Had a new service tech that has been there for not even a year work on my car. Skipped the very first steps in properly lifting a vehicle with a hydraulic car lift and that is visually inspecting the vehicle’s lift points (there are more than one recommended lift points in a car). The new inexperienced tech put my vehicle on the lift without visually checking the lift points and caused a serious amount of damage to my car that WAS NOT there before it went into the Tire Warehouse’s care and shop. I have pictures showing that there was no damage prior to it entering the shop. Absolutely no one at Tire Warehouse informed me about the damage done to my vehicle let alone take the time to listen to a customer and treat me like I don’t know a thing about vehicles when in fact I went to an ASE certified trade school for automotive technology. Brought my vehicle to the so called “manager” of Tire Warehouse and he didn’t even bother to take a look at the damage and did not take the situation seriously. Not to mention one of the service techs was hitting an electronic cigarette at the front counter very professional what was the flavor by the way? I’m not going to go into detail on how this place is ran by their management let’s just say the McDonald’s down the road is ran better than this place. Also looks like the shop hasn’t seen a renovation since the mid 80’s. I mean honestly just take a look outside the place looks ran down a joke of a tire shops. There’s multiple better tire shops in the area than this place I believe one just opened like 3 months ago? I mean Tire Warehouse has had respectful business in the past but I guess their service is not the way it use to be. My whole family went to this shop but we are just going to go to Warren tire from now on! And the damage to my vehicle could have been easily avoided if the service tech was properly trained on the equipment. Also not to mention when I was inside the actual shop one of the service techs was bringing in a customer car (Jeep that is worth probably $35k-40k) ran over a huge pile of metal on the shop like it was no big deal. Tire Warehouse unfortunately does not care about the customer’s property. Feels like we the customers are just a “quick dollar” to Tire Warehouse.
Went for one tire. Left with new wiper blades, inspection for 100$. Didn't charge for inspection or wipers. Super fast, super friendly. Counter guy was personable and had great conversation and before I knew it my car was done. Young guys there and was great to see how well they treat customers. Go here, get fast results for a super fair price. Made my day. Will recommend.
Overall worst experience I've ever had having tires put on. Not only did it take months of phone calls for me to get a rebate they damaged my wheels and refused to fix what they did. I recommend going literally anywhere else.
Joe Perry helped assist with a blown tire from my journey to rock city falls. He was talkative, kind, explained everything extremely well, did the best he could to save me money. My step daughter asked questions and he did not ignore her because she was a kid but explained to her the process. The men in the shop filled up my tire, showed me the leak, and they all worked as a team for the best decision on how to approach. Great team over there! We arrived around 2:30 and it wasn’t too busy. Went to dennys for a quick bite and by the time we got back it was in the parking lot waiting for us. Great experience! 10/10!
I dont normally write reviews, but man you guys rock. Broke down 3 hours from home, spoke with Joe on the phone and was told I’d be taken care of. And take care of me did he, I had a fantastic experience with the guys, kind and genuine people, 2 tires replaced in 30 minutes. Blew me away. Fantastic service guys. Thanks again.
I started my experience there by the young man at the desk telling me I had a bad control arm on my car when I pulled in. "Could see the tire flopping. " ( I came in the back way because I missed the driveway. Also, whole front end of the car was just inspected professionally. ) So he started trying to sell me stuff I didn't need right there. I had two old studded tires on the front and fairly new tires on the back. I ordered 2 fronts obviously. Bill came due for 4 (I ordered 2) new tires. ( The other gentleman at the counter even told him he heard me say 2 tires and I told him on the phone I wanted 2,before even going). Then proceeded to tell me how bad the backs were and I'd need them replaced soon anyway. Did I want to leave them on since they were already on there. Difference between 185 bucks and 401 bucks. I said heck no. So with his disappointment went out to tell the tech to change them out. He came back to tell me they were so worn the studs aren't even in there anymore. " So worn all the studs came out" I said" the back tires are not studded, and they are almost new). This time I got an eye roll and he went to have them changed back to my original tires. When I got home, I got out to look at my tires (an hour north) and both my rear hubcaps had fallen off. I bought them last week because I'm trying to sell the car. I won't set foot in there again. The two clowns at the front desk made my mimd of that before all the mechanical mishaps started. I'm now trying to figure out how to get the 40 bucks in hubcaps back that are somewhere between my home and that place.
