M-Spec Performance in Queens

I ve been coming to this place to service my BMW for a few years and I couldn t be more pleased with service. Shout to Jason and Calvin for taking my last minute appointments. The shop is very knowledgeable about European cars (I ve even crossed referenced their diagnostics with BMW s diagnostics) and has very reasonable prices. Only bummer thing is that they are closed on the weekend.

I like place, all personal were very professional at every level, from reception (10) stars to mechanics. they explained me all problems with car and provided me with a very thorough explanation with full details ( something i never had at any location) . I get another car and 100% know where to go when needed. thanks guys.

I brought my BMW M2 Competition to M-Spec Performance due to a P0327 fault code related to a knock sensor. First, I want to highlight that Jason and Calvin were fantastic throughout the process their customer service was exceptional, and they kept me informed every step of the way. However, what ultimately left me disappointed was the diagnostic accuracy. I was quoted $2,600 to resolve the issue, as they concluded it was likely due to rat damage. This was far outside of my budget, so I opted not to proceed and paid $300 for the diagnostic, which M-Spec markets as highly exhaustive and precise. Later, I took my car to another reputable shop. They thoroughly inspected the wiring around the intake manifold and the knock sensor, and they found zero evidence of rodent damage. No chewed wires, no insulation issues nothing to support the diagnosis I received from M-Spec. While I appreciate the professionalism and communication, a diagnostic service that s advertised as highly accurate should not miss the mark this significantly, especially when the proposed repair cost is so high. This experience unfortunately left me questioning the value of the diagnostic and the accuracy of their assessments. Jason and Calvin were great to work with but the misdiagnosis and cost implications left much to be desired.

This is the only place that works on my 2015 5 series GT, they worked on my 93 3 series vehicle since 2007, the best for BMW

m spec is my go-to for all maintenance and repairs. jason is the best!

Finally I found the right place, Especially Mr, Jason Shoenecker hes a great guy and cool guy; after diagnostic check, hell explain to me step by step and told me what have to be fix.At least I know what I need the car to be done and what I have been paying for...Mr Jason hes a very professional person and Mr Calvin Chin hes also nice person, and he said I have to keep the oil change more often itll protect the engine to running well , after all that hopefully my car will last longer to keep it, thank you for your help

Came in to have my 2013 Volks GTI inspected and tuned up. Was very pleased with the ease of making an appointment online and how quickly I was able to get in contact with the staff. While they are closed on weekends, they were able to work on the car quite quickly and updated me along the way with every decision. Yes, you may a tad bit more than other local shops but the peace of mind and efficiency they work with makes it worth it.

I had a great experience with M-spec. They gave my car a complete diagnosis. Found more issues, than what I brought it in for. There was know preasure to do the extra work. Jason kept intouch with me through the whole process. They sent me pictures and written explanations of every detail of what my car needed. Never experienced that before at any where else. I had my car inspected at M-Spec, where they identified several issues, including the rear main seal and engine mount. Due to the high labor costs, I consulted certified mechanics for second opinions. Their evaluations revealed that two of M-Specs recommended repairs were unnecessary, and they identified other critical issues that M-Spec had overlooked. While the accuracy of their diagnostics raises concerns, M-Spec demonstrated professionalism in handling basic services, and their staff was courteous and attentive. For significant repairs, I recommend seeking additional evaluations. However, M-Spec remains a dependable option for standard maintenance needs.

Brought my Audi a4 Quattro 2014 in for complete diagnostic. They did a deep dive and made recommendations to fix a year long problem with misfiring events; also did a front alignment and control arm replacement. I do a lot of work myself and they had no issues with my replacing some components: Exremely friendly and super expert. I will always be returning for needed service. I have out four hundred miles on car and runs like it was brand new.

Great experience here. I only got an oil change but the guys did inspect my whole vehicle and recommended what services I should do next. The service was fast and there was constant communication via automatic text system. Calvin was my service advisor and he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I Brought my sons 2013 BMW 128i here for some minor maintenance (oil change/inspection sticker and an issue with thetTMS sensor) . I like the garage and the service and I believe the work they performed was just as good as any BMW dealer. My only complaint is/was is that I like to use a specific brand of oil in my BMWs and at M-Spec you are forced to use the oil brand they promote and sale the same as the dealer does. It may seem like no big deal but IMO the purpose of using an independent BMW shop is to give the owner more control over what he/she wants to use in or on their vehicles in which your hands are tied when having service performed at the dealer. I however did go along with the oil change having to use the brand they sell because I needed other things looked at on the vehicle and I needed aninspection sticker as the one the windshield expired the next day. Outside of that I give the shop a solid thumbs up and will most likely use them again when its time to bring out my Z4 and have it tuned up from its winter hibernation.

