I’ve been going to Lia Nissan of Glens Falls and for many years and I’ve always had a great experience! We really appreciate the service team there. Aaron Boule was our service advisor a week ago and he took awesome care of us as usual. He met me as soon as I pulled into the drop off bay, with his usual friendly personality. I was there to get a seatbelt fixed in my Armada. He was quick and efficient, explained everything to me, covered my drivers seat and mat to keep it clean, and took the time to answer all of my unrelated questions as well. The service I’ve had here is so great that my family even takes their Toyota, Jeep, and Tesla there. Mostly, because I’ve always walked away feeling great about the experience and cost. They’ve even fought for me about warranty issues. I highly recommend this dealership! I’ve purchased many cars there and will continue to, especially with a service department like this one! I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Aaron Boule at Lia Nissan Glens Falls. My Nissan Frontier was quickly and efficiently inspected and serviced. When I inquired about new tires for my vehicle, I was promptly provided with a selection of tires available. Aaron provided a comprehensive printout for each tire that included a detailed description for each and their cost. I have no hesitation in recommending Aaron Boule and Lia Nissan Glens Falls for servicing a vehicle.
I use Lia Nissan of Queensbury for all my 2023 Nissan Rogue service needs. Aaron is a top notch service representative and answers all my questions and explains the what and why of any needed repair. He and the other service reps are super friendly and treat me with the utmost respect. The waiting area is clean and a pleasure to call home while the needed repairs are completed. I've never had to wait to have my car taken in for the scheduled repair and almost always the work is done within the discussed time. Best of all the work when done has been done well and I can get back on the road assured things are A OK.

I have my new Nisson Sentra for abut six weeks. I felt a slight vibration. Aaron Boule was assigned to work on it. Aaron was very professional and checked each wheel and many other things and found two wheels were out of balance. I highly recommend LIA Nisson for any repairs. I am very satisfied.
Aaron Boule is great Ive searched for so many mechanics and it was hard to find but when I found Leah Nissan and Aaron he takes the time to explain to me what my car needs how much it costs cuz he knows Im a single mom and I only have a certain amount of money to do things and he lets me know if I can let it slide or when it has to be done I will only go to him

I recently brought my vehicle to Lia Nissan for service because I had concerns about noises that occurred when shifting. I was specifically concerned that it might be a problem with the transmission or engine mounts. I was very pleased with the attention and service provided by Christian Mondo in addressing the matter. Working with one of the master technicians, Christian thoroughly had the issue assessed and determined that the vehicle was operating properly without issue. Brought my Altima in for a recall repair, comfortable waiting room with lots of phone chargers and coffee. They got it done in an hour and even cleaned out my engine air filter because there was a Mass Air Flow sensor code and they said the filter could actually be the problem. Didnt try to upsell me anything and were generally very pleasant to deal with. Thanks Lia!
