I got my Honda car repaired for catalytic converter work (stolen catalytic converter) at this shop and after repair, car makes extremely louder noise compared to it used to prior to the incident. I called them once & also informed my insurance adjuster, but didn t too it further; just driving noisy car. Not happy.

Dropped off my 5 month old new truck after a rear end collision. Hoping to get it repaired back to new and the color matched perfectly I made an appointment to drop it off here. Employees were kind and courteous. Work quality is top notch. Kept informed about the status of the repair throughout. The team at Dennis & Don once again did an amazing job! I was devastated when my NEW 4 month old Ford Expedition suffered major front end damage after being rear ended. I figured that my vehicle would never be the same even after being repaired, was I wrong! They left no stone unturned, when I received my vehicle back it looked and drove like brand new! They kept me appraised during the repair process which included receipt of parts, repairs, painting, etc and updated me weekly as to the completion date. I am honestly shocked to see such good reviews here. I took my girlfriend s car here for an estimate and I was spoken to in a very fast, con-artist kind of way. Essentially I was told that i would have to pay 3000$ for a new paint job and they couldn t even fix the dents. I went to another place and the estimate was 2000$ and no nonsense about not being able to fix dents. What auto-body repair shop would even say something like that? It was strange.

My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received from Dennis & Dons. They did an incredible job fixing my car after it was hit, looks brand new! They had also cleaned the inside of my car and kept us up to date on the progress by sending texts. They were so nice as well, we HIGHLY recommend them!

I went here because a relative recommend me, i went to a bunch of places for an estimate to get painted and this place was by far the best place i went to. My car was done in 3 days, i got it back as soon as it was ready. The work was spotless, and i am overall so happy with results and the craftsmanship that was done! Very professional repair. Paint applied very nicely and great color match. Fenders and hood aligned perfectly. And when you open the hood there is no evidence of a repair having been done. Looks factory fresh. The way all collision repairs should be!

Last week my vehicle jeep compass had oil change problem. I really don t aware of this huge problem. When I starts the engine it displays that OIL PRESSURE LOW . I got confused and it s keeps on displaying every 5 min. Then I realized it gonna be a big issue. Actually I was on the way to EWR airport to drop off my friend and I was no idea what to do and I was on the road at route 130. Suddenly I found these Dennis & don s collision center. I parked and asked this to Mr. Dennis owner of the shop. Mann what kind of good heart he is .. he came and asked me to open the front engine door. Still I don t know what to call that. He checked and told if you run this engine in next few mile s definitely it would engine failure happens. Then he took one bottle of oil and filled and asked me to go Walmart buy oil and fill it, and he didn t charge me for the oil. See now a days it highly difficult to see such nice people. Mr. Dennis I promise you that hereafter definitely I will come to your shop if any problem happen to my car. Thanks

Great Family Business

Best body shop around! I thought my truck was totaled. They assured me that they could fix it and fix it right. They fixed my 2020 GMC and made it better than new!! I highly recommend this shop!

My car looks brand new...well from the back at least (the part they fixed). They literally held my hand through this whole process and kept me updated every step of the way. My car was finished a week early and they were extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them!

Seriously I couldnt be happier. Somebody backed into my RAV4 and damaged my door and my fender and these guys made it look like it never even happened. The reason I went back and had them fix my RAV4 is because they also fixed my Toyota Tacoma and made it look perfect. Seriously I can spot bad body work from a block away and I was amazed. Youll always see waves and light sanding scratches and orange peel. I see none of that after my vehicles come out of Dennis and Dons. Dennis and Bill are always very helpful walking me through the whole process. Always a pleasure working with these guys. I cant wait to get my Jeep painted soon. I highly recommend them

