Very professional. I love the thorough review of my car and he fixed it like he said he would. Very satisfied.
On my way home, I hit a huge speed bump that broke the under plastic coverage of my car. I decided to stop at any nearest mechanic to get it checked out because it was dragging. They told me they “fixed” the issue but unfortunately once I drove off, it felt like whatever they did made it worse. My car started making noises and the piece was still dragging. So I looked up another mechanic shop and it took me to Engine & Trans Masters Llc where I met Luis. He helped me out, explained what was going on & resolved the issue quick and easy. I left with no complaints. Definitely recommend coming here!
I drove from Toronto Canada to take my kid to University. Just as we were leave to return home my car died. It was a Saturday and I was desperate as the drive back is about 9-10 hours (with stops). CAA and AAA were of no help and the best they could do was tow me to the closest place that I could find open on a weekend. Luis was a GOD sent for me that day. I literally had a meltdown in his office. Within less than 2 hours, he called me to say that he fixed the issue and my vehicle was running fine again. He even drove it back to the hotel (where me and my other kids were camped out as we had already checked out). Luis was very professional and understanding. His prices are also very reasonable. As female that was alone, I was concerned about being overcharged, however, I asked around and consulted my family back home and everyone agreed that the fee was more than fair. I truly cannot say enough good things about the service that I received. They are honest and reliable and will do what it takes to make sure that you receive the top quality service.
I was having timing chain issues on my truck, and my first few attempts in trying to get it fixed I was turned away from multiple shops. One shop told me to do it myself even, and I knew that I was just looking in the wrong places. I found Luis and his shop on instagram and took the truck over to him. He quickly diagnosed the issue and he and his crew took care of it as well as went the extra mile to reseal all the gaskets that were leaking oil. I can’t express how happy I am to have my truck back in working order, and if you find yourself in a situation similar to mine, please don’t hesitate and give Luis a call. Awesome service by Luis! My sunroof motors were not working and he managed to make an appt with a dealer to have it fixed at a discounted rate. Not only that, he noticed my brakes needed replacement (something that was overlooked by my other mechanic upon multiple vehicle inspections) and replaced them. Overall, incredibly fair pricing and the best service. Thank you!!
This review is long overdue. First and foremost my experience alone including customer service is 100 out of 10. I had the best experience ever dealing with this shop in terms of communication and letting me know exactly what’s wrong with my car and what would be the best way to fix it. My car was in a bad accident and wouldn’t start. I took it to a mechanic who basically left it outside in the rain with no windows at the time and called me back a week later to tell me to junk the car, it’s not worth fixing. I contacted Engine & Trans Masters as a last resort, spoke to Luis and he told me to bring it over after sending him pictures. He checked the engine to reassure me that it was not in fact locked like the other mechanic said and that they will be able to fix it. They immediately started working on my car that same night I towed it there, and by the next day I received pictures of my engine taken out with updates. Not only did they rebuild my engine/ got my car started but they also got in touch with a window company who went to their shop to fix my windows and also got quotes for me from auto body shops to do the body work. And the icing on the cake was Luis himself driving my car to my house since I had no way of picking up the car!!!! The team at Engine & Trans Masters are truly experts at their craft, they are very trustworthy, they care about their customers and I would recommend them without hesitation! Brought my 2018 Honda Cr-V for a blown head gasket to this shop. The dealership was trying to rip me off by having me replace other parts of my engine without fixing the solution, so I researched this place and found this place. Luis first confirmed that the issue was because of a blown head gasket. He had some options available to fix this problem such as an engine swap with a newer year model. Ultimately, I chose to just replace my head gasket. Luis even took the time to show me in person with his camera, the inside of my engine and pointed out the issues. Surprisingly got the parts and repairs done in about a week and a half which is quick considering how much work it involved. He even test drove it to make sure their were no more issues. Louis explained everything he did to the vehicle and even got my car a wash when I came to pick it up. I came back about 4 months later for a check up and he checked the engine with his camera to make sure the head gasket was holding up. If you want a mechanic who is truthful and cares about the work he has done to your vehicle, Luis is your man. I’m even considering getting an engine swap later on with Luis rather than spending monthly payments for a new car later on. He’s definitely an expert mechanic that specializes in engines and transmissions.
Had to get my 2008 Chevy Suburban 5.3L engine replaced. I did have a slight issue with the time it took to get job started, but that was ONLY because they had a massive job on the lift already which obviously was nobody's fault . But when job got started, it was all down hill. Engine was replaced and my 2008 Suburban runs like a gem. They know their stuff!!!!!! I would highly recommend these guys any day!!!

The v.i.p. treatment from the m.v.p. Luis is no rookie! He picked out my transmission, my car was picked up at my house, and hes a good guy working till after midnight to tighten the last screws and hand me over my car. Its been a good 6 months no issues. Im definitely coming back for future engine and transmission swaps!

Highly recommend. My family and I were driving from Washington, DC to Albany, NY when our check engine light came on. We exited the highway and went to an auto parts store to scan the diagnostic code and see if it was safe to continue driving. The man at the auto parts store told us his scanner was out for repairs, so we walked two doors down to Engine & Trans Masters where there were two men working, and asked if theyd be willing to quickly scan the codes. Luis agreed, and not only did he diagnose and locate the problem (a hole in a hose from the air filter) but he fixed it for us for free! So nice to know there are still kind folks like this in the world.

Highly recommend. I stopped by unannounced on a busy Sunday since they were the only place I could find open and I was on a long road trip from upstate NY to NC and my cars transmission was acting up. They were extremely professional and were quick to squeeze me in understanding my circumstance. The problem was a quick fix and they were very transparent about the issue and didn t bother trying to find something to charge me for. Overall trust worthy, transparent and very professional.
