Horrible service I was in need of a tow back home went through my insurance and waited for hours after paying called multiple times they dont answer and after waiting for 6 hours they canceled and now I have to wait for another company. Dont book services with them unless you enjoy your time being wasted very unprofessional why accept a job if your not going provide proper service

If I could i would give no stars this place is a joke and dont care about their customers. They also like to lie to insurance companies to get money they dont deserve

Committed a federal offense by breaching the peace while conducting repossession of my vehicle.

I do a lot of volunteer work out on the rail trail particularly with mowing.... Every time I ride past this place and see that they cant take the extra 2 minutes to mow that little patch of lawn by the rail trail I just get so annoyed...... Come on guys just mow that patch of lawn will you!

Just used this company to get a friends vehicle from Newburgh back down to central Westchester, and they were amazing. Showed up on the dot right when they said they would, and the operators were some of the most personable and friendly tow operators I ve met. They made the process super simple and easy, and helped alleviate the stress of the situation, not to mention that they were super high spirited at 2:00 in the morning. We will definitely be working with this company again if the need arises.

Was quoted one hour for tow. Turned into 5 hours. Dispatch kept telling me driver was otw and an eta of 30 minutes. Each time I called was told driver was near. Company should be honest and quote real time expectations. I could have made alternate arrangements, not been stranded in a parking lot for the day. Company would have still gotten the job. Dispatch needs to work on honesty and treat customers and their time with respect.

1 star is way too much for this place. If I had an option, I would have rated it as 0.1 out of 5.0. It has been close to 4 hours waiting for the tow truck to come and pick my car up. Once in the beginning, we reached them on the phone, and a person said they would be there in 30 minutes, which turned out to be close to 4 hours! In between the waiting, I tried calling several times, with the phone call going to voicemail, as if my phone call was rejected. Absolutely unprofessional! My insurance company tried reaching out a couple of times to them, and of course, they picked up on them, and both times lied about their arrival time. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES! NEVER EVER! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!! THE ONLY GOOD THING going for this business, was their driver. Absolutely amazing! He did a wonderful job and delivered the car to the destination very quick. Very nice, pleasant guy and easy to talk to. He made our painfully long experience somewhat less upsetting. We thank him for that.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I waited over 2 hours to get helped and they still never came. I ended up calling someone to help me out. I called them repeatedly and no answer to at least keep me informed and the last two times they ignored my call. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

My Insurance company dispatched for roadside assistance. You accepted the request and gave a window of 90-120 minutes. After 2 hours I attempted to contact you for an update multiple times and was sent to voicemail. I was stranded for 4 hours on the side of the road and had to get assistance elsewhere. The least you could do was pick up the phone, so unprofessional!

Needed road side assistance as my truck tire on the inside went flat. Donavan came out within an hour. Picked my truck up took both tires off. I had a spare on the rim already. He put back on and away he went. Super nice guy and did a great job. Will recommend and call for future jobs.

Used this business to tow my motorcycle this past Memorial Day after receiving a flat tire on the interstate. 10/10 service, super quick and a competent tow truck driver, Donavan. Had a problem with my camper van not starting this week. Aces sent a tech out quickly who came, diagnosed the problem and safely towed away the vehicle to the dealership for a warranty repair. I was at work when the tow truck driver (Donavan) called. Even though I missed the call and put the wrong car on my app. He turned around and got it to my mechanic very quick

They lie about their ETA. They give the usual be there in 2-3 minutes. With false expectations it caused me to miss a repair appointment. It was 3 hours and when I finally got a GPS update from my provider they were far away. This shows that they ll just lie saying they are enroute but in reality just wasting your time so that they can waste your time to keep their pockets full. If I knew it was three hours later I would have went somewhere else

I was connected with Aces via Onstar. They communicated with me right away and kept me updated on the technicians (Donovan) locations and estimated arrival. Upon arrival and despite the lateness of the hour, Donovan was friendly and courteous which made me feel comfortable as a female waiting alone at night. He knew right away what the issue was with my car and was able to get it running within minutes. Lastly, I really appreciate Aces coming to my rescue (literally) as another tow company was sent 1st by Onstar, and they cancelled my order without informing me. It wasnt until I called to follow up that I was informed that they cancelled. So they had no qualms in leaving me stranded. So thanks again Aces and Donovan for excellent service.

I have to give this firm a mixed rating. When my roadside service sent them the tow operator was great, 5 stars. When my car was ready for pickup and I had to pay out of pocket I was very disappointed and cancelled their service, 0 stars. They promised 1 ish. I called at 2 and was told in a few minutes since the driver decided to do something else first. After that no one answered the phone so my wife and I decided to cancel. Bad scenario.

