Vehicle my vehicle broke down on my way to a hotel that was in town. I was so blessed to find this shop!! I want to say the owner went above and beyond and out of his way to do everything he possibly could to help me out is I was stranded and there were no rental cars available from Hertz or Enterprise in their town. Mechanic is honest, trustworthy and all around just a very decent human being and I can't say Thank You enough for all of your help 🌹🤗🙏💖

I have brought my vehicles here many times. One time a life threatening issue was found while working on something else. Cost less than a dollar to fix and they told me so.... No big over charges.. You can be guaranteed to be treated fairly and honestly even if you are a woman that know nothing about cars. Maurice encourages you to look or take pics of the problem so you know you are being treated fairly. I know if you have a problem, address it with him and he will take care of it. He is an honest man.

I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Purchased a car from here recently. The owner insisted that the car was fine, gave me complimentary stuff to sweeten the deal and here's the kicker. i took the car to get serviced and every time i got the car back something else ended up going wrong. this place is a sham and i would avoid purchasing any vehicle from them. took my car to the local mechanic and it need about 2k worth of work done and i barely even drive the car. Losers lol

Love this place! They are a rare find. Very nice people. Moe is the owner and is fair and honest. Before I bought a Ford F350 from them, he insisted on replacing many parts that would have cost me thousands to have done later. He even did some minor repairs after I bought it for free! All of the customers that came in while I was there seemed happy with their work. He even threw in a tire when a customer needed 2 but could only afford 1. I feel like I made new friends. I will be using them for all repair/maintenance work on all my vehicles when possible, and I live an hour away

Has been honest and upfront about everything, prices are fair. And every time i show up without an appointment they managed to get me right in. Awesome work thanks guys!!
