Helpful & extremely timely with getting me in although they were booked out. Knowledgeable.

He disassembled our transmission which was under warranty unauthorized, so repair wasn't covered. Then he got rid of our old parts so they couldnt be put back in for warranty investigator to prove faulty torque converter. Then rebuilt transmission unauthorized and wants to charge us. Refused to come to agreement on price. Refused to give police my keys to my truck, hid the truck. This guy is horrible, crocked, and should be shut down. It's ok I will see him in court.

He's the only transmission shop in the area and is quite busy, but he and his staff are really GOOD at what they do.

We scheduled an appointment for our truck, waited a week till they could get us in, dropped off the truck on Sept 4th for a Sept 5th appointment. We had no reason to believe that the truck would be sitting in a parking lot until they were able to get to it. Called Sept 6th to get an update to find out they wont get to it till the following week. I am furious, we only have one vehicle and were not told it would sit. Why did we schedule an appointment? We were not informed of any of this. We lost work, need to do local feed mill errands to keep our farm running amongst other local errands, the truck can stay with us until they are ready to work on it, this is poor business practice to leave customers hanging. Very irritated and disappointed.

Jeep has been back to this location 3 times each not making more than 50 miles before paying for a tow to take it back !!! Avoid this location!!!