Donavan towed my disabled vehicle from New Paltz to Kingston. I couldn t stay with my vehicle and he managed it incredibly well even though I wasn t there. He texted me multiple times and even sent a photo of the vehicle delivered safe and sound. I wish I could give him six stars.

I brought my vehicle to them on a tow truck explaining that there was a problem with the engine from the beginning. I had also explained that I wanted to do a custom Soundsystem and air ride suspension and a few other things. But my main concern was the motor problem which I made clear when I drop the vehicle off at the full-service shop. However, and I know this is true because I spoke with A person that no longer works for them, that they were riding my car between there a pole street and Soundsystem shops and they re full auto body and mechanic shops. Again it has an issue with the motor . I m attempting to see if I can get any kind of money out of this because this is ridiculous. They did all this work, and turned around and said oh there s something with your motor! And I said I know I brought it to you with the problem and you guys never looked at it. But I did not know that they were driving it between shops until I confirmed that with one of the guys that used to work in the upholstery shop. And I have the texts that state that they did drive it back-and-forth so I think I m going to be taking you guys to court or you can pay for a portion of the motor getting rebuilt. Say $6k considering it costs 18,000 at Soho Motor. Am I talking you guys to court for neglecting my car causing more issues than when I dropped it off to you. Professionally, you should ve said let s address the mechanical issue with the motor before we look into any of the other custom work. So if you want to pay me a few thousand dollars so I can put it towards a new engine .. otherwise I m talking you to court.. I ll be in touch. Russell Dodge

Worse place ever . Told me they were 1 hour away. Never showed up . Never responded 2 my calls. Never texted back . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS 2 ANYONE !!!!!!!! WORSE EVER

Excellent service. Was kept informed of when they would arrive, which was very soon, on a tough rainy morning. The towing person clearly was very thorough and attentive, didnt cut corners or rush, made sure the car got on the tow truck safely and was locked and loaded so that nothing would happen in transit. I have nothing but good things to say about the company, the individual and the whole process. Thank you very much.

Got connected with them by our insurance company for towing. Was told about hour and 1/2 which was not a problem for us. Car was in driveway. After three hours we called back. Said driver was 5 minutes away. Cool. After another 35 minutes called back. Driver couldn t find address and called us. Which was a lie!! Driver gave up and went back to shop. I believe they never even attempted to tow us. Apparently this seems to be a common problem with this company. No shows on towing and leaving customers stranded.

Aces picked up my car and did not deliver to the right location. It was lost most of the day, then delivered incorrectly. Poor communication.

Its a clown show. Lacking courtesy and honesty. Waited 2 hours for truck to show up when they said 20 mins away. Truck never came. Had my wife Call them to cancel and reschedule & the guy started cursing at my wife. Theres a million other companies to use besides these guys.

Got connected with them through insurance company. The most pleasant young man, Donovan,was there in thirty minutes, hooked up the car, and sent us pictures of the car when he arrived at the garage. This was at 8 pm and it was raining and I would imagine he probably wouldve been at home, but he was so nice! Definitely recommend!

This is by far the worst repair shop around. How they could mis-diagnose a battery is beyond me or anyone that I ve told. They charged $450 to put a new battery in my car, when in fact, it wasn t even the problem. When I said that there was still a problem, the mechanic told me to go ahead and drive it home and if I didn t make it, they d tow it the 3 hour distance! It didn t make it, but I d never trust them to even look at it again. Horrible customer service and even worse repair service. They don t even bother to answer the phones. Steer clear of them.

I brought my 2013 Ford Focus ST to them for an engine replacement because I didnt trust the dealer to do it. They found a used engine right away and replaced it. Car drives fantastic. Dave is the man!

I live in Seattle and my elder mother lives in NY which can be difficult at times to help meet her immediate emergency needs. It was late in the evening and her vehicle had a flat tire, this company came to the rescue in more ways then one. The gentleman went above and beyond, he was kind, patient and sincere. His communication skills were spot on in every aspect dealing with someone who is at a loss under the current circumstances. He met all her needs. The one thing that sticks out the most of mom describing the entire event... was how SAFE she felt!

Had them put new fuel pumps in my cobra. The wiress inside the fuel tank were not covered right. So the ground wire was grounding out inside of the tank which fried one of the new fuel pumps. When I brought it to their attention and the new mechanic brought it to their attention they werent willing to do anything to fix it Ive used the shop for 5 years with previous owners that have never had an issue. Ive never had a shop handle something so unprofessionally. I even gave them a chance to repair the work they said they were going to pick my car up and never did. I had to be towed because I broke down less than a mile from the shop when I picked it up after I paid.

