Tried calling multiple tire services in the area none could squeeze me in and if they could it wouldnt be for hours. Woke up with a flat tire pressed for time as I had to be to work. Not only did Adirondack tire service see me right away, the job was done fast and all business! 5-star rating from me!

When I called to seek an appointment who ever answered the phone was completely rude and made my need for his business feel like a complete inconvenience. Did not go and will never go or recommend.

In vacation in the area with family and found a screw in my tire. Asked if they could fit me in and look at tire? Person at the counter was polite and very helpful. Thankfully able to plug the tire and had it done in under an hour. Absolutely incredible service for asking to be squeezed in. We were able to continue our vacation!!!

Drove in without appointment but needing a new tire after my blew out. Was on vacation and away from home. These folks couldnt have been more accommodating, didnt upsell me, and had me out in an hour less at a reasonable price. Excellent service and I would recommend.

Got some new wheels and tires for my truck. I brought them in to have mounted and balanced. During the process they completely scored the inner lip of the wheels and instead of paying for a new wheels they said that happens because they are aftermarket . So now the wheels I just paid 1000 for are ruined. Atleast they took $80 off the service.

I recently brought my Pathfinder in for a long list of repairs and I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else. They absolutely exceed in skill, honesty, and affordability. Thank you all for doing such great work!

I am originally from the area but now reside in North Carolina, and happen to work at a German luxury vehicle dealership. While in town visiting family, our Jeep got a flat tire. I called a few other places who said at best they could have the tire needed the next business day. I called Adirondack Tire and they said if ordered in the next 10 minutes they could have the tire that afternoon. I got the spare put on and the damaged tire in the trunk. Got to Adirondack Tire about 15/20 minutes later. Asked if we could just leave the wheel with the damaged tire on it so we wouldnt be stuck there waiting. Absolutely not a problem. Gave my phone number to call when the tire came in and was mounted/balanced to the rim. Later that afternoon they gave me a call to say it was ready. Once we got they they mounted the wheel back on the car for us. I have very low expectations working with tire shops (or any shop really, having worked in two myself), and these guys blew me away. A level of service better than a lot of new car dealers. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and anyone in the area from out of town that finds themselves needing their services.

Got my car in the next day for four new tires and I love my new tires. But when I went in to pick my car up, my key fob was just sitting on the desk with no one at the computer. Seemed extremely unsecure to me. Especially since it took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check me out. Then, after spending $1200, I needed to add air to all 4 of my tires at a Stewarts the same night because they only filled to 28 when right on my driver door it says 32.

Went Back in August Very Rude person at front desk. I cant believe when i was there i was talked to and treated the way i was over a simple miss-communication, very unprofessional.

Called this morning about something for my car and the dude was beyond rude and sounded like he hated his life I said thank you I get yup and hung up on..this place should prolly teach there employees some respect

Always can trust Brian and his crew at ADK Tire in Queensbury to do an excellent job in a timely fashion. I live 1.5 hours away and can t leave my car. I must stay until it is done, and they always make sure to finish the job same day for me while I wait at the shop. So nice to have a trusted mechanic over many, many years!

Great service but the guys driving the vehicles out should wash their hands before touching the side panels of the vehicle.

Caught a flat while out on a road trip. Went here to get it plugged. Nobody was wearing masks but what else do you expect in MAGA country? Anyway they plugged the tire within the hour at a fair price. 10/10 Covid risk was worth it!

My family and I just made a trip to Lake George with our camper for a short five day trip, about 40 miles from Queensbury, my 5th wheel trailer tire blew out. I searched around while camping and Brian went out of his way to help find a quality tire with a few options while I was away from my hometown. I elected to replace the one tire just to get me home and keep my spare. About 20 miles outside of Queensbury on my trip home, another tire blew. I immediately called Brian who said he could have three more tires for me by 1pm. The tires came before 1pm and he and the team worked tirelessly to get me on the road as quick as possible. Compared to my local pricing here in Pennsylvania, I did pay a little more than I would have locally to my house but, I needed the piece of mind and they delivered. Not just going out of there way to make it happen, Brian took the time to let me know the different options of tires available to make an informed decision. Thanks again and I mean this in the nicest way possible, I hope I never have to visit again but, if I do, I know where to go while in that area.

Busy place. Had help wanted sign out. Could have been short staffed but we made an appointment and got right in on time. Alignment improved the steering. I was satisfied.

My parents used to be regular customers and also referred me to this business. The last time they were in, they were looking to fix the AC of their vehicle, and warned them (with a phone call ahead of time) they just wanted a quote as their car is quite dated. Being regular customers, they were expecting to obtain a price and then go from there. They had to wait over two hours, losing extremely valuable time, the AC could not be fixed (not the mechanics fault), and they ended up charging over $50, a lose lose situation. A little charge is fair, but over $50 is not how business works in this day and age. It is unfortunate because they seemed very cordial at first. It is evident that they lack a notion on how to do business properly, and appeared in it only for the profit, not for the real passion of repairing a regular customers vehicle. However, at the end of the day, we are all human and maybe they were simply having a bad day.

I was passing through today and needed an oil change. I was told to stop in anytime so we drove up right then. Our car was immediately taken in, our oil/filter change was done and we were driving out of there within 20 minutes! Couldnt believe it. I never got the guys name at the desk but he was on point 100%. He went out of his way to clean up some grease I had picked up on our trip that was on the drivers door. He only told me about it after it was cleaned up. Would definitely recommend.