They charged my mother $29.99 a bulb just the 💡for lights that are $3.50!!!and made sure he pushed her to change both bulbs. Thank Ethan! My poor mother still didn't want me to go inside and rub it in his face. That I knew how much of the bulbs were. I couldn't help but I had to go inside. You know what they told me.That's how much we charge for them. And I just saw a review that said cheap when talking about this place? I guess ignorance is bliss. Unbelievably overpriced, think about that mark up three dollars and fifty cents to twenty nine ninety nine and the bulbs are tiny little thing!!!!!!! Highway robbery. Their prime customer. There's a middle aged woman that doesn't know jack about cars. No wonder they give good reviews. They don't know any better. I don't like my mother being taken advantage of and I was right there, but I made sure I rubbed it in his face and I made sure I made a review. Thank you, Good night.
I went to the Tire Warehouse to have two tires put on. They were great on the phone and got me in fairly quickly. I parked my car, gave them my keys and waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. When my car was done, I paid them, they handed me my keys and outside I went -- relieved my back tires were put on -- and to my absolute shock, my passenger door (on the driver's side) was smashed in. Of course I ran in and had them come out to look and asked them what happened to my car and their response was "oh, you must have come here that way." I DID NOT. I got gas three minutes before I drove there (gas is on the DRIVER'S SIDE) and paid at the pump (on camera) .. drove past Minogue's (driver's side facing them -- though the Tire Warehouse says they would have seen my passenger side which is not the case. ) I was told, without asking them, that "if their guys had done it, they would have told them and been fired." I was told the smash was dirty so it could not have just happened. FALSE. ( I made sure to take pics instantly -- see below!) I asked them to review their own cameras -- to which they said they don't have any. I drove back there to see -- and they do, but apparently they don't work. (aren't they supposed to for insurance purposes?) I called the Troy store who connected me with the Clifton Park store who owns the Queensbury store who then told me I would get a call from the owner. This happened over a week ago now and I am still waiting on that. I called Queensbury again and was told that I said "What happened to my car -- but that couldn't have happened here." THEY WROTE THAT DOWN. (so I guess in their book that means I must've said it, right?) Now, call me stupid, but why would I go in there and ask them what happened just to tell them that it didn't happen there. The conversation went absolutely nowhere. I was basically painted out to be a liar -- I was not called one directly, but it definitely seemed to be inferred. I was told that they SAW ME PULL IN THAT WAY, among many other things that were UNTRUE. I asked, again, when I would hear from the owner and I was told he has my side of the story -- amazing since I have never spoken to him nor do I even know his name. To replace the door is approximately 1.250 dollars and that does not include it being painted or installed. Sure, my car is older, but it was in decent shape before I had tires put on. I wish I had stayed on the donut. I paid $185 for the tires and what I left with to repair costs far more than what I came to get. So.. getting tires, $185 -- leaving with your car smashed and being treated like you are stupid-- PRICELESS. UPDATE: As you can see, the owner responded to my review -- wanted me to reach out to discuss offline. I did -- THREE TIMES -- and it has been close to two weeks and I have yet to hear a word from him. So, that begs the question, was the response just for show?
joe perry got us in immediately to repair our tire was super quick and he was so helpful helping me pick out new tires for my boyfriends truck, would totally recommend 10/10 service!
This place is great not only great prices but great people my wife and I broke down 3 and half hours from home with a blown out tire we got a tow to tire warehouse and they got us right in and gave us a great deal on all 4 new tires and got us in and back on the road safely thank you tire warehouse
Solid, honest people. More than helpful and take care of all your vehicle needs!
Thank you Jim and staff at The Queensbury Tire Warehouse for your efficient and friendly service. We needed a quick tire change and they had what we needed in stock, were very well priced and were able to service us right away.
Excellent service and great staff.
Got brake pads done on my truck last week as always friendly knowledgeable a great job super fast and best prices in town. I have been bringing my Ram 1500 in for services from breaks, rotors, berrings, power brake adjustments, tires and more . Never a problem ! Dont Hesitate
I was already looking for new tires, which nobody seemed to have my size in stock, and I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff (JP). My car went in as soon as my paperwork was completed within the original estimated time. My car, which is 10+, it had a problem and JP took me to the garage to show me what the car had some damage. I asked JP a couple of questions about my car, he listened to me, and he gave me the answer and more than I asked but it still was about my car. Yes I will go back again.
Very nice place
We were travelling from out of state and got a flat tire in the Adirondacks on a Saturday morning. The Tire Warehouse was the only place remotely nearby that was open and had our tire in stock, they actually were able to repair it rather than replace and got us back on the road pretty quickly. They were helpful on the phone and in person. Thanks Again!
