Took my car in after it was towed, and it had every light on. They had it fixed the next day and didnt cost an arm and a leg.

I went in there to co-sign for a loan for my girlfriend and found out that I was the put as the primary sign up because they are a bunch of ripoff artists I have a 794 credit score and my girlfriend had a 540 so I wanted to co-sign the loan but they changed it around they made me the primary person on the loan I am not on the title and I am responsible for the loan now I would not trust them its been 3 months and we still havent gotten a title I think its a recovery car camouflage because were having nothing but problems with it and they dont they dont answer the phone and they give you excuses why things are broken I wouldnt go there I wouldnt send my worst enemy there to buy a car they are a rip-off

Took a car here to be fixed and inspected for my sister. They told me what it needed to pass the inspection. We paid for the work of over $600 and then they refused to inspect it. They kept saying it needed a new part to pass inspection. Please do not take your older cars here. You will be ripped off.

Came here at first due to my previous shop not participating with Carmax warranties anymore. I was experiencing AC issues and suspension repair was needed. After buying a suv the transmission began to fail i dropped it off and was told it was fine, a month later complete transmission failure. I dropped it off again for repair and after 6 weeks they replaced the transmission with the same one known for failure, telling me i can come get it or pay for a new transmission myself if i wasnt happy. They were rude and lacked any sort of customer empathy, take it or leave it. I would not recommend this business, there are many others who provide great customer service and preform ontime repairs.

well they replaced intake used ciol pack screws with small stack of washers on fuel rail instead of doing the right thing and getting right ones from dealer what a proffencail cob job as fuel pouring all over paid alot and he was upset went somewhere else i be inbarrest myself

Incredible service.

They have had my car for over a week. I have had this car for 2.5 months. After being told by the secretary that I could pick up between 3-4 today. They said oh your warranty just came through. And it won t be done today. As it just sits there. I ve had to find ways to and from work as some nights I don t leave til 2 am. Miss appointments. We re a single car family and struggling 100% without our car. Also the mechanic followed me out of the desk area screaming and yelling at me.

I brought my car because my coolant leaks and my drive train light comes on. The car shoppe did a phenomenal job in fixing the leaky coolant. Will bring back to have them look into drivetrain issue. Only reason a 4 and not a 5 is because I was hoping that the car shoppe would ve addressed the drivetrain message. But overall probably the best experience I ve had with a mechanic

They misdiagnosed my truck and did an unnecessary job that didn t fix the problem. When I first brought it in he said it would be about $1,000 and a couple days to fix. Ended up costing over $2,000 and had my truck in there more than twice as long. When I finally wised up and decided to bring it to the Ford dealership, they told me they should ve did the job after they ran their tests on it and found it was a different problem. Don t bring your vehicle to a place that guesses with your money and time.

The came through for me with no hesitation. I was facing an emergency and had to be at work asap with a spare on one wheel and the other about to go any second. Not realizing my alignment was horribly off causing my tires to wear. Tom and Jordan a father daughter dream team in my opinion, we re so polite and caring, getting me in and out despite how extremely busy they were. The price was more than reasonable and the service was amazing. This will be the only place I take my vehicle from now on

Brought my car there to have the check engine light turned off and when I went to pick it up the light came right back on so I brought it back. Then they said it was a timing problem and needed a part that they would need to order. I ve called back multiple times and they still haven t ordered the part or even given me any sort of information. They ve also promised to call back by the end of the day and never heard from them until I call them.

Bought a vehicle from there 6 weeks ago and it s about to go into the shop to be fixed for the second time! First, an ABS light came on two days after we purchased it, and now a broken strut! We haven t even had the vehicle 2 months! This is the second time that we ll have to take time off from work to bring our car to be fixed! Everyone should be mindful of this place that they re shady and clearly don t care about anyone s safety!

Deleted the old review so I can update less than a year later the exact part that was replaced by Car Shoppe is the culprit. Brought my Ford Transit with less than 100k miles to another repair center and they showed me that the part cracked and that s why the coolant leaks. The same one I had repaired in June 2022. I only put 2-3k miles on it in that time. Paid $300 something at Car Shoppe and now paying more to get it corrected

My car wouldnt start at the Walmart in Queensbury and I had to get it towed to the car shop. They checked it out and they couldnt find the problem why it wouldnt start up from Thursday when it broke down and I called them Early Monday Morning and it still was the same and I received a phone call from them saying to come pick up my car, it just started up when they went to check it out again and they didnt charge me for there precious time they had my car. I was elated and its still working today. They or I cannot understand what happened but by the Grace of The Most High Im back mobile again. Tom and Jordan have earned a life long customer. They fit me in on short notice, and were able to lift my EV without damaging the battery. They told me my brake pads had lots of life left while another mechanic thought I should replace them. At the end, Tom offered to spend time showing me the details of how brakes work. On our way back to mass after a week of island camping on lake George the starter went in my jeep. By the time I was towed to the car shop it was 4 pm (on a Friday) Despite this, they graciously brought it right in, had it lifted and the old starter pulled by the time I got back to the waiting room! I was back on the road in less than a half hour.

