If I can, I ll rate these people zero stars guy just hung up on me very disrespectful. I don t need your tow company. I ll find somebody else. Bunch of nasty ass people.

Horrible service, I called urgently needing a tow, the phone operator asked my location and after telling him he immediately hung up, i wasn t even 5 minutes away from the location listed on their page 0/10 would not recommend to anyone who is in need

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I just called to get a price quote to tow my motorcycle from point A to point B and the man that answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. When I told him where I would like to bring the motorcycle his response was oh yeah, I don t have time for that It seems he was eating and couldn t stop eating. And it s ok if he was eating. I even asked him if I should call back at a later time but he just stayed silent I guess his mouth was full. I barely write reviews, but for this I had to, if the owner reads this, please have a talk with your workers, you could lose a lot of business because of this unprofessionalism. I am also a business owner and this is very unacceptable.!!!!!!!!

These guys are great! Not only prompt, but courteous too. My ride gave out near the Plaza in an area with nothing but hotels and office buildings and I was stuck until I called Cheap Towing. And the cost was better than I expected.

Wow! Thank goodness for honest and reliable business like CHEAP TOWING. These guys are just AMAZING! I was recently stuck with my two small children with a dead battery and it was pouring outside. Road side assistance gave me an estimated wait time of one hour but CHEAP TOWING showed up for me in fifteen minutes when I told them my children were in the car. When the driver came, he did everything and told me to just relax and stay dry inside my car. Next time I need help its CHEAP TOWING 100% I even told all of my friends about them.