Great service, great prices, always willing to help
Good people. Good service. Good tires. Good price. Happy customer.
Ignored at desk. Waited half hour. No one knew I was there. I only wanted tires rotated. No service. Guy at desk ignored me. Had appt at 2 called to come in at 3. I was very sick.He was rude not asking me if I was helped. He left.when I was at desk
Best auto service in town.
Guy gave me exactly what I needed and at the best price in town. They were busy and I could see why.
Horrible customer service. Was there at 7:30 AM for a tire rotation, without an appointment. I was the only customer. THE ONLY CUSTOMER. The counterperson asked if I could come back at 9, or make an appointment. Technician walks out and says to counterperson, shrugs shoulders and says I guess Ill go get breakfast Translation: I dont have anything to do. Thanks jerkoffs
we were stranded 3 hours from home, and these guys got us in quick and did a wonderful job getting a tire quickly! great survice and employees!

Joe was great! Super helpful and quick
Just came in for an inspection and what turned out to be a couple nails in my tire. The staff was helpful.
Just called asking questions about tires and size . The man who answered was smug arrogant and dismissive ! They just lost my busness and ill be sure to tell anyone that askes my exierience
Ethan helped get my vehicle in quick. Really appreciate the prompt service in a pinch. Will be back in future. Great staff

The Boss was good.
This store saved my bum!! They were fair, quick and professional when I was in crisis !! They actually had my studded tire when I really needed it, because mine blew on the highway a few miles back . Thank you!!
Fantastic service. Thank you
Came out to get 4 tires on. Asked how long. Was told a hour and a half. Went grabbed breakfast as they was taking my vehicle back. Came back and sat in the uncomfortable chairs. After a hour and a half get called up. Was told they could only find 2 of my tires. Would need to wait for them to come from Clifton park or come back. I drove 45 minutes and waited 90 minutes. Lost a customer. This is after I called to check before driving 45 minutes out.
Great service, staff very helpful
Quick place to get your tires changed out. They did a great job
Did a great job very fast very friendly even went out of there way to offer great advice when they didnt need to. I will definitely be returning

Great friendly service Prices are great and reasonable
Went here to have 2 tires put on the front of my car. Friendly staff. The wait time wasnt long. I will be returning here for all my tire needs from now on.
Great place to bring your car for work.
Needed my own tires installed on my car. Was in and out inn less than an hour, and the price was easily the cheapest I saw in the area.
The tire warehouse improperly installed brakes on my 2019 Chevy 3500. Truck was brought back 2 times because it was making grinding noises and sent out that it was fine, I brought truck to dealer and they found that nothing on brakes was tightened or install correctly which caused the entire rear axle and brakes to be destroyed. $12.300 in damage to truck, owner refused to claim on his insurance or pay for damage to my truck after they agreed to pay bill to dealer so I got stuck with paying it and now have to file a lawsuit to collect. Keep in mind I spent well over 100k here over the years buying tires ..This company as a whole is garbage
If you need a tire fixed theyll do it no matter the size
The people who work there are great but after 18,000 miles on a 50000 mile tire warrenty and the tire is bald, rotated back and forth once they wanted to give me (there price) on a set of tires, 75$ a piece... Stick with Warren tire or Walmart.
Friendly Staff great prices
Was in a real bind because I had a flat tire at work, so I immediately had to buy new tires when I got out. They squeezed me in when nobody else could, and gave me amazing service; fast and friendly, and for reasonable prices, too! Theyre now my preferred mechanic. Thanks guys!
Best deals in town and great customer service to go with it! Highly recommend!
Told me things on phone and when I arrived week later, they didnt have. Said they need to order them. Tires that is.
Tire Warehouse, Quaker Rd, Queensbury NY came through again today. I finally was able get a much needed new tire. Ive been their customer for 2 decades. Very satisfied with their products, service and prices.
Nice friendly environment same day schedule appointment got me in-and-out.
They are always quick and responsive and dont try to jip you.
Folks here always good to me. Friendly and they work me in anytime I come down. I live over 2 hours away. I always call first. Tire prices are the best around
Fast , knowledgeable & friendly
Best mechanic in the area. Not only do they do the job right, they think about your safety above all else. Will be going back!
They had that tires I wanted but it turns out I didnt need good place to buy tires
Took a trip upstate and got a flat on the way up. This place was very nice and changed the tire very quickly. They checked over the car and were very helpful.
Great deals and service!
