I live 25 minutes away, but anytime I’ve had an issue with any of my vehicles…I take them to Creekview. I know the price is always fair and the problem is always fixed. I’ve never had to go for the same issue. Best mechanics I’ve ever had to deal with.

I just got my car back from what I thought would be extensive repairs. (transmission problems) Mike call ed & said it was ready. When I got down there to pick it up, & pay, I almost fainted. Not from the cost but how much less it was then I expected. I have been taking my cars to Mike since he opened. There is no one more honest or dependable than Creekview Auto. Everyone should go there.,
I can’t say enough good things about Mike. I was in Utica from Massachusetts when my car needed a costly and aggravating repair. It’s a very old Subaru and a necessary part took a very long time to arrive. When that thing finally showed up, they had it done in no time. He stuck with me for every second and went far out of his way to get it resolved. I can’t say enough about the trouble he went through to accommodate someone in a pinch who won’t even be a regular customer. Many thanks.
What a wonderful experience I had at Creekview auto, Mike and his crew are very knowledgeable and as always went above and beyond caring for my Honda ! We will always put our vehicles in their hands as we’ve tried 4 other businesses in our area with not only poor service but with negative concern for the questions we needed answers to. When we heard of Creekview we gave it a try a few yrs back and will remain as Mike seriously is not only fair but he cares and listens and every time finds the problem and fixes them !
Creekview is the only place I like to take my vehicles. Mike and his team are honest, experienced mechanics that go the extra 10 miles to fix or maintain your vehicle. Positive, friendly atmosphere where you know your car or truck will be fixed and fixed right, the first time. I’ll drive way out of my way to go there - you should, too. You won’t be disappointed!

Great people and quality work, one of the few shops I trust to do the work right and honest. They went out of their way to find me a good deal on a part that was a manufacturer part only and would have been expensive otherwise. No other shop would do that, they would just hand you a bill. This place will always have my business.
They are prompt n get the job done pretty quick n all around great guys..love waiting for my SUV while listening to them being goofy n singing along to the music.

Swingin & Swayin with Creekview My 2007 Ford Focus wagon had a side-to-side swaying problem that had increased to the point that I knew it needed mechanical inspection. I took it to Creekview and they determined the swaybars needed repair. It took a couple of hours, but when they were done it was fixed. It drives like a new car now. Thats why I keep coming back. Creekview is old school and saves me from the dealerships.

I had a tire blow on the way up to the southern Adirondacks on a family camping trip and was able to make it to our destination on the donut spare. I called around looking for a service center that could mount either a new or used tire to my rim before the 3 hour trip back home. Mike checked his used tires and found one the right size. I headed to the garage and less than 20 minutes after arriving I was on my way out the door. The total bill was very reasonable and I was very happy with the overall experience! Thanks guys for the great service!

I was in an accident yesterday morning right down the road. I was able to drive my Jeep to this garage to get it fixed. From the moment I walked in they were so understanding and very helpful! They told me to leave it there and they would take care of the rest. After dropping it off around 9 am, they finished a tie rod replacement and an alignment by 3pm! When they let me know it was finished, they even asked if I needed a ride to the garage to pick it up! They were very friendly and didnt charge me for anything I didnt need. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Very knowledgeable, and do a great job. I have been looking for a good diesel mechanic for years for my fleet and my father mentioned Creekview Auto. So CREEKVIEW IT is. They also service my sons Toyota Tundra, its an 05 and it runs like new. Just call Mike and he will get your vehicle issues resolved and for a very reasonable price I might add.

As I am a retired & ASE certified I can safely say the Mike Henrich has assembled a repair facility second to very few ( and second to none in a 70 mile radius). On a personal level I have know Mike for approximately 20 years. We both worked for same company for several years (me following in his footsteps). Then he left to buy a little 2 bay, rough shape building... that same building is now more than twice its original size. Filled with the newest and best equipment and technicians. Its simple.. if you need anything automotive repaired or looking for a good used vehicle, this is your shop. Creekview also has storage facilities to rent.
My daughter had her car repair done here and they were great. They are fast and efficient. Wouldnt go any where else.
My family has gone here for a long time for automotive work. They are timely, professional, and have reasonable prices! They are great at diagnosing issues that other mechanics cant figure out. They found a power steering leak that was feeding along the inside on a sensor wire into my computer on my Jeep Wrangler. No one else could figure out why that Jeep was skipping so badly.

After our second snowstorm of the season, I knew I needed new tires. Mike helped me decide on what tires I needed, which were the Nokian. THESE ARE THE BEST TIRES EVER!!! Love them and recommend them highly. My tire experience went smoothly and as I was walking out the door Mike yells happy traction.