I needed to get my trucks nox sensors replaced to get my yearly inspection. I dropped my truck off the day before I left for vacation. I asked Tom to contact my son to pick up the truck when the sensors were replaced. The truck needed to be driven for a few days before the sensors would register as being good. Tom gave my son a hand held unit to use to check when the sensors were ready. The unit recorded the sensors were ready and I brought the truck back to complete the inspection once I returned from vacation. I offered to pay the repair bill before I left for vacation but Tom stated there was no need to do that and I paid the bill once I got back. Great service, a fair price and good, friendly people to do business with. I will certainly be back to have my truck repaired when needed.

I called them to do my oil change. They tell me its first come first serve. Great. They told me earlier the better. Earliest I could get there is 945am and I get there and there is a 3-5 hour wait like are you kidding me.

I had my car worked on on a typically busy day. Everything went as they said it would. After I got my car, I noticed a sensor light was still on and I had a slight issue with a tire. I went back a few days later to have things checked and the sensor light turned off. Helpful, courteous, knowledge and kind are just a few of the words I would use to describe this business. I would highly recommend this company for any additional repair needs within their realm of expertise. I thank them with great appreciation for their work, their kindness and their determination to make things right. A++++

Dropped the car off over the weekend - had a blown brake cylinder. Lot was packed and figured it would be awhile- I called them on Thursday and Tommy said he completed it earlier in the week. He charged for the cylinder and 1/2hr of labor. Pretty happy about the service.

Wheel barring repair did great job and Tom was the nicest repair man explained everything to me regarding my repairs very professional. But all of a sudden the car was not well I had to call them , bring the car back cause the mechanic that fixed wheel bearing had too much grease and after two more hours finally I could pull out with no crazy lights going off .

While on vacation in the Adirondacks our SUV developed some problems. We called some name brand garages and were told that they could not service our vehicle for at least two days. When we called The Car Shoppe we were told to come in right away. Tom, the manager, got the SUV in within minutes. He did the repair in good time and ordered a necessary part which would arrive the next morning. We returned the next day and the work was completed in a timely way. Had a problem with my bmw, I called my usual place and got an answering machine and still waiting for a reply. So I did some research and found this place in Queensbury. Had about 500 reviews with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5. I called spoke to a human (tom) who was very helpful and made me feel he wanted my business and to help resolve my issue. I dropped it off and the problem was identified quickly. Finding the part took a while (not their fault ) I had an extended warranty that should of covered it but was declined by warranty company the first time I had them call again which they more than happily did and got it covered. Most garages would of told you to deal with it as they already called and was denied they didnt. I hope I only have to see them again for maintenance issues as we dont want any major problems But I will definitely bring all my business to them and will tell every one I know to give them a try.. I arrived at my 8AM appointment .Friendly greeting,Good conversation.My issue;Oil change scheduled for 8 did not start until 8:40.I departed at approx.9:20.My feelings,A 20 minute scheduled appointment,First if the day should not take an hour and forty minutes.I have a second appointment for monday at 8 to resolve a check engine light situation.Not sure if this will be my second and last or they will earn my loyalty for future needs.I have 6 vehicles that need service.Will they become my go to station.I wil know Monday by 10:00 AM.

The car shoppe on aviation road helped me a couple weeks back. I ve been busy so haven t had time to post a review but I had to come back and get to it. I ve been able to get to work and back since then because of this talented crew. Came rolling in with a broken axle on their lot, the receptionist Jordan was very accommodating and patient; knew exactly what needed to be done and only called in the mechanic to confirm the price. These guys really know their craft. The owner himself came out asked me what the deal was not only did he stay on price budget of the estimate he gave me over the phone but he did it within just a couple hrs of leaving his shop. Which by the way looked extremely busy by the people in and out and calling in. I couldn t recommend The Car Shoppe enough good people with great efficiency thank you guys for helping me will be back for any of my car needs
