It took over two months to get my car part in. Other parts came in but they were faulty. So finally a good part comes in. I thought it was a good idea to get an oil change and rotation while I was there. I asked the price of the rotation but I should have asked the price of the oil change. I was so shocked! I never heard of a $100 oil change before in my life!!! I know I will never go there again for one. Wow, I am retired and on a very limited income. I had to take money out of what's left of my meager savings. Can't you do something about your prices?
The lack of respect and professionalism that I was subjected to from the employee named Chris was insane. He was beyond disrespectful and had not a shred of customer service. After saying when I came in he would change my tires he then proceeded to tell me that he would not be doing it with 45-50 minutes left in his and I had no choice but to take my business next door to mavis discount tires where I was more than taken care of. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any Firestone. If I could rate it lower I most definitely would.
I’ve gone here for years and this place has progressively gone downhill. I typically buy my own wiper blades and replace them myself. This usually runs MAX $30 for decent blades. My car failed inspection due to the wiper blades and they wanted to charge me $50 for the blades + installation of around $6. This was not affordable for me and I offered to have different blades brought over and have them install them or I could and they said they’d have to fail me, take my car off the machine and then put me back in line re-inspect it after the new blades were on. Charging me twice for inspection. I opted for the cheaper blades which were quoted to me at $12/ea. including inspection which was $21 my total came to $58. At this point I was frustrated but I just wanted to leave so I paid and got into my car. After leaving my new blades look like this! How is this even legal!? I get that they called these the “cheap” blades but at $37 they should at least fit my windshield all the way across. The only guy I’ve ever spoken to that worked there that was kind and helpful is the only guy I’ve ever seen there who’s not white. And I’ve noted since the one time I went there and he tried to be helpful, they keep him mainly in the back. Will never be returning.
Got my tires rotated, balanced, and aligned plus an oil change and complete inspection (not a state inspection). It's driving so much smoother AND they didn't try to convince me to do everything all at once, they were very real with me and gave me a timeframe of when I should consider addressing what they found. They are awesome, highly recommend!
Not sure they performed the work they said they did. I asked for a 4 wheel alignment and all 4 wheels to be balanced. I was in and out within a hour. I seen them do the balancing. But took my truck into the alignment bay and was in there less than the time to do the balancing. I know it takes longer than 10 minutes to do a 4 wheel alignment. And I never received a printout of the alignment (which say how far out everything was before and after the alignment). I've never not received one anywhere else I've gone to get an alignment. And my truck still had a pull to the right the whole reason I wanted it aligned.

0 proffesionalism. They will charge you a lot + add whatever extra. They won t give yoh any receipts, probably trying to save some money and not paying taxes on them. They won t fix anything if they broke or demaged something at the car. I would rate it below 1 start.

I can not express how thankful and impressed I am regarding the manager at the Queensbury Firestone. We ve been having problems with our Firestone credit card since end of June. He called them and spent almost an hour straightening it out. He got the results we needed. This shows how much dedication and loyalty they will have with your vehicle. Thank you.

