A heartfelt thank you to Andy and Mike for getting to me quickly and getting me and my vehicle home safely. I thought for sure I was going to be stuck for hours. Andy was there in less than 10 minutes to see if it needing towing or just a quick fix. It needed to be towed. Andy stayed until Mike got there with the flatbed. Most tow services aren't personable, but these two were very kind. I was having a really bad day and they were very helpful and considerate to my situation. I highly recommend!!
Andy and Dave were fantastic! My daughter was in a one car accident with a deer and a bridge. They were timely and efficient and always open to communicating with me and my daughter on getting her personals out of the car and were genuinely concerned for her welfare. They stayed in touch with me to let me know what the insurance was doing or not doing and gave me options. I can’t thank these two enough! Top-notch service. Very reliable and just genuinely two great guys. Thank you both so much for all your advice and your help ! I give five stars on this group!
Passing through from out of town and got a nail in my tire. Called David once I got to a gas station and immediately he helped me navigate what to do and what to check on my car. After we decided I needed to get a new tire(which he did not pressure me, we tried other options but had no luck) he sent a guy out to tow me to a tire shop where they had 2 new tires ready for me to go all within a half hour. Once I got to the shop he called to make sure I was okay. 100% would not know what to do without David and his team along with all of their kindness. Nothing but good things to say.
Andy, without a doubt, will be your most reliable and kind tow option in the area. He is beyond thoughtful and resourceful, and has lovely aspirations and interests in life. You can expect tow chains made of steel, and a heart made of gold from Andy!

My car broke down 3 hours away from my house in a different state. I called AAA for a tow but they were unable to help me. I was referred to Andys . I have to say I was so impressed with Andy. He went above and beyond for me. He was able to calm me down and find a mechanic that would fix my car in one day. He treated me with kindness. He even called me that same night to make sure I got back to PA safe.

My daughters car had a flat. I started with roadside service through Nationwide. They couldnt find anyone and said they could try again for me in 2 hours. I tried to take care of it myself but couldnt get the lugs off. Called up Andy and he was there in 10 mins. She was back on the road 15 mins later. Andy was very polite and fast. Great service with reasonable prices and would recommend him to everyone that needs it. I will definitely call him again when needed. Side note: I am canceling my roadside with Nationwide.
Words cannot describe. My family and I hit a deer, rendering our vehicle undrivable In Canastota. After calling other numbers at around 6am, we are so fortunate and lucky to have crossed paths with Andy. We had to tow our van back to Queens, NYC. In our time of desperation, from the phone to in-person, Andy was not only an incredible professional, but an incredible human being, who wed like to now call, a friend. Needed my old 1991 RV towed to a shop for repairs after breaking down on the way home from a trip .. after many phone calls to others, that resulted in just frustration, .Andy s towing was suggested to me as potentially being able to help my situation and it surely did Andy was very responsive took control of the situation and made it happen got my RV to a repair shop in a timely manner at a very reasonable price I know it took him longer than estimated to do the job .however he is a man of his word and only charged me for the quote he gave me truly a great human and I can not thank him enough for taking care of my situation thank you Andy !!!!!!
My car broke down about an hour and a half from home and I had to leave it over night. I saw Andys reviews and called him. He went and got my car and brought it to his lot to secure it. Fantastic Service I have used Andy a few times now. The service was exceptional and the price was extremely fair. The last tow was definitely an unconventional tow out in the cat tails but he got it done in very short order. He was there within an hour. I will absolutely use him again.