Wow this shop is so thorough and well run! I brought in a car with a degraded battery, worn down tires, and evidence of a serious rat problem in the engine bay. They sent a detailed digital write up of all the issues with photo documentation and outlined the estimated costs so I knew exactly what I was being charged for as well as recommendations for issues they didnt handle at their shop. Most of the time, you just have to trust the shop is doing what they said theyd do but this place was honest, didnt try to upsell anything, efficient, and great with timely communication even with all my schedule changes.

The staff and technicians are dedicated to performing the service with attention to detail. Many of these car s problems are difficult to diagnose. They go through painstaking efforts to correct the problems, all the while explaining the problem and different strategies to fix it. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

* 2024-My mini has around 77,000 miles and I have had several trips to M-Spec for needed repairs. I only use M-Spec and I trust both Jason and Calvin to advise me, and they have always taken very good care. Mike, one of the M-Spec mechanics, who has worked on my car a number of times, really cares about his work and I always leave with the assurance that my car is in perfect working order. This is a business that is dedicated to the work and excellent customer service. 2020*Phil and his team at M-Spec excel in service and communication. They were recommended to me by another Mini Cooper owner a couple of years ago. Each time you visit you can be sure they will holistically assess your entire car. On Monday I went in for an oil change and an inspection, and some other issues. Their customer service is excellent; they let you know when your car is entered for service , you re given a written estimate via email in advance of proceeding with the work. The mechanics are time efficient, trustworthy, prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is assured. Phil always checks up following your visit to make sure everything is working well. I highly recommend this business.

I visited M Spec last week after making an appointment online. When I arrived, the service rep told me, I wish you had called to make the appointment instead of booking online, so we could explain our process. My immediate thought was, why not call me once I made the appointment? They emailed and sent me multiple text messages to confirm before my appointment why not use that opportunity to explain their process? Why even let customers make online appointments without describing this process? The rep proceeded to explain this process. They would keep my car for a few business days to diagnose the issue and then come back with a quote. Regardless of whether I wanted to proceed with the repair or not, I would still have to pay around $350 for the diagnosis. This felt like a gamble, especially since it was my first time at M Spec, and I had no idea what their prices were like. I decided to check out another shop, and it turned out that all I needed was a fuel leak detector. The other place diagnosed the problem at no cost in less than 10 minutes no exaggeration and even had the part in stock. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Im glad I trusted my instincts and didnt proceed with M Spec. I dont enjoy giving negative reviews, but I think its important to share my experience so others dont waste their time and potentially a lot of money.

5 stars, and i wish i could give more. This place is excellent, I highly recommend. The service rep was extremely communicative, kind and professional. Going to a new shop can be stressful but she made me feel at ease and made the whole process super smooth from booking my appointment, to answering my questions, etc. she was attentive, concise, and it was clear she is very knowledgeable regarding cars. Great customer service skills across the board. Jason checked my car out, he was able to identify the issues and patiently explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand- step by step. He is a well of knowledge when it comes to cars and really knows what he s talking about. I felt he had the best intentions and gave me options/ never pressured at any point, I felt informed. Jason made me feel confident about the whole situation and I felt he and the staff there truly cared. They sent me emails with in depth photos and updates and kept in communication with me. I left my car for a couple of days and it was well worth it. The high level/ quality in depth thorough check they did was incredible. Lastly, their level of flexibility was soooo appreciated. As a first responder it s difficult to stick to an exact schedule or even answer the phone, they really worked with me! (Above and beyond) I am lucky to have found them and I recommend . Overall I had a great experience here. M spec is trustworthy, reliable, and genuine. My new go-to place.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with my car I ve went to many mechanic shops they all gave me the run around, maybe is this and try that no one can pin point the issue. But MSPEC was able to diagnose the problems with videos of testings and gave me solutions. Jason and Calvin is on top of everything and they let me know as soon as possible. Excellent service. To be honest initially, was very hesitant to do the work on a 2015 GLK 350 with about 90k miles, prior visits to the dealer and other shops suggested 11k possible to fix a check engine light. Yikes. Brought Mercedes in for wheel alignment, they gave me a oil change by accident there fault still Paid for it and the wheel alignment the car came out going right badly. Next day pop the hood they left a long screw driver under my hood since that day car haven t been the same idk what oil they use for the oil change but it definitely was not good.

