I highly recommend Automan Sam! I had them put a new stereo in my Jeep Compass, along with tinting my two front windows and a sun strip. I love the stereo since it offers Apple Carplay! Very friendly, very straight forward, great business to go to!

Was quoted by my dealer to replace my cracked radio 2400 dollars. Automan Sam saved me almost 1700 dollars. Radio works great. My radio was cracked a few years back and was always quoted around 2000 dollars each year. Thank God I heard about him when my radio gave out. I recommend him to anyone.

Stopped in to get recommendations on a sub woofer set up in my 21 Silverado Trail Boss. Had my heart set on 2 - 12 inch subs under back seat. Auto man Sam recommended 2 - 8 inch subs and said trust me this set up will blow your mind . He was right it s an incredible set up! I called Automan Sam to help fix some speaker issues with my car. I could tell from the phone call that Sam is very knowledgeable and he understood what I was looking for. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a few options to go with. I felt comfortable enough to just let him do what he thought would be best. i love this place! my father went here to get a new touch screen radio installed and speakers and recommended him to us. my boyfriend went there to get his 2015 honda accord radio fixed after Remote Car Audio in Pittsfield told us that his radio was broken and we needed to spend 1,000$ for a new one. We went to sam for a second opinion and he told us that they never did a diagnosis or even took the radio out to see what was wrong and there was just a simple wiring issue he could fix that day. Without Sam we would ve been out over a grand, instead only paid $180 for 2 hours of labor. He even fixed the windshield wipers for us (they kept getting caught on the outside of the windshield) and cleaned up the old screen on the radio and shined it up! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs radio work!

ok L love this place I have been driving around for over a year with out a radio thinking I did not need one I soon got tired of that. I found these guys on a web search they were polite and fast and they are right in town I dropped my van off and within a hour they were done. Very clean in stall and the radio was all set up ready to go just needed to pair my phone Sam helped with that now I can answer my phone with out picking it up and stopping. life is good. Spent a $125 to get my BRAND NEW radio installed he installed it says my NEW radio doesn t work and wanted $90 to diagnose It this place is a joke they just want more money Services

I am so disappointed as I have read the re views and thought I would give him a try. When I went down to make the appointment, and to pay him. He wasn t friendly at all. Did not say hello, didn t have any small talk. We said the shop was nice and got no response. So brought my vehicle down and less than an hour he puts in my new stereo and guess what it doesn t work. How can that be? Ask him to check the fuse and he says it has to be evaluated and that will cost me $90 more, are you kidding me. I already paid $125 for you to put in and it doesn t work. And I hear people saying he wants to make his customers happy, well we are not happy. I would not recommend him and he has poor customer service.

Automan Sam installed a Sirius radio into my new Honda the week of February 7th,2022. It was a touch screen model. I had difficulties with the unit,because I am a Senior Dude and not very tech savvy. I called Sam and told him I was having problems operating the unit. He said no problem, bring it back on Friday and he will remedy the situation. He installed another unit with different control knobs. It worked perfect. I asked him what I owed. He said nothing extra. He wants his customers to be happy. I an very glad I shopped local. I was at first going to go to Best Buy which was a hundred miles away. When I saw his Shop in N.Adams, just miles away from me I decided to give the small business a chance. They delivered. I am happy I went there instead. The unit was installed very neatly. Give them a shot, you will be happy you did,like me. Thanks Sam