Have been a satisfied customer for over three years. Tom, the manager always explains options, costs and is mindful of financial state. Has a great crew backing him up!
They helped me out by fitting in my car after it snowed the night before... That is a busy day for a tire place!! These guys are great!!
I was the first person there but I was not the first person served as they say in the phone. Just was not very happy that I had to wait so long...
Salesman very rude
Great
Great service good people.
They are family business. They are not cheap, but they do the right job. And when you walk out you assure of a job well done.

Great peoples
Awesome ! Tom was great to work with and very fair.
Tom is a good man, easy to deal with, straight to the point, and good at his job. I look forward to many more commercial deals in the future. Thanks Jeremiah Cycle&Car-Parts-R-us.
Great customer service and selection of tires.
They have great service and are on a first come first serve basis. They do great work, and dont charge for looking at your vehicle to identify any mechanical problems. I take my vehicle there all the time.
Always a good experience when buying tires
The guys here are very helpful and friendly. They get things done quickly, and done well. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent customer service...works with the customers...A welcome feeling every time
Good prices friendly people
They were very professional and let us know how to get out van to pass the alignment. Very knowledgeable. It took us three days to get it right but we finally got it to pass the alignment
Always have good advice about tires!!
Really great prices and good mechanics quick in and out for all your car needs.
Best place to get tires in the area. The one time I had tires mounted someplace else i ended up bringing the car to tire warehouse after to rebalance and fix the valve stem leaks. Best service, best availability in the area.
Awesome spot, the employees all know their stuff, & the secret is out.. They are incredibly busy. I dont know how they do it without blowing a gasket! Anyway, straight forward, honest, & reasonable. I feel like Im in good hands here - not getting ripped off. This is my new steady place for tires, alignments, & any other thing they do. I only do steady loyal business with family owned places like this. Ive been kinda lost since Queensbury Tire on Rte. 9 closed a few years back. But now Ive found a new home!!
Very professional and helpful. I called before hand and they had my tires all ready and studded before I came in. They preformed the tire change in a timely manner. Very satisfied and will return for future work.
I have purchasing tires from tire warehouse for every vehicle l have owned. Their road service agreement is great. I have had several occasions where I have had to have a leaky tire repaired and they took care of it. The prices are also great.
Spent $450 on 2 tires and studs that broke when they were trying to replace it.at first all seem good drove jeep right home were it stayed for weekend so all together new tire had 30 miles on them this morning wife about to leave in it notice one of the 2 new tires was flat came in to have them look at it they reply to leave car or wait hr told them i can not I only have 45 min break they said we have time if u have time when we can look at it.so what are u suppose to do smh also first thing must be puncture smh thes places always looking to get out of doing u right the way u dud paying them Ill let u all know what comes of this Ill wait befor I post on my social media site
Given a price over the phone then changed the price to higher price when we got there will not do business here again !
There was alot of people there they where still fast and friendly I would definitely get ur tires done there if u can.
Great guys working here. Good prices.
Tom up in queensbury is great. He is the best person to go to if you ever need help with your car. The staff is very nice as well but the driveway sign is confusing. If you go fast youll miss it and cause the bays are on the side of the building it doesnt look like a mechanics shop
Great job
Always helpfull and fair prices
I purchased tires from the Tire Warehouse sometime ago and found the salesman, Ed Haber top notch!
Just bought a new truck and thought the tires were kinda loud. John said stop by and Ill go for a ride with you. He said tires are fine, dont waste your money. He said my truck is loud because of the design and the lack of sound deadening material. I had no idea. Hes a stand up guy who could have totally lied just to sell me some tires. I cant remember if Ive ever had work done there in the past but I can say that I definitely would.
Always super friendly and nice, cheap prices and quality service
Staff are freaking awesome, they are the best shop in town
Good people to work with. Usually get you right in. Ive never had an issue.
Sales person was a little pushy selling extras I didnt want or need
Super Customer Service!!
Super friendly service and very good price , they know what they do thanks .
I was preparing to head out of town on vacation when I realized that my utility trailer tires needed to be replaced. I called up a couple local providers, and one whom did not stock the tir s recommended the Tire Warehouse, and I m glad they did. I called up aroun 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon, shared my need and situation, and the rep said get on over and although we re busy, we ll stay late if we have to, to take care of you. I drove immediately over to their shop, and in less than 90-minutes I had new tires on my utility trailer... and best of all, it was also under my budget too! THANK YOU TIRE WAREHOUSE!!!
Very friendly staff and service was fast! I definitely recommend this Tire Warehouse to anyone!