They gouge my driveway when bringing my vehicle there I would not recommend them everAnd they refused to pay for the damages

One of their drivers tried to illegally tow my car off private property. Although this might be a good business, they should really look more into who they hire. Hope the guy lost his job and learned a lesson!

Adam from Aces was truly ACES!! Called to confirm and texted when within 10 minutes. Solved my problem immediately yet waited until my battery was good to go. After I was driving for 30minutes, he followed up with another call to see how things were going. Great service, Uber professional and very lucky to have met him.

Dont ever use this guy, i have never ment someone that lies like him. He took the call to toe my vehicle from beacon to Poughkeepsie. He told me 1 hour ,2 hours later i call he told me his driver crossing the bridge will be there shortly. AGAIN 2 hours passed i get a call from the Beacon Police that my vehicle was there and never got toed. AGAIN i call, he said his driver just got there. I believed him. One hour passed i get a call from the Police again,saying it was never toed. I tried calling him ,and he would not pick up. Then he decided to turn off his phone. Left us stranded over 5 hours..The business bureau will be contacted and further action will be taken..

I never knew of Aces before but I found it by googling. I decided to try this place since it was located on Titusville Road going towards the TSP. They have a mixed reputation (some positive and some negative) for auto repairs and towing services. After bringing my vehicle here I had a positive experience but I only used them one time so far. FYI-They just started doing calibrations for vehicle breathalyzers also called Interlock systems for people who are court ordered to have them installed due to driving under the influence of alcohol.

Road side set up a pick up that would of only been 30 mins to get to me...I got a call from ace saying they will be there in 25 and I said ok....1hr passes and i had to call multiple times to find out where they were, was put on hold 20 mins then hung up on, when i finally spoke to someone I was told they are 10 mins away...I called the person back who called me and said he was on his way...he never picks up....road side called me 3xs to check in and all 3 times they told road side there 10 mins away.... I was left 4hrs waiting. I will never use them again. Now I have to find out in a rush how to get to my 3yr old in time to pick them up from school...across the bridge in newburgh....road side set everything up at 1030 am...un acceptable. The other womans review from 5 months ago is the exact same treatment I received.

Good shop and good people, had them install an H-pipe on my 2018 Mustang. Work was done in the amount of time they estimated and I ended up paying less than originally quoted. Would definitely take my car there again for future work.

They are a gift at what they do with there work my car as been there 4 times and they never let me down always on point you will be crazy if u dont go to ace they get more then 5 stars in my eyes I peromis you. Did work on a truck where rust was said it was fixed not even months later came back he didn t want to fix then after multiple calls he said drop off Anythony told my mother he lost a main guy to pick truck up and he would tell her to bring back well that s understandable 8 months later still no call or fix we have pics to show but wront let us post we want it fixed like they promised

For the longest I ve been driving down to New York City to get my custom bodywork done for my car. However that all changed as soon as Aces came to Poughkeepsie. Man there level of professionalism and how informative they were of my options with the budget I had was unmatchable. You need to ask for Danny because he really impressed me since we first got into discussion about blacking out my rims and the certain things I wanted for it. I am a avid car enthusiast and am in the process of finishing up my car for shows. I brought my car to mystique auto and the quality and workmanship was well beyond expectations. I only needed a few minor imperfections fixed. They took it in right away and fixed it to perfection at a great price.. a few shops turned me away because the job (wasnt worth their time) is how they made me feel by giving me a estimate so high I wouldnt even consider fixing it. They proved to me theres no job too small or too big and I would refer them to anyone who needs their car fixed from a accident or just as a small dent in the car that bothers them.

Great shop, and great people. They are very honest and have fair prices. You can have your car, truck, motorcycle or trailer completely restored in this shop! The owner always makes sure the job gets done right. This is definitely a shop like no other. Once you come here to have work done you ll never want to go anywhere else, I guarantee it!

Great body work absolutely terrible mechanical work. If the car is in an accident expect just the body to be done. You wont even know anything was leaking or damaged because they dont check. And dont even ask about a bill to see what was done so if something goes wrong you can bring it back. They dont keep records according them. So if you went through your insurance contact them and find out and then never go back to mystique.

Rebuilt my Chevy motor and not even a day later burning oil and leaking, wont warranty work, brought back 4 times and still refuses. Very nasty too.
