Then, when the installers arrived at my home (in Hollis, NY) they were very professional, experienced & nice. Their names are Vito & Mike!!!! Competition Glass is an AWESOME business & I HIGHLY recommend them. Btw, my vehicle is a 1991 Lincoln Mark Vll & a windshield for this vehicle of 30yrs is quite difficult to find. But it didn t matter with Competition Glass, because they installed a BRAND NEW windshield for Me!!! Thank You Competition Glass!

Rainy weather so it worked out better, waiting area if you need to get work done while you wait. They can also come to your home and they have a wide geographical range. Competition Glass has no competition if you ask me! I needed a rear windshield done on my Wrangler along with the support pistons, during Thanksgiving week. They got the parts quickly and did a beautiful job in under two hours! Top shelf from the word go and do not hesitate going here for fantastic service.

The customer service is awful. Used to be a great company that I used for my body shop for years. Now it s 20 min wait on the phone, ask for vin 8 times, and go from employee to employee even tho I m speaking with 1 person about my inquiry. Hope the office can pick up better people. Maybe we can work together in the future.

Getting my windshield replaced was quick and easy. It was also half the price of Safelight. My wife called and made the appointment yesterday, I dropped the car off and picked it just picked it up after just a couple hours. Windshield looks great. Entire experience was very quick and easy. Reached out to Honda Dealers for a 2015 CRV side window and couldn t get it anywhere. Augie was able to find one for me and he stayed one hour after is closing hours so I could pick it up. Honda said the glass would be 365$ with taxes and I had to order. They were able to get me one for 125$, one third of the price. 5 Stars!

Both of my cars had to have front windshields replaced within a week of each other. The second one I called in on Saturday of 4th of July weekend, left a message and figured Id hear after the weekend was up - nope - Auggie called me that evening, got us on a three-way call with my insurance company and got everything taken care of. I cant recommend these guys enough.

My wife found that the mini vans rear window was shattered when trying to leave for work early on a hot July Saturday morning. I called the usual (Safelite - ugghh!!) and they told me they were booked for days. Called my Toyota service and they recommended Competition and I could see why! Competition contacted my insurance and told me they would have someone to me by the afternoon. Not only did Ricky put the rear window in on a 100 degree July day but this was after he drove to and from Queens to get the glass!! He was great!! The whole experience was top notch and Ill be recommending them over any competition.

Competition glass is next to none I called my dealership to inquire about a new oem windshield and they recommended them without hesitation. All for good reason , they did great work and the the staff is friendly. Definitely recommending anyone to go there to get your glass fixed

Mike received my brothers Lincoln MKS and behind his back gave it to a company call ALLSTATE and COPART back in 2018. They still didnt give his car back. Very dirty for a work shop. Ill never recommend them.

They were supposed to repair our MKS Lincoln Ecoboost, 1 of less that 250 made. They never returned it. They gave our MKS to COPART/ALLSTATE after they got paid for fixing two windows. Dont go there, Im still trying to get my car back since Oct 2018.

first its hard to contact with them. then a gentleman picked up the phone with zero patient to answer my questions.

Not only did they replace my windshield Augie replaced the glass in an oven door and rewired my screens. I found him to be capable and competent over my 30 plus year relationship

Nothing but the BEST Ive been to @Competion Glass few times since 2014, this is my 2nd jeep, my husband and I do travel alot, little rocks always hits the windshield and this time had cracked mine. This is the 3rd time I had come for service and I love it because even that they are located an hour away from me and I had tried going to another glass shop near my house and they showed me the windshield I was going to get and I noticed it did not had the Jeep sticker (OllllO) that comes with the original and they told me thats all they had at that time. I didnt want to do it there and I had an appointment to change the oil at Bayside Jeep and my service advisor recommended me to call Competition Glass. I love it that hey had ALWAYS replaced my windshield with an ORIGINAL Jeep windshield and I LOVE IT ... I attached photos so you understand how happy I am with them... they are so great that even if you live far they deliver you the windshield and install it just at your place .... I picked up a replacement glass storm door last Friday, eight days ago. It was done perfectly and at a fair price. I asked Augie, the owner, to check my windshield that needed replacement at that time. He worked with my insurance company and got the job done in one week. No headaches, no hassles, and a beautiful job! The follow up with scheduling was also done professionally without any complications. I would highly recommend this business. This was my fourth job done there over the years. All good.