I apologize i have very bad cataracts makes it hard to see read and type. And my spelling please forgive me its s to see. But this story will somehow get told. How Firestone took advantage of us. 1. On third phone call I was told they had to watch how long they ran truck, to diagnosis the overheating because the starter was had knocked on a test. Than on my receipt I saw im charged for a starter without being told. 2. When I was quoted a price of $9,000 I said no. All I had was $8,000. Freddy told me Dont worry about it. he would rework the numbers. On at least 5 phone calls after that I have the dates written down upstairs I spoke to Freddy I asked for an updated price. He said he was still working on it. But He would say I got you dont worry about it. I would remind him we were both on disablity and $8,000 was all we had agsin I got you was his reply. 3. The day the truck was done the total was $8400. So Freddy mislead me and lied to me. What was he planning to keep my truck if I couldnt pay? 4. I paid it. But I used my mortgage money to do it. So now my mortgage is unpaid. 5. After we picked up the truck it had dash light issues- abs light , break light came on, than dash lights went ou than the dash lights came back on. They had to replace the altenator. They wanted to charge me for an alternator until i lost it over the speaker of my partners phone. I said just what i said above,plus what i will say below. My partner says do you know you are on speaker. I said good they need to know what im going to do. My partner said he would be home. When he wasnt home in an resonable amount of time, i called him . He was still at Firestone. They putting in a good faith altenator. Were they afraid of something? 6. Missed lots of Dr. Appointments and physical Therapy Appointments for my shoulder replacement and they New I had these. Plus my life partner missed 2 sets of cortisone shots for his back. His back is spider web cracked 6 inches. This is what happens when they keep a disabled persons vehicle for a month.. A month to change a motor, cause thats what they talked us into.. 6. As of today we are not sure if what is going on with it yet. We brought it in for overheating. When Dan took me last Wednesday to Saratoga for my Cortisone shots and I ran into BJs afterwards the truck overheated again after they put in a new motor. for $8,400. Not $8,000 the truck shoudnot have overheated if our old motor had bad head gaskets cracked block, or cracked head. The new motor should have fixed it. But yet it overheated. We are afraid to take the truck swimming. Which would be good for my shoulder. By the way incase your wondering I used foodstamps in BJs its all they left us with for the month. Like I said I cant even pay my mortgage cause they misrepresented the price when he said he would work the numbers, and his I got you. Every time I told him we only had $8,000. Or we would not have have had the motor put in. We would have bought a post star special and paid our mortgage. I think they wanted to keep our truck. I plan on righting letters to the Civil Libertys Union, Better Buisness Bureau, Letter to the Editor, Facebook, and any place that sticks up for disabled people that I can find. Plus any place anyone else refers me to. I am very upset that the mechanic says bring it back In if it overheats again why so that it can have blown head gaskets or a cracked Head? Dont fix it. Wait and bring it in!!!!! Plus my mortgage still isnt paid. I had been saving money for tires for the truck. Now Im even wondering how much of my tire money they overcharged me. Of coarse thats all gone like my mortgage. But its not right for them to take advatage of the disabled. I even told them I have cataracts and have problems reading. So they send me everything in invoices I cant read.
Bart and the team were fantastic - they saved the day getting us 4 much needed replacement tires allowing us to travel home safely and be good for miles beyond. Bart was especially helpful and cant thank him enough for his professionalisn, kindness, and making the overall process smooth and simple.

I ve gone to Firestone for everything for my current vehicle and most on my last, and all the guys there are super nice and informative. Have always given me deals whenever they can as well. I ve had Cory a few times and he s always great at explaining what it is that needs to be done and how urgent each part actually is. I prefer here over any of the other places I ve gone to.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went there a few years back when I desperately needed tires and was taken good care of. Apparently since then, revenue has become more important than being honest and giving a customer a positive experience. I went in for a routine oil change expecting to spend $29.99 and was advised that I owe them $118 after the appointment. I told the gentleman checking my car in that I had a coupon that I wanted to use and he advised me that it would be taken care of at the end of the visit. The gentleman checking me out explained that my car required full synthetic oil, which was not explained to me prior to the appointment. Even if they had made that suggestion, I could have had this done at Valvoline for $84.99 and would have gladly went up the road. Furthermore, they lied to me and said that the tires on my car had a tread depth of 2/32 of an inch. After leaving, I did the good old George Washington test on all four tires feeling like I shouldnt trust them and I was right not to. As you can see by the attached photo, the top of Georges head is well covered indicating that I have at least 4/32 of an inch tread depth. He then told me that my wiper blades were torn and needed to be replaced. I told him that I would take care of replacing them before he could even give me a price. I am sad to say that I would not recommend this location to anyone that I care about and I will not be purchasing my tires here. I will never return to this location thanks to this experience.

Brought in my car in for a terrible sound I didnt know what it was. They were upfront and honest they not only gave me a great price but they showed me the issue was my brakes and took the extra second to explain how and why they were failing. These guys are great!!!

I pulled in at 4:40pm on 7/15/23 with a screw in my tire, my sensor told me I was losing pressure in that tire. The clerk told me he was closing soon to come back tomorrow. I said I have a screw in my tire and I am losing pressure, if I leave here I will be stuck on the side of the road. He said too bad I am planning to close soon you will have to come back tomorrow I cant help you. Directly next to them is Mavis tire (Thank God), I pulled in there, they understood this was a problem so they put my car on a lift, pulled the screw and plugged the tire, I paid and was on my way. I would never, EVER, give a company like this my business, just on the principal that they were entirely willing to leave me stranded. Mavis right next store was professional, courteous, and fair priced.

