Matt, Erin and John are all amazing!! Had serious car issues and the last place we went “fixed” the issues supposed which we found out was a lie!! But Matt and his crew did everything right and we are back up and working!! 10/10 recommend them

Was referred to Barrett by a buddy and have not been disappointed so far. Have had brakes and new tires and both services were excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and informative. Definitely will be my new go to for all car needs

Brought my car there last year for weak horn connection=fixed it!! When I got there to pick it up "Mike" and Matt =alerted me- "Showed me" a dangerous=All 4 tires severely weather checked -= basically a tire blow out accident potential to happen soon =YIKES!! (Replaced tires) Phew that was scary close=Thanks Mike and Matt- this year brought my SUV for noticeable breaking issues -- Matt and Mike again "Showed me" the areas of needed front breaks replacement = Safety issues Fixed !! The only place I will go for all of my service needs. Finally found a service center that I trust 100%. Excellent customer service, top notch technicians, and fair prices. They take the stress out of your car/truck repairs. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the staff and service. No one has taken me back to introduce me to the techs and walk u through under the car . What a great experience I d recommend everyone to go there and experience the quality of service and great customer service!

Mike did amazing work on my car! Talked me through every step he did and my car runs so amazing now! Did the work in a timely manner and it needed quite a bit done. I called so many times and also just showed up and was always greeted with a smile. Matt was happy to talk me through anything I wanted or needed to know! My experience here was great. Everybody there helped so much and they were reassuring! If you are looking for decent people and a great mechanic, I recommend this place!

I picked up a new to me truck for my business Turfs R US and needed an inspection to get it legal. I brought it to tanner here at barrett on did ave and it was a great decision. He took the time to show me some things on the truck and even changed some bulbs for me to remain within NY guidelines. He later proceeded to give me a quote on performing some work to it I want done in the near future. His prices are more than fair and I have no doubt my vehicle will be in great hands there.