I ve brought my car to M-Spec twice and both times I received top notch service. I knew the whole time my car was in good hands. All issues my car was having were fixed on first attempt. The shop also does a really good job communicating and has a simple to use platform for quotes.

dont waste your money and time .these people will ripped you off, they will fix the problem you told them , but they will mess up other things to make you come back to them . These people are a scammer. Don t believe me just try it . You will see what will happen to your car.

Calvin is the man!! Hes always there to help. These guys offer dealer quality service! This is my go-to mechanic for my BMW M340 one thing I really like is that they document literally everything! I got a brake fluid flush and along the way they discovered my rear diff was leaking. later that day I got a full detailed report emailed to me with multiple pictures. the communication is top notch here which is something I really dont see many other dealerships doing in the area.

my BMW needed a battery and an alternator and the bill came to $3100. They told me about a major leak. After the fact they did the alternator. so much for going over a car and diagnosing. Make a Very huge mistake bringing my car to these people. They are a rip off and they are not honest. Shame on all of them, but it s OK karma will catch up to them. Stay away by all means necessary.

I found M-Spec as they are an in-network approved shop for the warranty on a new-to-me Mercedes E-Class. This isnt my first German car rodeo, and I always notice how Im treated when I go into a shop. From the start, Jason was super friendly and has since taken the time to explain the work done and what well keep an eye on to make sure the car stays in tip-top shape. They performed an incredibly thorough pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle while I waited, and made a minor repair recommendation without making me feel remotely pressured to do it. They even opened the claim with my warranty for that work, which they performed the very next day, again while I waited. I really appreciate the great customer service and quick, quality work so far. While I dont hope to become too much of a regular, M-Spec so far has made the sometimes soul-sucking art of owning a finicky car worth it!

M-Spec has been servicing my 2011 BMW 335i X-Drive for many years now. They do an excellent job and provide a 3 year warranty (or 36,000 miles) for any work they do. My car continues to drive impeccably despite the rough and tumble roads of NYC. Highly recommended if you care about quality maintenance of your BMW!

Break sensor replaced. Very good job. Car has right head light malfunction. It is very expensive to fix. New adaptive headlight is very expensive.

I have trusted M-Spec for years with my family vehicles. Most recently I had some major work performed on my 2005 BMW M5. On this visit we took care of my clutch issues by replacing the original clutch with a new clutch kit and associated parts. While my BMW M5 was at the shop they also replaced the alternator and performed an annual New York State inspection. I cannot speak more highly about my experiences at M-Spec. They truly treat you with the utmost professionalism and respect. There are few if any true European independent specialists in New York City let alone Queens and Brooklyn. It is extremely difficult to find a shop that operates like these guys. They really do their best to invest in the latest technology. The customer experience I have received has just gotten better over the years. They have a system of sending photos, videos and text updates while my car is in the shop which I have never experienced at any other shop, not even the dealership. The night drop box is also very convenient since I work during the day and can only get the car over to them after hours. If you own a BMW there is no better shop to go to. These guys are the best.

I have been going to M-Spec for years. The team there is always friendly and gets the job done right.

Came in for a diagnostic on a knock coming from the transmission housing. They went above and beyond and completed a full diagnostic report on my entire vehicle and itemized each repair and the pricing for each. While the repair costs were a little over budget for me, the report was very thorough and came to conclusions on every mechanical malfunction in my vehicle. Very pleased with the work they did. Would recommend.

It took decades to find an auto repair shop that didnt try to turn my lack of automotive acumen into unnecessary repairs, and explained the reasons for why repairs might be necessary. Ill never entrust the BMW with anyone else. I hate sounding like a radio ad but I dont care. M-Spec is the real deal if you dont want to be belittled or taken by an auto repair shop. To expensive , I mean yes it bmw but they charging arms and legs and if u don t pay that payment in 90 days , they up it a few more thousands ,which explains all the bmw parked around there , they jam people up to the point where they can t afford back they car ,work is nice but a lil overcharging , I won t recommend here for the average working man , u gone spend the whole check over there every week.