I went there to install broken glass. The technicians are very nice but the manager is the rudest person I met in years. He refused to take the fees by card and asked me to leave my ID to leave with my car to the bank and get cash. He didnt want to give me a receipt until I insisted. If it is not your last option, dont go there.

Rock from a truck hit my windshield on the highway - chipping the glass and cracking it from top to bottom! My insurance company tried to set me up with Safelite and give me an appointment for a week later - I said no way! Set me up with someone else. poor service, rude and unprofessional. after replaced my windshield from this junk, causing water leakage on passenger side. and went back couple times. no, nothing help, water still leaks. now they claim the leakage from the sunroof, from the door windows. WTF.

ask for Glass technichian Douglas he is absolutely the best!! He changed my sons windshield on his Jeep SRT8 in a short amount of time and meticulous work not one drop of adhesive anywhere. I have had many winshields replaced over the years and this is by far the best job ever and the best price around.

Working for a well known car dealership, you would think Id have no problem finding a glass shop. I called several shops, only to be told that nothing would be available for another week. Replaced my windshield on a blustery wind blown Saturday even though I indicated I was in no rush. Received a courtesy call that they were on the way and used to working outdoors all year. They came the next day after being called and were gone in a flash. Probably because they didnt fully seal the windshield and withing a week, I had water seeping in. After removing that windshield and replacing it, my inspection sticker now reads VOID. Great! When called, their rep told me to , just call the DMV and they will send you a new one for only $2. Thats fine but I wont be able to park my car outside my driveway until that new sticker comes in the mail. I cant help but wonder if they werent gone in 15 minutes the first time if they wouldve had to come back and what am I going to do without my car for a week or 2. I am not happy and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

There a hell of a lot cheaper than Safelight.... Safelight wanted $430 dollars for a passenger side glass replace... Competition did the job $135 dollars. And they came to me!

I have fixed my windshield here. They took 2 hours to replace the windshield. The owner is kind of rude to the customers. The only reason I went here is because a local friend recommended the place. Hopefully they have done a good job and I wont have to go back. I really didnt like the attitude / customer service there.

My husband erroneously was told by our insurance company that the glass would have a $500 deductible. When I told the owner I would have to pay out of pocket, he said he would call and check. He got me on the phone with Geico and when I said I was in NY they said they had made a mistake. It was completely covered. Love Competition Glass.

They changed my windshield last winter, After few days my windshield making vibration sound when I drive over 70mph So I contact my insurance to replace or repair my windshield and than yesterday Competition Glass call me to make appointment for test my windshield and I arrived here 10am now almost 12pm still nobody try fix my windshield. I dont why they made appointment for me. You better come down here when slow day.

It was a very bad experience. They made my family wait for the windshield for 4 hours . They took off the old glass and put my vehicle aside. When we asked why are you not finishing this job the answer was we dont have the windshield. They knew we were coming and still didnt have the windshield. If they didnt have the winshield they should have told us to come back later but instead they kept us there. The Delivery man showed up 3 hours later. I had booked an appointment for this glass replacement. I was late to my job. The New windshield is making a crackling cricking noise. I called them about how my windshield was making a noise and they said wait two days it will go away. After four days the crackling noise continued and i took my car back to the shop. They said they couldnt hear any noise when the noise was there. The owner of the shop got really mad and disrespectful and said, These immigrants.. and went ahead to insult immigrants. I wont ever go back to this shop again.

I was originally going to use Safelite for my cracked windshield on my 2011 Camaro but they were not straightforward with there pricing and they gave me a run around. I got ripped off big time. Besides a rental being broken into and about 1500 worth of things stolen I was charged 500 for a small glass. The dealer and rental both agreed I got robbed here too. No type of accommodations nothing. I do not recommended this place what so ever next time Ill go to queens instead

Due the terrible weather yesterday, a tree branch flew off of a tree and directly onto the windshield of my fiancee who was driving at the time. Were getting married in less than 5 days so needless to say, we did not need this!! Competition glass received our car last night at 8:30p.m and the car was done by 10:00a.m.!! I have never had anything go this smoothly relating to an accident in my life. They were professional, courteous, and completely understanding of our situation.