Not only did Dennis and Dons do an excellent job fixing and detailing (inside and out) my car after a minor accident, their customer service went above and beyond. My insurance had booked me a rental through enterprise while my car was in the shop. I had confirmed over the phone and online the day before that the rental would pick me up at Dennis and dons. As soon as I got there and gave them the keys they asked to make sure if I had someone picking me up and I told them enterprise was coming. They immediately called to double check they were still coming because apparently enterprise has a reputation. After waiting on hold for at least 10-15 minutes, enterprise told them that they did not have a car for me and that they would see what they could do and call me back. This was around 4:30 and both the shop and enterprise closed at 5. The staff at Dennis and Dons immediately called Hertz to get me a car from there, while waiting for hertz to confirm that they had a car and whether they could come get me to bring me to the rental office, one of the employees at Dennis and Dons offered to drive me to hertz to make sure I got there before they closed. In the end, hertz was able to pick me up and get me a rental and dennis and dons fixed my car up beautifully!

Professional, polite, service beyond what you expect, nothing is too much trouble for them. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

Nobody wants to need a body shop, but I did, for a fairly minor but important repair. I asked a few friends if they knew anyone, and one of them recommended Dennis and Dons. I called and spoke to them. They sounded extremely honest and nice and it turns out they were. I dont often take time to post reviews, but did this time. I would definitely return to and trust this place.

Whenever I need any kind of body or paint work I always go to Dennis & Don s. I have a 2017 black Mustang GT that got blasted by sand from a dump truck. The paint on the bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors and roof was pitted and so was the windshield. They did a fantastic job with the paint and the car came out gorgeous. They were even able to get more from the insurance than the original estimate to make sure the car came out right. I was kept up to date on everything happening with the car. They are very knowledgeable and gave me some ideas for places to go for paint protection to prevent another incident like the one I had. You can tell they care about making a car right and going the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy in addition to the outstanding work they do. Highly recommend.

Top notch repairs

They replaced my rear bumper, and went above and beyond. I didnt give 5 stars only because it wasnt clear to me why they would replace the bumper rather than just fix it, either way at 0 cost to me, when seemingly the real costs were more for them. I have a lot of skepticism with auto mechanics, and businesses in general, when someone says they are doing it for me at their expense. Overall it doesnt make any business sense, however I think in a rounded about explanation, they were saying the labor costs were more for them to do it vice versa. My only recommendation to them is to be more succinct and concise in their explanation and general communication, because when someone says over and over its better for you, and we are doing you a favor, that is not giving a lucid reason, when really it is saving them time.

I brought my 2009 Ford Focus in after someone drove into my open driver side door and Dennis and Dons did an immaculate job. The door is as strong new. The whole car almost looks new somehow, even down to the cleanliness of the car and the deep clean of the interior and exterior they did before releasing the car to me. I would highly recommend this shop. I took my van with sliding door not closing after a minor accident. Before they give me estimate, the guy looked the door and told me they will help to put this in place. withing 10 mins 3 guys worked on it and found the issue causing door issue and fixed it. He didt charge me anything and refused to take. They are very friendly and prompt customer service.

Never write reviews, but I really had to for this place. I have to give it to them -- what an awesome team. Extremely friendly, prompt and transparent. They worked the other partys insurance company to make sure my repairs were funded and even cleaned the inside of my car (which, given how long Ive been putting that off, is no easy task). So happy I decided to come here instead of going to the dealership. You would be too.

Did a great job on my car

I was impressed with this place and the best hospitality I enjoyed. I reached there in the morning while I was on my way to office and just walked in to find out if they can replace my door hinges. They greeted me instantly and attended to the issue. Even before we could talk anything, they said the hinges need to be replaced but that might take upto ~500$. But they brought some tools and started working on it. They fixed the problem without having to change the hinges. He said as your car is old you may not want to spend so much of dollars. Finally he said. No charge.!!! And declined politely when I offered some money voluntarily. He said you can come if you need any other work later. I was so impressed with the three following things 1. The way the instantly greeted and directly attended to the problem without having to explain or talk some unneeded customery conversation. 2. They are experts- they saw the issue. They brought tools and boom. 3. I was stunned they have all needed tools even to my odd problem. 4. They did not charge anything probably because they think as customers I will definitely go here next time without any fear or hesitation and peace of mind. I recommend to you as well honestly