I needed a thorough health check after only 4 months from a dealership service and took a chance with M Spec. I m so glad I did. There are less than a handful of experienced and professional mechanics that can be trusted with the E46. It might be less and less in a few years. Jason was very upfront and responsive (considering how busy they are). Relayed the shop foreman s findings and suggestions clearly. The software they use to communicate with clients is excellent. I was able to check on the process 24/7 with photos and videos. They re not all over social like some other shops and putting all their time into the car. Probably better that way or else I ll never be able to make an appointment. I kid. I hope they continue to do great business and stay around for a long time. Thank you to the team at M Spec.

M-Spec inspected every aspect of my vehicle and provided a report the is MORE COMPREHENSIVE than the DEALER. I only wish I would have found them sooner, I could have save a ton of money. I would recommend them to anyone.

After having a repair screwed up by a local garage, I scheduled a 10am appointment online with M-Spec Glendale for our 2005 BMW X3 on a Sunday evening. The next day, Monday, Jason from M-Spec called at 9am to confirm my 10am appointment. When I pulled into their lot at 10am exactly, Calvin from M-Spec called to check on my arrival, and then came out to meet me in the parking lot. Their level of professionalism, courtesy, and communication was evident and remained throughout. After running a full spectrum diagnostic on our vehicle, we left the vehicle to address the issues needing repair and have the car inspected. We can now say, after driving the car for a month after getting it back from M-Spec, that its like driving a new car. The engine runs so smooth and quiet and the ride is quite enjoyable. We highly recommend M-Spec for all of your foreign car needs. Thanks to Jason, Calvin and the entire staff at M-Spec.

10am appointment for an oil change and a visual inspection of my front brake to find the source of a rub. Was told my car should be ready the next day, and that they had a few cars in front of me. What s the point of booking appointments if the time isn t respected? Told them if it wasn t ready that day I d go elsewhere, so they promised they d have it finished by end of day. Oil change was $200 which felt steep but I was already there so I approved it. Website states FREE RIDES TO HOME OR WORK. After driving myself to the appointment, I was told they didn t do that, so I paid for an Uber to take me home. I paid for an Uber back at 5:30 to pick up my car and when I got there the oil change was complete. They did a $40 wheel balance which they thought might fix the sound coming from the wheel, but the sound persists. I was quoted $850 for a wheel bearing replacement which I won t be doing at that cost. Update: the shop called me to see how they could make it right and offered to reimburse me for the Uber rides. I was told they were short staffed which is why they couldn t drop off customers. They are all nice people, I just think they need to sort out their organization of how they book their appointments.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME MONEY AND MORE CAR PROBLEMS! If you think you are going to professionals who know what they are doing, let me give you a valueable message before you make a VERY COSTLY MISTAKE. This place right here is my personal definition of legal robbery. Unfortunetly I made the biggest mistake ever by going here and not paying attention to other reviews. These people had took my ML63 Mercedes in and told me they knew what they were doing before I moved forward with them. They not only charged me an arm and a leg for just a diagnostic which I never heard of if your doing your work with the shop, but they charged me $1050 to replace a intake boot and air filter which the average shop would charge $200 for if even. This was to posssibly remove an engine light my car was displaying. They told me they usually test drive a car before returning it, for some reason they decided not to test drive my car and I was wondering why, to find out that when I went and paid $1600 for a diagnostic fee, air filter and intake boot replacement (RIP OFF) I went to take my car from where they parked it, that my whole airbag suspension was completely shot from the back and my car was not lifting. I went to the person whom dealth with me for the payment (Calvin) he had told me if they can take a look at the car and hold it for a couple days before calling me back after 3-4 days and telling me my airbags are messed up. KEEEP IN MIND I NEVER WENT THERE WITH THIS BEING THE PROBLEM OR THIS COMING UP IN THEIR WHAT THEY CALL LEVEL ONE AND LEVEL 2 diagnostic which is another way of them finding reasons to charge extra money to their customers. After me telling them this was never anything wrong on my car they told me my car was messed up and they didnt do anything that had to do with my suspension so it wasnt their problem, before contradicting themself and telling me that had to drop my air suspension before lifting my car or it can blow my airbags. Then I told them they were suppose to notify me that this happened to the car and they told me they didnt test drive it because it felt unsafe, but they parked my car away from the shop which means they lied, they did drive my car atleast to the parking spot but wanted to act like they knew nothing about my suspension being shot and my dash board saying MALFUNCTION. I went on to tell them to diagnost what the problem in my suspension could be so I can get an idea of what happen, so I wait another 5 days before they call me and tell me my air bags looked torn but I had gotten these airbags replaced from mercedes 6-8 months prior, so that goes to tell me their mechanics blew my airbags and they try to act oblivious and not take accountability for their actions. Then they told me because they liked me so much they would help me resolve the issue by fixing the issue for a heavily discounted rate when they dont know me from a hole in the wall. They gave me a price of $800 for the airbags to be replaced with me providing the part which came out to $1200 and they told me that it can possibly also be the compressor and they wouldnt know till they replace the airbags. I WENT AND PICKED up my vehicle and left with a shot suspension before I lost another $1200. I went to another shop and replace both airbags and paid $600 with the parts included. ALSO MY ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL HERE AND THEY NEVER REPLACED my air filter, and they held my car for nearly a MONTH. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE TO YOU, and with No REMORSE. WHAT A SAD BUSINESS THEY ARE RUNNING TO TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND RUIN THEIR CARS AND THEN LIE ON TOP OF IT ALL. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, they will charge AND arm and a leg for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THE NAME OF THE OWNER BUT THE WHOLE TIME WERE TELLING ME THEY WILL SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND I KNOW FOR A FACT I WAS SPEAKING TO THE OWNER. HIS NAME IS JASON AND HE HAS A PARNTER NAMED PHIL, they both are the owners but will never tell you that, and those are the scammers who spoke to me after Calvin was left speechless.