I love this place, I lost all faith in Adirondack Tire in the past due to horrible experiences with other stores. I moved to Queensbury and decided to talk to them about tires. I met the Manager, Brian, he is awesome and renewed my faith in Adirondack Tire, I wont go anywhere else for me or my entire family. Thanks to Brian we are very happy to have a place that we can trust. Now the bad, I noticed that the Manager is now running all over the place, doing every job there is. He looks tired but she doesnt acc it. He still manages a smile and his usual 100% accurate work and opinions. You have an outstanding Manager there. Update: Ive been dealing with Adirondack tires in Queensbury for going on 3 years now and still nothing negative to report.

When I went to have my car inspected at the dealership I was also told that I needed front and rear brake pads. The dealership gave an outrageous estimate for these repairs. Feeling overwhelmed I went home to figure out what to do next. Searched repair shops in the area that s where I found Adirondack Tire. One of the reviews I read was done by someone I knew. So I felt good about having them looking at it, to see what they thought. Made appointment for the same day. They told me there was nothing wrong with the brake pads, they did the inspection and off I went glad that I found an honest shop. If I ever need repairs now I know where to go. Fast & friendly!

We called early to schedule and appointment and arrived on time. Nobody was there and we waited around for several minutes before a staff member came to help us. He was extremely rude and aggressive and did not honor our appointment. They closed way sooner than the advertised hours without warning us. They failed to call when the vehicle was ready and then later called to threaten that they would close without letting us pickup our vehicle. Extremely displeased and will not be returning.

The week before Thanksgiving, when everyone is well booked into the next week putting on snow tires, I was very pleased to be squeezed in for leak in my tire. I have never had any problems with their service or their prices. Brian was even able to inspect my vehicle as busy as he was.

Extremely helpful. Got me the tires I wanted over a weekend. The Queensbury location has a very small, worn out waiting area, however the helpfulness and honesty trumps it.

Had to have all 4 tires replaced on my 3500 Ram Dually on the rear of my truck. Brian very very helpfull. In and out in less than a hour great service , will return again

Fast but not very friendly

My wife brought her car in for 4 tires, on monday. She was told ahead of time,by brian, that they had the tires. She left the car and went to eat. When she returned, they had only put 2 tires on and told her that they didnt have the other 2,after all. Never called and asked if she wanted just the 2. She needed those tires before the midweek storm. Brian then told her that he would overnight ship the other 2 and call her right away. Well,its Friday night and no tires,and or even a phone call ! Now shes headed to Lake Placid on 2 crappy tires, because this guy blatantly lied to her. Weve bought our tires there for a long time,but never again!

Let me share with you, I work on my own car because I find it very hard to trust mechanic (because I used to do everything myself). One day I was sitting in ADK tire in Glenns Falls and an older man came in asking for 4 new tires. Brian (the manager) went out and looked at his truck. He came back in and asked why the man thought he needed tires. The man said the car sat almost 4 years and he thought it meant he needed new ones. Brian told him they were in great shape and showed no signs of dry rot and he did not need tires right now, come back in 6-12 months of driving the vehicle for him to check again. Integrity is the most important thing to consider when it comes to a mechanic shop in my opinion. The fact that their prices are competitive helps to make it a no-brainer for me to go there. I have all my work done at ADK tire. They have replaced tires, shocks, radiator, brakes, performed alignments, inspections and other work for me to my satisfaction. I have even had them ask me if I wanted them to do something or I wanted to do it myself. To stress how much I consider them worthy of doing business with. Id like to add that I live just over an hour away from the store. I pass several dozen other shops on the way to theirs and the drive is well worth it. Keep up the good work!

Always fast , friendly , dependable & most of all honest ! This place has never tried to pull one over or proclaim an unnecessary service ! The rates are great & oil changes are always lowest around with no extra charge for filter ! This is my go to shop for everything !

Had a great experience at Adirondack Tire. We were towing a camper up the Thruway and blew one tire. We limped to the campground on our spare. Took the tire to Adirondack they swapped it out in five minutes. Came back the next day to replace the other three tires. Turns out one of them was already coming apart and was probably the next to blow. I appreciated their very prompt and courteous service. Would highly recommend them.

We were on our way to VT and we didnt know we were riding on a flat tire until we stopped for gas. Then gas station clerk helped up put 20 lbs of air in the tire and told us that Adirondack Tire was 2 miles down the road. When we arrived, we were greeted by Brian Phinney the store manager. Since we had an appointment to make in VT, Brian said it would safer to replace the tire since the nail was in the sidewall and the tire was chewed up inside. He got us up and running in 30 minutes and sold us a tire that was a better quality than the tires that came with the car. All under $100.When it comes to great service, honest and fair dealing, Brian and Adirondack Tire can be trusted 110%.

I called Adirondack tire to see if I could get my car checked out because my car sensor was acting up on the way to the great escape. I told the guy that I was going to spend the day at the great escape with my family. I called at 530 to see how my car was coming and they were closed. The website said they closed at 6....its wrong! Also I had brought 4 people with me(5 total)including 2 children in carseats. The car seats were stuck in my car in the garage. My keys to my house were also in the car. It seems to me when someone tells you they want you to look at their car while theyre at great escape they are fully expecting to get it back that day. I had no way to get 5 people back to schenectady and no car seats. I was furious! I called the next day and to my surprise they had fixed a bunch of things that had nothing to do with my sensor. They also didnt call to ask my permission to fix these things...I have never had so much trouble dealing with any garage in my life! I will never visit another Adirondack Tire for any of my car needs.

Very helpful, quick, and knowledgeable! Needed to replace tires at an affordable price and was able to get two used tires that fit, installation included. I added an alignment on and they were honest by telling me that after they checked, I didnt really need one and didnt charge me for the full alignment. Thanks so much!