I hate leaving a negative review, but I do feel obligated to warn the community. Last month, they quoted me $195 for a rear parking light that I needed to pass inspection. I took the inspection fail and did the job myself at a cost of $8 and 5 minutes of my time. I assumed that was an honest misquote from them, but then today I was quoted $48 in labor to replace a headlight which took me a whole 35 seconds to do. The service I actually requested was mount and balance of my snow tires. That cost me $200. I am not opposed to a business making money, but these prices and sales tactics are out of hand. I recommend avoiding them. Just use a locally owned mechanic shop for even the most mundane tasks.
Dropped the wifes car off at 8:30 am for a simple wheel alignment. Its now 2 pm, and they still havent brought it in yet. Im very disappointed.

Been going to Firestone for 5 years now. They do the service needed and inform me about things that will need to be done soon, never pressure me to get service done immediately. The people are nice and friendly. The workers dont make me feel stupid about not knowing about cars.
Quoted for 93 for oil change, headlight and inspection. When I came back to pick car up they charged me 225 just because I needed windshield wipers and an air filter as well. Said I needed these things to pass inspection but they winded up failing my car anyways for a bad tire. Went somewhere else to get tire changed and inspection and new place told me all my tires were fine and are good enough to pass inspection. This place is a joke, over charges an incredible amount. Do not trust their prices or the quote given. A extra 120 dollars for windshield wipers and an air filter (which air filters are not part of inspection) lol. Just sketchy, bad business and unethical. Untrustworthy. Go somewhere else and save yourself the money.

Bought tires last year almost $800 dollars went to get my tires rotated, on 1-11-23 told me I needed a tie rod end , it was 7 out of 10 for wear, 270.00would no if my tie rod was bad it isn t , next my battery was weak 250. To replace it I can buy a new battery for 150.00 said I was all set, my back seats were popped up, looking for something in my vehicle?? Or changing the tires from inside? Never rotated my tires!! They were marked, arrogant, guy at the front had no answers, when confronted , Shitshow,, all the way, would never go back,, BEWARE!!!!!!

Very aggressive manager putting pressure on me to fix my car after being towed to Firestone and Firestone giving me what I thought was a very high quote. After contacting another certified mechanic shop i got an estimate way less for same repair. I called Firestone to tell them I was having a tow truck pick up my car they wanted over $100 for diagnosis of vehicle and I asked why so much when the shop picking up my car is doing diagnosis for free he got very defensive and said I insulted him so he said come get your car I dont want your money confirming he was trying to take advantage of me. Never ho to Firestone bunch of thieves. ..

Helped in mini emergency, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Got a flat 250 miles from home. Needed a certain type of tire. While on phone with me, Jonny called 3 others to see if they had my specific model, they didnt, but his help and patience were greatly appreciated. They were busy, but got the car up and completed quickly, and I got home before sundown. Use these guys with confidence. I called to make an appointment and they told me they would look at it that day. I went to drop my car off and they were very aggressive and lazy in asking me personal questions about the car and my information. This would be ok if they were to ask the right questions that would lead them to finding out the problem in my car. When I received a phone call from them, the proceeded to tell me there was something wrong with my car and they had no idea what it was. When they said they could not figure out what was wrong with my car and that the part may be hundreds of dollars, I had a feeling they were talking down to me and dumbing it down. I had a slight idea that the broken part was a hose as my power steering fluid was leaking from the hose. This displeased me as a mechanic shop had no plan to figure out what was wrong with my car and then charged me $40+ to have a piece of paper say that they would charge me more money to find where the problem was with no guarantee to fix it. I then told them I would take my vehicle to a family member to look at it. This Firestone in Queensbury, NY is lazy and a joke of a mechanic shop. I would highly recommend going anywhere else before brining your car here.

I have always had the luxury of having a high school friend be my mechanic, he had a true father and son business. After moving I was quite worried about finding a repair shop I could trust. Fred and people at Firestone do the right thing. I have used Firestone for a exhaust leak, new alternator and tires. They do not try to get over on you with unnecessary work and actually try to save you a few bucks!
A few weeks ago we had our oil changed at Firestone in Florida (our home state). We travelled here to upstate NY to spend some time with family. After quarantining for 2 weeks, we moved the car and notice a slight puddle of oil. I checked the level...still full. So we stopped at Firestone here in Queensbury to have it checked. They put it onto the lift and checked our vehicle. A short time later (maybe 30 min.) the person (maybe Fred - not sure) said the gasket around the drain plug was leaking. He replaced the plug and gasket AND refilled our car with the same synthetic oil. When I asked him for the bill, he said no charge.....GREAT SERVICE....We would most highly recommend this Firestone dealer!!!

