Ordered part, Said it would be in next day 9am and Id get a call when it comes in. No call so I called them and they said there driver called off and it wouldnt be til 1-2pm and they would call. No call again, I called them and they said part was never ordered.

Horrible Customer Service. Was told a part that I pre-ordered for overnight delivery was going to be there the next morning. Called before I made the 1.5 hour drive to confirm that the truck and the part were on the way and Patrick confirmed. Showed up at the time that I was told to be at the store after the truck came and was told I was one of the unlucky customers whose part wasnt on the delivery truck. Would have appreciated a call as as soon as the truck came without the part. With fuel prices the way they are I drove over an hour for nothing.

I do a lot of old model car restorations and auto zone take care of all my parts needs thanks auto zone.

Wow, livesavers! My windshield wiper snapped off and then I found myself caught in the middle of a rainstorm. They found the exact part I needed and installed it all for me.

Great place to get my parts, I go there quite frequently and Eddie, Aaron along with the rest if the staff definitely go the extra mile to to be of assistance.

Went to purchase vehicle paint but didnt have any of the color I needed, yet they were able to get one can( I needed five) from another store and have it for me in a couple of days...

Never have any issues getting parts here. Typical auto parts store. People are friendly and courteous.

Sorry but my experience here was not a good one. The lady at the counter, after looking at me and asking can I help you, continue talking to the person next to her. I needed to purchase a battery and have it installed after calling and them have them say to bring it down, only to have her walk two steps outside, look at my car and tell me they don t do hybrids. I went over to Advance Auto and they installed it for me there no problems. She clearly did not want to be bothered.

Cheap parts to fix your own car WHILE ARE STILL ALLOWED TO HAVE THEM

Bought a car battery there; on-line promotion not eligible for items picked up in the store. Clerk suggested a different battery, same cost. Had what I needed.

Fix your hours online. I checked the autozone site and google to confirm they were open until 8 on Sunday. But when I got to the store at 7pm on the dot. The employee came out to the door to tell me they re closing. All I needed was brake pads. Nope. They wouldn t bother to serve me. They even acknowledged the fact that they knew all the hours posted online are wrong.

I was looking for a bicycle tire inflator. The associate that greeted me when I entered was very helpful as I compared several options they had.

Everything here is way overpriced. A lot of the staff dont know anything theyre talking about. A select few members of the staff however are extremely helpful and the store does stock a lot of items. If they dont have it in store, often they will order the part for you so you can pick it up at the store as soon as it is delivered

Placed an order and was told it would be in the next day. The next night got a call saying the order had to be cancelled. Then the next day ( two days later) I get a call telling me my order was there. Went to get it and it was the wrong one all in all got another call saying my my first order is there. FINALLY the right one. The people were great after all the issues

I went to AutoZone to test/recharge my truck battery and possibly buy a new one if needed. To recharge usually takes 1-2 hours, so I planned to just drop it off. The young gentleman at the counter couldnt figure out how to get the battery tester to work. Another rep came over to assist and let us know theyll get it charged if its not dead. A new battery is about $200. Within 30 minutes they tell me its dead and I need a new battery. Their lack of feedback and professionalism made me doubt their abilities. I asked for the report, which Ive historically always received from other auto shops. They could not supply me with one. I took the battery to another shop and it tested perfectly fine. I will not trust this shop again in the future.

Says they close at 9pm was locked when we arrived prior to 9. Shame on them. Clerks just looked at us through the window and shruged.

The workers were in a social hour so it took a bit to get help other than that its a good place

They had what I was looking for.

Called to inquire whether they had a part in stock. They had it, I purchased it. Seems they were doing some work to the store when I visited. Workers were apologetic of the mess & that they were in the way of the registers. Typically higher priced than advance but they had the part I needed, when I needed it vs. having to order it & wait from advance.

The employees there sometimes seem annoyed when you ask a question.

This store in particular is clean and well stocked . I would give a better rating but some of the clerks are rude! I wouldnt go back in if you payed me. Id rather spend more to go anywhere else. Very rude. Dont bother asking for any help its too much work. They should find more people that want to work and help people!