Have always been there for me.
Very fast, friendly and best prices! I will definitely use them for future tire purchases and repairs.
My personal disaster was quickly and professionally resolved.
Excellent place very friendly and knowledgeable great prices. They come highly recommended
Good prices. Good service. Adirondack pics in lounge. 4 new studded snow tires in an hour.
Came in with something in my tire, they got it out and plugged it up successfully for around $30
Terrible customer service. Took my car there to get inspected, immediately refused me because of my illegal window tint. Which was factory 90%, when I asked to itterate they gave me an attitude.
I have had one experience here and it will be my first and last. If I could give no stars I would. My experience was the classic example of a shady mechanic taking advantage of a woman who is unfamiliar with cars. I brought my car in to have my winter tires switched out with my summer tires. I was overcharged $20 for this service because they billed me for tire size 17-18inch rather than the 16 inch that my car has. I never would have know this mistake if it werent for my husband who has the same size tires and has the same service done at their shop a week prior for $68. I contacted them immediately and was told to return to the shop for a $20 refund. When I got there, there was no apology, no explanation, nothing! It was almost like they were surprised they got caught. Either they purposely took advantage of my inexperience with cars or the tire experts dont know what size tires they just changed... whether this was due to dishonesty or lack of knowledge, the trust has been destroyed and I will not be returning.
These guys are great! Very helpful and dont try to rip you off. They only fui what they need to.
Took the extra time needed to properly align my truck and didnt charge me a dime more than they originally quoted. Very professional and thorough.
Stay away! This may be long winded but worth reading. My son and I share a car because he is in college and trying to save money. We have a 2012 Toyota Corolla bought with about 12,000 miles. Runs amazing nothing but regular oil changes and we had front brakes done about 2 years ago. We knew we needed brakes so we asked around at are church any suggestions? Are priest said he takes all his cars to Tire Warehouse for tires and brakes! I said lets go. They took the car on no appointment and not much of a wait. Came back and said we needed front and bake brakes and roaters. They said it would be about $650.00. Are son had been saving up because he knew sooner or later it was going to need some type of repair. So because of the references and they already had it in the shop we said great! We know now are son is going to be safe traveling back and forth to college. Okay about maybe an hour and a half we are done. Get up to the desk to pay. It is now $830.00 plus tax....what are you going to do we are a,ready done and he said about..it was a big about so we paid and left. I have to say when we left we had felt like we had been way over charged but are son being safe was worth it. After a few days we starting to have a wheel shaking when we stopped? Then a nasty grinding noise when we stopped? So I hated to do it because its very intimidating to go back and question someones work but we went in and the men behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. I told them what had been going on, so he said they take it in and have it looked at..no cost! They are awesome right? WRONG! Came back and said that the roaters where warped? WHAT?? You must have been really hard on the brakes? What we have not changed are driving style since we had the car, yes we go over the mountainn to get to the stores but have for 30 years and none of us had an issue. So he said we will replace them this time its been weeks since they put them on not years or months. So we left. Brakes felt good for about two weeks, back to shaking wheel and grinding noise. We could go back because we have driven over the mountain road and he told us last time. I wanted to go in and pitch a fit. Im retired I thought Ill go and hold a giant sign saying what a rip off they are and to stay away! But word of mouth works much better., especially with ate church! Are priest is no longer going to be a customer nor refer anyone. We took it to a local repair shop. Told him the issue but did not give a name. He said whoever they are should not be allowed to touch a wrench!! He said that they had made the brakes so tight against the roaters it mad them warap and yup they where wrapped again. Had it done correctly. Been driving anywhere we please with no restrictions!! Please do not take your business here! Im sure for tires they may be fine but not brakes! We learned the hard way! But the best thing is with are large circle of friends and are church community the word will get out to STAY AWAY. The Walkers
Service was excellent, employees were very good and repairs were completed with expertise, and so reasonable.
Brought my car in for a slow leak on the front tire. Every time I added air the light would go out for a week or so then I would have to repeat it. Brought to the tire warehouse where they fixed the slow leak but now said my light would stay on because three of the sensors in the tires were bad and would have to be replaced at $100 each, so now I am driving around with a light that wont go off. Funny coincidence that the light went out whenever I re inflated the tire as it was supposed to but after servicing at Tire Warehouse 3 bad sensors? Ive been going there for years with multiple cars but after this never again.
Great service and prices
Good business
Long time to get tire on car.
Great price and good service.