I had to get studded snow tires for my work van. I dropped it off and they were able to get it ready when they said they would even with only having two techs.
Not happy at all. I took my van there to get inspection and they told me I needed about 1700 dollars worth of work for it to pass. Then they were very persistent that I apply for a Firestone credit card. The next day I took my van to another inspection station and the only thing I needed to pass inspection was a coil spring replaced and the emergency brake needed to be tightened up. Firestone, you guys are absolute crooks and I will be getting the 21 dollars I paid for the inspection back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIRESTONE IN QUEENSBURY ON RT 9 UPPER GLEN STREET!
My wife and I purchased an interstate battery there 2 years ago. Last year we had an oil change to the jeep patriot at another shop in Queensbury NY, the tech said the battery was leaking and that we should take it back to the place we bought it from and that they should pro rate it and exchange it for a new one. I took the jeep to Firestone in Queensbury NY where we purchased the battery, but of course they didnt find anything wrong with it, since then we have had to jump start the battery many times. we will be buying a new battery from Mavis tires in Queensbury NY, which is next to Firestone, Firestone may have save a few dollars by not standing by their guarantee but in the long run will lose any future business from my family and I. I guess when you are disabled they think they can get away with being dishonest. I put this post up 3 days ago 01/15/2021, I notice it was moved to the middle of the posting list from posts 3 and 4 years ago, something wrong with the fact this was done, I would guess they didnt want anyone to read this post, this reinforces the lack of integrity firestone has. I will never forget the support and service. It was a Sunday and I was visiting Lake George. Something struck underneath and my car engine cover cracked open and hanging. I went to Firestone. The guy said he was going to call me after about an hour. I was worried God knows how much would they be charging me. After an hour I received a phone call that the car was ready for pick up! I went there and asked for the bill. At my utter surprise the gentleman (I vaguely recall his name was some Fred or so) said nothing ! They fixed the car so well but didnt charge me a dime!!! So gracious! Thank you so much, Firestone! God bless you kind hearted people who are so generous and help people like this.
Very customer friendly place. They replaced a battery in my Honda a couple of years ago and I thought it was giving me trouble. Since I bought it from them they completely checked it out, everything was fine and as a courtesy, they didnt charge me for their time. Ill go here again for service because they didnt try to sell me something I did not need .

I was helped right away for my state inspection, no appointment needed, but when they were finished and I asked for a price quote breakdown of what needed fixing, I was denied. They also failed my inspection for things that the next place I took it, for a second opinion, couldnt see needed fixing.

They get the work done good but will always try to squeeze money out of you. I normally have my oil changed there and I noticed my oil was over filled(passed the safe range on dip stick) so the next time I went there for something unrelated to the oil I told them to check the oil because it was over filled and take some out if possible. When they were done I asked them about the oil and they said it was low and could use an oil change. Its not rocket science to read a Dip stick so I told them no and took some out myself and fixed the oil situation. I think it may be because Im a young kid and they think I dont know anything. While I am no mechanic I still know the basics of a car and when I am being ripped off.

They did a wheel alignment and before giving my truck back, did another one. they said they didnt like the outcome of the first one. I had to go back the next day because my tow was out of wack anf my steering wheel wasnt straight. I later found out they dented my power steering line that goes into my rack and pinion. long story short they costed me 1,500 dollars for their shity worksmanship. ill never return to firestone.