Whether its buying cars, mechanical repairs, or auto body work, I despise the car industry as a whole. Far too often, I have negative experiences when it comes to anything car-related (e.g. lack of honesty, lack of transparency, poor work, etc.). I have never written an online review before, but this auto body shop deserves a standing ovation for the work they do and the way they treat others - Dennis, Jeff, Kim, Billy, and all the others are incredibly kind, sincere, honest and God-fearing people. This auto body shop runs under the principles of a family-run business, which caters to its customers in an intimate way. They take pride in doing perfect work on your car. As I mentioned already, I despise the car industry as a whole, but this shop is an exception. If you have any doubts about coming here, rest easy - this is the place to be! Recently I backed my car from my garage with the right back door open. The door hit the garage frame, and as a result I could not close the door tight. I went to Dayton Collision Center and was told that it would take weeks and $1500-2000 to fix. I then went to Dennis and Dons. In less a minute the door was back in place and I didnt need to pay a cent! Thank you, Dennis & Dons!

This was the second time I had to get my car fixed. The first time I went to another collision center and had to wait weeks for my car to be fixed and it was difficult to get in touch with them for updates, so I decided to go to Dennis and Dons this time around. I am extremely happy with the decision. There was a few weeks wait until I could bring my car in, but during that time they were able to order parts. They fixed my car in a few days, same as the estimated time they originally gave me. The whole experience was hassle free. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend this place.

I came by this morning to get an estimate for repairing my bumper; there was a soccer ball sized dimple on the rear right corner of my car. I read the reviews online and was ready to book an appointment to get it fixed, since so many said that this place does great work. I walked in and was greeted by Bill, who took a look at the dent and said he could pop it out on the spot!! I was so surprised that he was even willing to do that...you would almost expect a body shop to recommend a costly fix, but he was able to help me out in a way that definitely suited my needs. Its a brand new car and will likely get some more bumps and bruises here and there, so I am going to hold off on a total replacement until later. I will definitely be coming here for any future repairs, and Im definitely going to recommend Dennis & Dons to any of my friends that need to have body work done. They totally made my day!

These guys are great! I brought my car in for an estimate and they fixed like two thing in the matter of minutes and didnt charge since they were such quick fixes. If you are looking to bring your car to a place where you get quality work and no short cuts and over charges, I would definitely recommend this shop.

My Ford Escapes front bumper had a serious dent after I drove it into a snow mound. I was given an estimate of about $1000 for its repair at my auto dealers. I decided to take a second opinion at Dennis & Dons center. To my pleasant surprise they repaired the dent on the spot and did not charge me a penny for it. We like to give back to our community was the only thanks they would take when I offered to pay for their services. What a wonderful way to win a customer for life. I couldnt thank you guys enough - I hope my review gets read by a lot of people.

An awesome auto repair shop. Seriously, they are the best! Sometimes they even have 1- to 2-month wait times due to their good online reviews. I waited a month to have them fix a broken bumper, and Im glad I did. If you need your car repaired, and you live within driving distance of this place, get it done here. You wont regret it.

Fantastic experience here! Highly recommend. So much so that Im writing my first review. No complaints or issues, car repaired better than before my accident. Rear-ended a pick-up, my Subaru needed a new bumper, hood, light, and some engine work. Car repaired a few days ahead of their estimated time. Looks like new. Better than before the accident. From start-to-finish, this family run business was on it. I dealt with Bill, so he would call me with updates, or when I called, Bill would walk me through everything - getting as technical as I wanted him to. When it was time to pick up my car after repair, he even entertained my toddler while I struggled to put in the carseat (Bill ultimately did it for me). I wish I could go there for routine repairs - not just a collision.