I have previously left a negative review for this business but being a business owner myself I believe there can always be a bad apple and we can all learn from our mistakes. Recently I have taken my vehicles in twice with Tom (Manager) taking care of me as if we were best friends. He treated me like I try to treat each one of my customers and thats something I appreciate greatly. Thank you for making a much better experience than in the past.
I have been getting my tires at THE TIRE WAREHOUSE for over a decade. The staff have always treated me wonderfully. When there was a problem that came up switching my snows they bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy. They always seem to have an answer for any issues that pops up. Their prices can not be beat, and the skills of their mechanics are every bit as good as you would find at the dealership. If you need tires, inspection, oil change or any maintenance I recommend trying your local (The TIRE WAREHOUSE). IM sure that you will be as happy and satisfied as I have always been. . PETER G. LINDSAY
I have a VW Jetta and when I bought the car the lugnut key was not in the vehicle. The dealership (which I would like to remain nameless) told me that if I brought the car here they would pick up the bill. I had originally brought my car to Buckley tire as they have taken care of my family in the past with their tire needs. When the car was finished with the lugnuts being switched out to standard lugnuts they drove my car on a flat tire to the front of the parking lot (Driving on the rim!). I asked before I went out to my car if they refilled the tire with air and they assured me that they did. Being less than happy with the discovery that they had driven it out of the shop with a flat tire I went back in to alert the gentleman at the front counter. Flustered and fusterated the man ran back to the garage to scream at his technicians for this mistake. They drove t back into the shop (on the rim again!) into the shop to fill the tire. As I am about to leave the parking lot the man from the front counter comes running out into the parking lot yelling for me. I stop and get out. He askes why Im going to Buckleys and why I am not getting it fixed there (stating that he could have fixed it for free). I ask if the offer is still avalible and he says that Id have to wait for another spot to open up in the garage. Hearing this and sending that this is one of those too good to be true sceneries I double check to see if he can indeed fix it for free, explaining that I can hear the air coming out of the tire and that the tire is already more damaged than it was before because it was driven on the rim. He picks up an attitude with me and tells me that Im obviously not happy with the service and that I should just go to Buckleys. So Im siting here at Buckleys and I am very upset at this gentlemans sales tactics. It is inexcusable that after working on the run with the flat tire that they would have not known that the tire is flat before driving it out to the parking lot on the rim! It is also unacceptable to offer to fix the tire for free and then get upset with me for verifying that I would indeed receive this repair for free! I will needless to say never return to this establishment and be telling my friends and family about my experience at this service center.
Great staff here. I buy all my tires from here. Including my work vehicles
I have had a number of experiences with Tire Warehouse in Queensbury. The majority of them I would classify as average; however, my latest experience with Tire Warehouse will be my last. I have purchased 2 full sets of tires at this location totaling more than $1,000. They accomplished everything that was expected, which included installing the tires, and providing complementary rotations. At my latest visit I brought my car in for an issue I was having with one of the brake calipers. In the process of preforming their courtesy check they broke two of my lug bolts. I was first bothered by the fact that they did not fix and replace the bolts before I picked up the car. When I brought the car back in (after discussing the issue over the phone) to have the broken bolts removed and new bolts installed, I was given the impression that they would do so at their cost, since they were broken in the companys care. When I picked up the car I was unexpectedly charged for the two bolts and labor. I was taught at a very young age If you break it, you buy it. This business clearly does not follow these practices. Although the charge is nominal, I will not continue doing business with the Tire Warehouse because of this, as I feel I was wrongfully charged for the service. 4/24/2015 - After filing a complaint with the attorney general I did receive a refund, in full, from Tire Warehouse. Its still unfortunate that it had to come to this.
Always do a great job at a fair price.
Just wanted to pass along a Big Thank You I have for Rob Meyers and the very knowledgeable crew at The Tire Warehouse Inc. 274 Quaker Road, Queensbury, New York 12804 !!! I had my 4 summer tires changed over to my 4 winter tires. During this process, Rob Meyers and the technician noticed a rubber bushing had worn itself out and was close to needing replacement. Rob Meyers & the Tech. personally showed me where this rubber bushing was on my car & what it was for. Rob Meyers did ask if I wanted The Tire Warehouse Inc to replace the worn part with a new one. I informed Rob that a friend of mine & myself could replace the part on our own. The service was / is fantastic ! With minimal amount of waiting time. Please pass this Big Thank You on to the people mentioned above ! I will most definitely recommend this business to others ! Thank you for your time on this, Sincerely, Martin Invoice # 1011882