Great customer service had a problem with my vehicle . While I was on vacation went to firestone by A recommendation from Scott s Lakeside Resort. Fred manager was on his own had accommodated us without an appointment same day! I told him we were leaving the next day . If it was possible to have my car ready the same day . Being busy and all he came through ! And told us what was wrong with the car something so minor and didn t even charge us a dime . Had my vehicle towed to their place and they jacked costs into the estimate left and right. After Firestone had a chance to look over my car, they called me with an estimate and told me repairs would be $800. I thought that sounded outrageous for the work that needed to be done (I thought it was a hose but they said it was more) and called my usual mechanic who said that he knows that my car does not need all of the things Firestone recommended and that even if it did, the things that Firestone is recommending should cost about $280. Firestone even told me that my car wont pass inspection and needed X, Y and Z to pass. My vehicle was just inspected 2 months ago and does not need an inspection. I did not have my vehicle worked on by Firestone and when my car was picked up by my usual mechanic, Firestone was asked for the printout of recommended work. They would not give the list of the work that they were going to perform and what they were going to charge me, but instead removed about half of the items on the work order before allowing me to have a copy of it. They also were not able to even verbally justify the work that was on the list. They literally had nothing to say about the work they were going to charge me for or why they were performing it. I PAID for that work order. If they truly felt that the work was necessary, why did they have to remove the work from the work order before releasing my car? SCAM MECHANICS!!!
Too good of a place, friendly, priced right,and they do the work right and.and.and its a nationwide warranty where you gonna get that from??? Nowhere.. this is the place to come for all your auto needs.they also do inspections,where you gonna go wrong with Firestone
Been going there for a lot of extensive work, recently noticed when bringing it they were finding different things that need to be done . I saved all the estimates they gave me, recently went in for brakes to be looked at and they came up with yet a 3rd and totally different thing that needed to be fixed. I brought those previous estimates with me when dropping it off for just the brakes at $520, and asked how come every time I come it s a different thing to be fixed but no mention of the previous things they told me need to be done, Vinny stumbled on his words and didn t know what to say. That is the day they lost all my trust in them as a repair shop, I will not go back and I would not recommend them at all even in an emergency, they jack the prices so high and always will find something new to be fixed.
Takes outrageously long to change tires, and rude management to staff and customers. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning in late November to change my tires from all season over to my winter tires that I already own. Simple job: Take the all seasons off the rims, and mount the winter tires on the rims. Ive had this done many times and know how long it takes. When I made the appointment I specifically asked how long it would take, and the person promptly answered it would take 1 1/2 hours... which is fine. Final time: 4 hours!! While waiting in their wait area, I had the distinct displeasure of hearing the management snapping at staff and being obnoxious to walk-ins and customers. Best advice: avoid this location during busy periods, they cant handle busy, and management should be replaced with someone with people skills. Disappointed because Ive had decent experiences here previously, so not sure what changed.
Got my oil changed and they wanted to charge me $50 to change my air filter which only cost me $20 to go buy one and put it in myself..I dont know the first thing about cars but I could figure that out and it was super easy to change myself!

I noticed my tires were low & they were just about to close. They took one look & had me pull up & they took care of me at no charge. Super friendly & the shop was kept very nice & clean.
I rarely allow anyone else to work on my vehicles. On top of being a former mechanic, I am very particular about the work down on my vehicles. This is the second time that I have allowed this store to perform work on my cars, and I have been very pleased with both times. Both times, they got me it, and finished well before the estimated times, and the work was done correctly. Thank you!!
Fred has always been so nice to me. He has always been up front with me about my rust bucket of a car. Hopefully some day I will have enough money to buy a better car. Dwayne is another gentleman there that has always been nice to me. I bought my tires at Firestone best tires Ive had in my life so far thank you for all your kindness.
Fantastic service across the board. Im very impressed. Fast, professional, quality, clean, and not pushy. Plus, free brake pads for the life of the vehicle. I will return.

I recently had some work done on my 13-year-old Toyota over Memorial Day weekend and found the people at Firestone to be courteous, professional, and competent. The service was not expensive, the hours were good, and I have nothing to complain about. Really dont understand all the 1-star reviews on Google Maps.
This is one of the best most accommodating firestones EVER! I came in after hours on a Saturday and the guys were still busy working away. I explained to the manager that I was having a rough day (tail light literally went out that morning while I was visiting the area from Pennsylvania for my birthday and I got a ticket from a cop regarding said tail-light (another long story)). Long story short, this team took care of my taillight in a short time and didnt even charge me and said HAPPY BIRTHDAY! In what world does this happen anymore?? I cannot thank and recommend this firestone enough! Thanks guys!!
This place is a SCAM. Husband went in for a MINOR repair. Guy told him with parts and labor it would come out to $100 and change so my husband agreed to have them do the work. About 10 mins later the guy comes out with another bill for an additional $99 diagnose fee. Im sorry but if your agreeing to have that shop do the work. The diagnose fee should be waived. DO NOT RECOMMENDED

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. My son is in college. He took his car there and they tried ripping him off. They failed him for an inspection for things that arent even on the inspection list. THEN, they kept his car on the rack and locked up overnight so he couldnt get his car back. THEN $100 to tell him what failed the inspection. Guess what, thats what the inspection fee is for. A letter is going out to NYS DMV. Keep away. Not Complete Auto Care but rather Complete Rip Off. Too bad I cant give negative stars.