My experience at m-spec was great. The customer service and waiting room make you feel right at home. I also want to give a special thanks to Calvin(the front desk receptionist) and Dario(the mechanic) for their time and patience. They had no problems answering all the questions I had and shared there personal experience with cars like mine. Thanks to their expertise, they were able to rule out some problems I had with my car. M-Spec performed a complimentary multipoint inspection of my Porsche Panamera 4S that I just purchased pre-owned. They also performed a brake and coolant flush. The staff was very informative, patient, and professional. *UPDATE#1 had an issue with my AC. Problem diagnosed and repaired. Jason was great!. He worked with my warranty company, and my warranty actually paid them double the amount they originally billed them for!! RoadVantage Warrantees are great! He assured me that the work would be guaranteed! AC works great! **UPDATE#2 : The original repair failed after just 2 months. Freon leaked slowly from the o-ring they had just replaced. Brought the car in as per their work guarantee. They confirmed the failure of the original repair but now found a new leak from an adjacent pressure line hose. They now are billing my warranty company another $1500 to diagnose and recharge the system a second time, along with replacing the hose. Thankfully, the warranty (RoadVantage) authorized the entire cost again. Ive been waiting for the hose to come in. Its been 2 weeks since I brought the car to them with this. I picked the car up in the meantime because I didnt want it sitting in a shop so long. The drivers seat, doorsill, b pillar liner, and steering wheel were covered in dirt and grease. I really hope they get it all right this time. I dont want to have to come back a third time, and I really dont want them to bill my warranty again for an AC issue. RoadVantage has been very generous. (I dont want to press my luck) so far, its been a total of $2800 to replace a $3 o-ring, $200 AC pressure hose, and to charge the system 2 times. My local mechanic had suggested I go to the dealer for AC issues because German AC systems can be tricky and nuanced. I brought the car to M-Spec because they assured me they have the expertise to fix AC issues. I hope I wasnt wrong in trusting them. They have great reviews and have been responsive thus far. We ll see. ***UPDATE #3 AC fixed and has been blowing cold air for a solid month. During an oill change, MSpec inspected the AC system and found no further leak. They have been very responsive.

