Needed some tires last minute, and these folks came through. They were very nice and chill. It has a family-owned business feel. I got Ironman gen3 tires. I was worried because they are cheap Chinese tires, but they are actually impressive performers.

I highly recommend this place. We were struggling to find a new tire for our rental car and they were very comprehensive and helpful. Despite the soon closing of the place they still help us to put the tire on without charging anything. Great service.

Went for 4 new tires and it basically took 3 hours. I left and my tire light came on. Imagine that!! Needless to say I was not happy. The employees were nice, Ill give you that!!

Satisfaction Guaranteed. I replied to their automated messanger. Zack replied to me with some questions and we went back and forth talking and answering each others questions. I stopped into the shop to look at the tires and made an appointment. I dropped my car off and they gave me an estimated time for completion. I requested a phone call when finished and I received it right on the schedule they predicted. While making my payment I noticed a sign the read for me to return after 25 to 100 miles for recalibration. I returned today and let them check the tire installation and drove away HAPPY. I would give them my STAMP OF APPROVAL. Thank You RnR.

RNR earned my business after I was lied to by Firestone. Acknowledging that I still needed tires, I got quotes from three other shops in the area. RNR definitely WAS NOT the cheapest option. I went with them for two reasons. Firstly, the warranty that they offered and the service made them a better value than their competitors. Secondly, when I asked why I should spend more more with them, they didnt lie. When I asked them to look at my brakes and rotors, they didnt lie to pad my bill and earn more revenue. That type of integrity, you just cant buy these days. I would recommend RNR Tires and their staff to anyone that I care about.

Went in for an alignment deal I got on Groupon. It was a good deal and I had extra Groupon bucks I forgot about, so it was well worth the drive from Albany. The shop itself looks awesome. They did a bang up job with how they set up and decorated the store. the staff was cool and chill so the experience was smooth and easy. Would recommend them for whatever services they offer.

From my in person, walk-in quote to the day my four, brand new Ironman tires were put on, Evan was absolutely fantastic. I used to love going to this place but the last time I went there after I got my car back I came home and pulled it onto ramps to find a 6-in crack in my frame that was not there a week prior during inspection. I have no proof it was them but there is the only place I went to after the inspection, I hope this saves people getting their car damaged and costing hundreds or thousands to repair. There are plenty of other shops that will not damage your car. The below photo shows how long the crack is, that entire White strip is over it until I can weld it. (6 inch crack from poor lift use)

Let me start off by saying the customer service has been the worst I ve ever experienced. I had to play phone tag with them for 2 weeks when purchasing the tires. Then when I went in to sign, they tried switching the purchase to 4 new tires instead of 2. When I pointed out the mistake they seemed frustrated and made everything really uncomfortable. There was a slow leak in one of the tires, and I had to come back for a new one. It took several days to get an appointment. Then they told me there was a nail in the tire lies I inspected the tires myself and there were no punctures of any kind. Road hazard is covered anyway so I m sure they lied to cover the poor installment. They boast affordability but I only bought 2 tires and all together I paid more than the price of 4 new tires They will drown you in taxes and fees If you miss the 120 day due date they will charge you hundreds of dollars for a lease. The payment plan they offer is a trap. RNR is a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. Please do yourself a favor and go to MAVIS down the street. I went there for all my tire needs for years and took a chance on RNR . Lesson learned.

Its literally a 100% rip off. Go to any other tire shop and they will beat the prices here. The rims are all trash, youll have better luck getting an Amazon card and buying rims online and paying them off than here. This is the rent-a-center of tire shops. Scummy business practices by terrible inexperienced owners. Everyone besides Patrina are good people. The business is terrible.

ZERO STARS!!!!! They do not take responsibility for their actions. Some type of scheme going on here for sure. When my sons tire fell off his truck, they blatantly refused to go through insurance so that it was done properly. Instead they said they would fix it in house. I Said you couldnt put a tire on right and you expect us to trust you... well, low and behold, the parts they said they would replace.... were not. Thank God for Whiteman Chevrolet. They are finding everything wrong with what R&R did. I think its time for a lawyer. The lack of responsibility from this business is unprofessional and appalling. Their actions could have severely injured or killed my son. Its bad enough he has to miss work and has been unable to drive his truck all because of their ignorance.

I brought my car there for a steering problem maybe 6 months ago and they cracked the bottom of my car. Due to IMPROPERLY JACKING IT UP. This is the result of it not being fixed over months, $700 and they wont even reach out. I would not recommend this place if you value your car. My last review they didnt even bother acknowledging the damage they did.

Too expensive and they lie to your face and tell you the reason for such high prices because theres a shortage of tires LOL I went down the road and beat their price by $400 at my regular place Mavis tires. These people are a joke And now RNR is responding to my comment and trying to say that Im commenting about a different tire store? How lame is this? These people need to learn business protocol. I was there at the Glen Street store to see about the one year anniversary sale.