The staff at this particular Firestone helped me today with my car tires! I was in need of assistance, and they were very helpful and super efficient. Definitely recommend this car service auto care shop! :)
If you go to this place, ask for Jay, amazing customer service. He answered the phones as they were ringing off the hook, explained the actual difference between the tire types, and gave logical advice. Although this was the busiest day (Nov 15, 2018)in the world, Jay was patient with every customer, and gave them the attention they needed. I would advise anyone going here to make an appointment, as it helps everyone.
I have been going there since 1992. They have always done right by me. Today they were a little busy with all the people looking to get snow tires. But they were still friendly and got the job done.

I purchased 3 tires, the mount balance and other fees added $100.00 extra to the cost. Was charged for state inspection that failed, fixed what they said needed. Brought back and was charged again. I will not go back and would never recommend anybody to trust them!!

They attempted to rip me off to the tune of 2800 bucks telling me that i needed front and rear brakes complete including rotors and calibers. It took them 3 hours for the mechanic to figure out that he had no idea where the pulsation was coming from. I told them to put the car back together and i paid the 15 bucks for the privilege. Went to Sears in Aviation mall it took the mechanic all of 5 minutes to figure out it was a warped rotor. The entire repair with a set of new tires was 1050.00 DO NOT TRUST THESE CLOWNS AT FIRESTONE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER WITH THE SICK LITTLE SMILE WHEN HE GETS CAUGHT ROBBING YOU. RUB FROM THIS PLACE GO TO SEARS THEU ARE HONEST GUYS.
$1400 for a fuel pump and $230 just for the diagnostics (scanning with a computer)?! You have to be kidding me! Stay away from these guys, they will try to rip you off. I had my car towed home instead and bought the fuel pump for $17 on eBay, having learned a $230 lesson.

These guys are a patently dishonest opportunistic ripoff. Do yourself a favor and find an honest privately owned local shop, Firestone will never see me again. They are the classic example of whats wrong with the auto trade.

Had a great experience.... I will be returning for any future repairs! The guys here are very honest, knowledgeable, fast and friendly! We have had a run around with other shops that couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car and these guys (Randy and Fred) had my car all figured out and finally fixed for us! We had excellent customer service and I would strongly recommend everyone to go here!

I got a flat and drove on my emergency spare to the first place I saw, but when I saw what they wanted to charge to plug the nail hole in my tire I searched for other shops and went somewhere else. The shop I went to instead charged half of what Firestone wanted. If youre stuck, these guys will try to take advantage of you.

Sold me a lifetime alignment for $200 and didn t even perform a single adjustment. When I called to confront them, they only wanted to argue and talk over me instead of listen.

Went there twice in a week, given recommendations on things to fix both times and both lists were completely different. It felt more like they were coming up with reasons to make money for non-existent problems.

The people who work at Firestone, up to this point at least, have been fairly honest with me. I get that they need to sell their products and services to the customer, but the staff here will never push something you dont need, and will suggest what you do need instead and give facts and figures to back it up. On another note, I was recently unsatisfied with an alignment and balance they had done, and with no questions asked, they rescheduled me to look at, and fix, what was wrong. Great customer service over the phone and in person. I would take my car back here over my dealership (Nemer) or other chains any day.

I guess this goes without saying with mechanics, but one should always read the estimate carefully and ask questions. I forgot that because I found a trustworthy local mechanic. Of course, then you get a nail in your tire vacationing in upstate New York and get smacked with a $30 distracted tax. My fault really.

We recently got a flat 300 miles from home and Firestone was the only dealer open in Glens Falls on a Sunday. Their representative (Mike I think) was very helpful and truthful about the need to replace rather than repair the tire, which he was able to locate and replace within 24 hours. He was professional and personable, even when we called him several times for updates. The only negatives were that they had trouble locating a matching tire, but that was no fault of Firestones, and there is limiting seating in their cramped waiting room. They overall seem to be an honest and knowledgeable operation. TRS Philly
I take my van in every year to get it inspected. I have never had any problems with them. They offer to bring me home if it is going to be a long wait or if I need work done. The techs are friendly. Only downfall is that they can use more seats in the lounge.
