The team at Caliber Collision worked quickly and carefully on my car. I really appreciate the updates via text throughout the week on the status of my car. I also liked how quickly they responded to any questions or concerns I had. They are knowledgeable in their line of work and will take their time explains/ answering questions you might have in regards to your vehicle.

Repair work and completion times were updated 3X per week and my car was returned to me looking better than ever. They even washed and vacuumed the entire car.

Fixed damaged rear door due to accident.

They repaired some body damage on my car and it looks brand new! They detailed the inside of my car which was completely unexpected (and needed)! They provided frequent updates during the entire process. They always answer the phone, which is a huge! When I picked up my car, I forgot to take my personal belongings out of the rental. I called and they took my items inside and kept them safe until I could get back there a few days later. Every person is friendly and knowledgeable. They walk you through everything, all you have to do is show up. Thanks again to all of the staff I would recommend this business all day every day!

Had a rear view mirror replace that has a camera and lights on it and they did a great job replacing it along with the trim and they had my whole car cleaned and ready to go a day before they said they would have it done. The customer service was also great and so friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend and will be returning if ever need repairs to my vehicle again!

My repairs came out great. Went in for repairs from someone hitting my rear passenger door in a parking lot. Got text updates throughout repairs. They even took the time to clean the inside of the vehicle which was a nice touch. Everyone was friendly. Repairs did take longer than I expected. I had a rental car and they called 45mins before closing on a Friday evening for me to pick up my car and return the rental or Id be charged for the weekend. This was the only complaint I had. Otherwise, everything was good and Id recommend them.

When we picked up our car, there was no evidence that any work had been done. The interior did not smell like a body shop, there was no dust, smell, overspray, greasy finger prints...nothing! My wifes car had some really serious damage done to the driver side door, and the Insurance Company covered the damage minus the deductible, and the repairs were completed ahead of the estimated date and the work was extremely Exceptional. You cant discern that there was any damage done to the car.

Id caught the wheel well trim on my 2017 Grand Cherokee on the side of my garage yesterday. No damage to the trim but several of the rivets were broken off. Caliber didnt have them on hand but sent me to a dealership down the road who did. Brought them back and the owner installed them and reattached the trim at no charge! Looks brand new. Very good people to do business with!

waited a month to get my vehicle just to receive a message 30 minutes before pick up that it wasnt going to be done. creating an inconvenient overlap on my rental and on a holiday, my plans are ruined. over an alignment they didnt want to squeeze in before the end of the day.

Everyone I dealt with was kind and informative telling me exactly why certain work needed to be done. I got regular updates on my vehicle and the work was completed early. Update 2/23/23: I had a massive gouge in my hood and was convinced the hood needed to be replaced. Caliber assured me they could get it looking brand new without replacing and WOW Im impressed! My hood looks absolutely perfect and the work got dont faster than expected. Would definitely recommend.

My car needed the front bumper and right fog light (and some body parts behind them) replaced after I was run off the side of the street into a frozen snowbank by someone who didnt stop at their stop sign. I left it with Queensbury Caliber Collision on a Wednesday morning and picked it up the following Tuesday morning (the day before promised). It looks factory fresh!

We had a bad wind storm where winds were up to around 80 miles an hour, a tree limb had fallen on top of my Jeep I called my insurance company, they recommended Caliber Collision. Caliber told me the work would take approximately two weeks, much to my surprise they were done in one week, work was exceptional the whole staff was extraordinary. Caliber Collision did great work on my vehicle, you would never even know it was worked on! They also re-arranged the things in my car and made a little display, which my girlfriend loved lol. I would definitely bring my vehicle back here if needed!

Was just there for a estimate that being said these people do covid right. Had me go to car and wait before I could start the car to listen to the radio there was a auditor doing the estimate on the car. Out in 8 minutes.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS Caliber collision had done work on our vehicle but didn t finish the job resulting in us having to return to the shop to have them fix the issue again and then we had to go back a week later because they did not take the time to inspect it before giving it back to us for any other issues (vehicle wasn t driven enough to notice any issues until it began overheating on a drive out of town) A lot of time and energy wasted when I could have gone to my local shop and had it done the right way once.