When I signed my contract I signed with the agreement of biweekly payments. The payments would line up with my pay dates. Without my knowledge the queensbury employee changed my due dates AFTER I signed the contract and never contacted me until my payment was two days late. (The employee changed all the dates in the computer system). In addition to this when I went in to discuss the above mentioned issue I had multiple charges magically appear on my account. For example on my signed contract it says $0 for disposal of tires. It is $0 because I did not dispose of my tires there. They were stuffed into the back of my car when I left. Again, AFTER I signed my contract someone went into the computer system and changed that $0 to $40. When I asked about the $40 disposal fee (it does say disposal fee on the signed contract) the employee said it isn t for a disposal but an added tax . When I questioned why it says disposal fee and not tax said employee added how they have hundreds of tires in the back that they can t get picked up . Again, they did not dispose of my tires. I questioned the remaining balance on my account when it does not match what was due (by several hundred dollars) I was also informed of an added monthly fee. I questioned the 120 days same as cash advertisement that is everywhere in the store and was told it s 120 days same as cash with added fees . I needed tires. I needed a payment plan. I would have still purchased the tires with the fees had they been honest with me. However, I was lied to repeatedly even when I went into the store a second time. I will not recommend their store to anyone I know and I will not return in the future.

Went to RNR Tire Express Queensbury NY to swap out my regular tires for my studded snow tires. Very happy with their service and employees. They were able to schedule me quickly and they were $110.00 less expensive that another local tire store. Professional and service done quickly.

Zack was extremely helpful and made my experience at RNR really great. He was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and helped to get me an appointment for new tires quickly. Zack explained the details of the tire package incredibly well and I fully understood what I was purchasing. These guys dropped what they were doing as we were on our way to lake placid for a hockey tournament to change our flat tire because our jack was broken. Absolute life savers! Wish they were near us in Mass because I would use them for all my tire needs! highly recommend

Im visiting from out of town and just noticed that one of the rims on my Honda Fit is bent. I took the car to another place in Queensbury which told me (1) it looked pretty seriously bent and (2) they couldnt fix it. So I started looking for someone who could. Chris from RNR was very helpful and honest, and after looking it over said the issue wasnt serious and didnt require repair before I drove home. I cant say thanks enough for the honest, free evaluation.

I recently had a flat tire and had put a donut on my car. I was searching for tires (there s a shortage of course) when I first called I had the customer service representative quote me for 2 new tires. The representative was awesome. He got me a quote within minutes. He explained how everything worked, what my down payment would be, what my payments would be biweekly or weekly, cash option, etc. I ended up finding 2 other tires elsewhere. Because of the recent snow every tire place was booked solid for days. Someone recommended I call RNR. I didn t think it was a service you provided if you didn t purchase tires there. But they saved me days of frustration and waiting and mounted and balanced my tires for a great price. They were down a tire tech and still got my tires done in a timely manner. There was a slight misunderstanding in communication but the representative quickly solved the issue. I d definitely recommend RNR and I ll be coming back in the future.

We all made some nice conversation with other customers. Had complimentary coffee station & water. I wasnt happy the next day finding my tires not fully inflated. Well I ended up going back & they left me satisfied

RNR tire Express is a new store in the area on Glen Street. Theyre extremely friendly and helpful. I drive a lowered sports car that doesnt fit on many alignment machines in my area and they happen to have one that I could get. My 98 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX on Eibach lowering springs up onto the lift. Some staff pointed out some small issues I had while the car was up in the air and showed them to me so they did a nice visual inspection. On top of the alignment they were being paid to do and notified me of a couple of small issues that I could take care of. After my visit. I took my wifes car there even though they were busy. They squeezed me in at the end of the shift and their tire and wheel selection is great. They also sell some used tires if youre in a bind. If you have aftermarket wheels, I highly recommend this place for your next tire or wheel purchase.

This place knows what they are doing and they got it all done quick the tires were what I wanted and there was no bull on getting it done. The same as cash option is great as well. Thanks for you help.

If I could give more stars I would. I didn t get any service done but talk about absolute top notch customer service. Long story short it s Monday morning 0430 I get to the truck with a flat tire. Didn t have the after market socket I needed for wheel removal. On a whim I pulled in to see if they had one. Not only did they have one, they let me just have it! Don t think twice about coming here if you need wheel and tire needs! You will be in the best hands possible!

Pick out the rims and had them installed the same day.. fast friendly staff.. I highly recommend!

Theyre finishing up but best service and knowledge ever. I dont trust many places touching my truck but this place by far has me for life. Got my dream rims and tires on my truck for safer long commutes to work. Very satisfied and the truck and rims and tires look absolutely amazing!

I showed up from out of state with a loose flat tire. I was promtply greeted by the salesman Christopher. He was ready to assist and willing to help. I explained my concern and he did not hesitate to take my loose wheel and tire to have it checked. It took a few minutes and he came back with it and mentioned to me that the tech didnt find anything in the tire but the valve core was possibly leaking so as a precaution he replaced it. Chris also mentioned there was no charge for todays service. HIGHLY recommended, proffesional and courteous staff. Thanks again

The staff were exceptional. Very attentive to my needs and knowledgeable on their products and services Ive purchased wheel setups before and this by far was my best experience. I own multiple vehicles and definitely will return to upgrade them
