Horrible company. Towed car from a legal spot. Never informed the authories and left it in a metered spot. Wouldnt state where the car was left. This whole incident felt malicious and illegal.

The guy driving the flatbed was very pleasant and respectful. He was so good I had no choice to leave a review. Thank you very much Towfessional.

Towed my car from a legal parking spot because called by someone else. When I contacted them to find out where the car had been towed the man on the phone said he would call me back but guess he decided it wasnt worth his time. Found car after searching around the streets, left in a metered spot. No damage to car and certainly did the job they were called to do but they have unfathomably bad customer service and morals.

The company might be good but the young kid driving the flat bed is going to kill someone he believes that because he drives a small truck he can drive like a maniac and do whatever on the road putting other drivers and also the vehicles on the flat bed in jeopardy and then wants to assault people by throwing objects out of his vehicle at other drivers total disgrace just be aware

The price was nearly half of what others were charging. The tow truck arrived within five minutes. The driver quickly rigged up the car and parked it perfectly. Both, the person that answered the phone and the driver were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Never ever responded to me

My car stalled and needed to be towed. Contacted this tow service via Roadside Assistance with an ETA of 5-15 mins. and no one ever came or contacted me after 3 hours. The Roadside Assistance representatives tried reaching out multiple times with no answer.

Scheduled tow service waited 3hrs. No one showed up and when I called the number provided no one picked up.

The person was soooo nice and service was perfect.

Amazing service! My wife had the babies in the car on a this cold day when the car stalled! They were quick to respond! When I told the owner Angelo I had the babies in the car he was quick to change calls around and arrived in minutes! The driver cherry right away knew what was wrong with the car and instructed me on what steps to take. Professional and courtes. Will use again if every god forbid this was to ever happen again!

My car was towed by Towfessional, and they were very prompt and courteous. My vehicle had been involved in an accident, so I chose to have them complete the repairs. When I picked it up, the car looked brand new again. I m very happy with the service and the work they did to repair my car. I commend the entire staff!

Courteous & Professional! One of the owners, Jay, helped me with a tow in the city after my vehicle stalled and stopped working. I waited about 30 minutes for the tow. He took care of my car and towed it to the shop and even provided recommendations on how to not have this happen again. I really appreciate Jay and how team for helping me get through this rough time.

I have a lowered bmw 3 series, I can never find a tow company that can tow my car without hitting or scrapping my bumper. Someone recommended I try them out. So I called them I spoke to a guy name Angelo he told me he would be about 60 mins, so in my head I m like Yeah ok every tow company says within the hour, but they actually pulled up 23 minutes later they showed up. Pulled up with a wrecker I was skeptical at first but the driver Cherry assured me my car was in good hands. He then told me he will dolly may car to avoid scrapping my bumper or muffler. In about 5 minutes we were loaded and ready to roll. I m here thinking there gonna charge me a arm and a leg, I was shocked when he told me the price. Just say amazing service reasonable pricing and very professional and extremely clean truck, I could of ate off this guys floors. I wouldn t use any other company again.

Avoid at all costs. This company is a bunch of crooks. There is a reason why the Better Business Bureau assigned them an F rating. (based on the BBB investigation, not reviews... look it up on BBBs website).

Prompt service and very professional

Lied about waiting at Pep Boys for an extended period of time (30minutes) and tried to upcharge me for gas. Called Pep Boys and they said he just walked in the door... Told him Id find a new service and to leave. Wont do business with him again. Although, i have heard its an honest service, thats not what I experienced. I did NOT ask him to cover my expenses at any point. Lowering my review to 1 star, guy is a liar and every time someone has an issue with his service you can see he argues instead of admitting wrongdoing, just check the reviews.

Stay away. This guy is a pure gangster with a license. I don t understand how there isn t a government service to deal with people who run businesses and talk rude to their customers, it just shouldn t be allowed. But yea he ll hang up, get upset easily and act like a complete gangster. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

They just try to rob my car . Suppose my car was to close to the pump , like I was born yesterday . Then it was to closed to work zone are . Then when the cops came , he had some list to relocate cars .. Scombags . Scamers . Wating for the cops again to make an actual report . U will regret touching my car loser . Get a real job.

I was afraid id be late to work because someone had blocked the driveway leading to my back yard. Towfessional arrived in no time! It was a tough job too, as it was raining heavily and there was very little room to work with. But he was able to slowly squeeze himself into my tight muddy back entrance. It only took a few minutes before he came and he left me very satisfied. Will use again.

Just want to say how professional this company is. Was in a car accident with my 2017 Ford Expedition they came out pick me up took me home to my house in Queens explained all my options to do from calling my insurance company setting me up with a rental and repairing my truck. My truck was done in about three weeks looking brand new like nothing ever happened to it. They kept me up dated on my status and also save me time and money with there quick work would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a honest shop cause there to many company out there now in days ripping people off and luckily this wasn t the case. Bunch of lowlife thugs!!! Vinny will answer the call. Will try to intimidate you by bad behavior. Anthony will be onsite rep, same type. They impounded my car and trying to increase the price by not giving my car even though they ware open. Halted me till Monday for more money $400 but I did my research of and paid just about the leagal max of 125. They charged tax on top of that. And am creating a complain to DCA for the additional. Just call the cops if they don t cooperate.

This place is unprofessional. The owner is combative and does not have real opening or closing hours. They dont ever open. They do work much harder to inconvenience you than to help you or abide by what you should legally get charged for any tow services. Have witnesses of how they handle things and it is shady, negative and aggressive.

As a provider of vintage automobiles to the film industry, on time pickup and delivery is the key to my success. For the last 4 years I have used Towfessional and they have always delivered. I owe a lot of my success to their tow service. On any given day I know I can call upon Towfessional to move anything from a 1923 Ford Model T to a 1972 boat tail Rivera and know that it will arrive safely.

I definitely have to give 5 stars to Towfessional Auto Repair for the way that they responded to an auto accident my daughter was involved in last week. I got the frantic call but I work 50 miles away and could not get to her. She was uninjured but the car was wrecked. The authorities told me that a tow truck would be there in a few minutes. My girl is a new driver and the experience had her shaking and crying. I stayed on the phone with her until the truck arrived. I heard the driver speaking with her and then she told me that she would call me back in a minute. I get the call back and she isnt crying anymore. Somehow that tow operator, Angelo, was able to reassure and console her to the point where she sounded like my daughter again. She tells me Dad, this guy is so helpful and nice. Hes going to drop me off at home and take care of the car for us. Then Angelo explained to me that he would bring the car to his shop, handle all of the paperwork and arrange for our insurance company to pick up the car from him. I was relieved. Any father knows the kind of relief Im talking about. My girl was safe at home, my car was being taken care of, and I could concentrate on my job again. In a world where no one seems to give a damn about anyone or anything the people at Towfessional stand out as those who strive to be different. Call them if you need a tow or any other kind of auto service. They made believers out of us and we will be their loyal customers from now on.