Long story and I dont want TLDR, so to summarize my incredible experience at M-Spec I will say this: I own a 2012 BMW 750 Li that had broken stem valve seals and a leaking radiator. After a week of objectively going through all permutations of the options on how to proceed, we settled on a new engine from BMW and M-Spec installed it. They were transparent with the work, they were respectful of the cost and always left the decisions to me. We have a 3 year warranty on their work and I feel that I will not be going to my other mechanics as these guys are fair, honest and reasonably priced and they really know there way around a BMW. A special shout out to Jason as he was their first line of support and did a great job.

I have been use this this auto shop since my 2010 mini finish warranty. But the dealer service never fixed my car problems since I bought this brand new car at that time. Also the service fee was over charge for my mini in mini dealer shop. I found m-Spec-performance on the website. I drop my car there and told them all the problems I have to my car. They fixed all the problems for my car with very reasonable price ( much cheaper than the dealer). I am completely trust them. They are very honest and professional and great service. M-Spec provides great service for a great price. Easy to talk to, easy to book an appointment and very accommodating. While the prices aren t the cheapest, keep in mind you re paying for quality service. Definitely cheaper than dealerships, but better quality than dealership work in my opinion. Not only did they take care of my issue but provided a very thorough service report. That in itself is worth every penny. In the report they include pictures along with detailed explanations. They even recommended services based off the condition and mileage of the car. (Services the car actually needs and not bogus upsell) I will be going back in the spring/summer to do my 60k service.

I recently took my Porsche 987 to M-Spec. I was a little hesitant because my 987 is a build and, has an 997 engine swap. And not everyone is capable on working on her. I m glad I took her to M-Spec, they exceded my expectations. They are now my Indy for my 987. I would definitely recommend.

I cant rave enough about these guys. Once again they prove how invaluable they are, this last visit they found a mistake they made and told me about it. Just recently purchased and proceeded to break my mini Cooper. Its hard enough finding a good mechanic let some one that specializes in European cars. These guys exceed any expectations I had. Honestly, the best way to describe M-spec, you get what you pay for, and Im not mad about it. Best part, next door is the JDM shop.

They ll charge you double the price for repairs. Yes they will give you warranty but it s not worth it. Do your research and find a reliable mechanic shop. They will also drive your car and mess it up cause when I got back my car my transmission felt a little odd. My bumper didn t look the same either.

Came in multiple times to get a quote for different jobs and each time the quote they give is 2-6 times higher than the second highest price I received for that job. A few months ago I came in and asked for a quote to install some after market downpipes exhaust and told them I already have the downpipes in the car and to let me know when theyre ready so i can show them the parts and discuss what I want done. They then brought me to a waiting room thats out of sight of their lot, and the receptionist called me back out after 15 minutes with a quote of $2900 to swap half an exhaust that two other shops quoted me for less than $500. They took my parts of my car and out of the box and crudely put them back in the packaging without me there. I was actually floored and when I asked why the price was so high his explanation just made me more upset. He said it was that expensive because they would have to move the catalytic converter to get to this part of the exhaust. When I told him that they would obviously have to move the catalytic converter because thats part of of the downpipes I m asking them to swap out, he actually froze and didn t know how to respond. I couldn t tell if they were blatantly lying to me or if they incorrectly assumed what part of the exhaust they had just looked at and just through a number at me, regardless not a good look. I was told by friends and family that 10+ years ago they did good work at a fair price, but now all my friends who recently went to m spec were not satisfied with the work and feel theyve been ripped off. Would not recommend. In response to the reply, one shop quoted me $390, the other $450, both looked at my car and I ended up getting it done at the shop that quoted me $450 with no issue. Admittedly the review was written because I was upset, but there were no lies told, I was thinking about my few interactions with M Spec for sometime and seeing as you guys somehow have a 4.7 rating, yet I know no one who has had anything good to say about your shop, (except for a family member who said he used to go to you guys all the time over a decade ago, but hasnt been since), my 1 star review wont even dent your rating. You talk about seeing the menu, not ordering any food, and leaving a bad review, but I wouldnt be so inclined to leave a bad review if you guys had handled me and my property with respect, the $2900 quote was just the cherry on top

I woke Wednesday morning with a flat tire which sucked because I just replaced 2 tires of my vehicle last week. So I walked into M-Spec and I was greeted by Jason who was friendly and helpful. They immediately checked my tire and informed me they can patch right away. I was in and out of the shop in about an hour.
