix a window on his car practically for free. He help me baby my mini copper by painting the little nicks and giving me a little of the paint so I could do touch ups. My jeep I picked up today looks bran new. Thanks John and all your employees!

Car was stored until an insurance agent could evaluate the damage.

Professionally repaired my car to look like it should and they even went above and beyond and washed it and cleaned the interior. Let s face it with winter ending, the interior was a mess!!!

I went to Babbsco for collision work on my Rav4. I had filed a claim with my insurance and they worked with Babbsco to make it happen. We set up a date to begin work and they confirmed it a couple days beforehand. I dropped of my car and while they scheduled it for about a week, it was done in kless than 2 days. The paint match color is perfect and my car looks like new again.Definitely would recommend them.

Straight A A A A A.I dropped off my wifes Tahoe. Hertz was their to get me. John said it will be done in 10 days i said perfect. John called me 3 days ahead gave me a progress report said everything was on schedule. Today the office called me and said your Tahoe is being detailed and it will be ready in about 3 hours. I arrived and there it was All detailed and i looked to see if i could see any flaws and let me tell you it was absolutely perfect Thanks Ed and you have a great crew. Most unprofessional business on the face of the earth. Paint work is actually decent but the mechanical work is by far the worst. They have no clue what they are doing mechanically. After they were done milking my insurance company they actually tried to return my car with the check engine light on. My insurance company had to call and make them fix it which by the way the car never ran right after I got it back.when I called to ask them to fix this they suggested I go to another shop because they weren t capable of equipped to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE. I made sure to warn my insurance company about their practices so that they do not recommend this shop to future customers.

They repaired 2 trucks from work and did good job fast.

I wish you could give zero stars. Honestly, acted like they were too busy at the front desk, Or couldn t so much is be bothered to even come outside and look at the little bit of paint chipping on the front end of my car. Didn t really seem like they wanted the business, and that I, as a first-time customer, was unimportant, and not worthy of their time. Furthermore, the gentleman and woman at the front two desk spaces seemed annoyed that I had stopped in. Unbelievable. Follow up: What I thought it was going to just be a touch up paint job, turns out (because of the sheer number of little tiny chips of paint) I have to have the entire front bumper taken off the car, stripped and then repainted, with a custom color. This ends up being a $650 job (more if they have to paint the front side panels, to help blend the paints on them and make it looks seamless with the original paint on the hood) on my BMW. So, as a result of the way I was treated when I entered the store, (Probably because I m not what you expect to see when you think of a typical owner of a $50,000 BMW) I will be taking this job, AND any future business to Jocoy s Collision. INFINITELY more professional. Could Babsco really be making THAT much money, that they treat potentially lifelong customers that poorly? If anyone EVER asks about a collision shop, will absolutely steer them clear of this place. Oh, and clean up the mountain of literal trash in your parking lot, behind the fence. It, again, looks unprofessional- and I imagine attracts rats, mice and other rodents in the area. You have houses and restaurants near your building. Shameful.

Great place anything you need is a place to go

My vehicle went in for a cosmetic auto body touch up; 2 of the 4 spots were not done and there was a lot of over spray left on the vehicle. When I inquired I was told theyd speak with the tech who did it (pick up was his day off) to set up a follow up and never did. Im tired of hearing their receptionist tell me theyll have someone get back to me with no follow through.

The staff there showed genuine concern for my car being hit and the fact I had to drive it in the condition it was in. They fixed the car on the date they said it was going to be done . The car looked fantastic. Could never tell there was ever any damage. Soon after I initially arrived they guickly got my paperwork done,got my free rental car set and got my car in the shop. All that was done within a half an hour. Great place to go if you need work on your car done

Worst experience ever never called me with a update for the car called the mechanic 5 times never got a call back had the car for over a month and came back with overspray and chips in the hood then tried to blame it on me saying they didn t see it cuz the car was dirty lmao what a joke of a place
