The front desk team is great and was going to leave a 5 star review based on my interaction with Jesse. I dropped off the car for tire change, balancing and alignment. As I paid, I ve noticed that alignment was never done. While I do understand issues happen, front desk and techs need to communicate better to ensure that all the services on the invoice have been performed. As a customer , I should not need to verify that everything has been performed . I had to wait a bit more to get it done, but if I didn t bring it up I would have walked out paid for a service which was confirmed but never performed . Nothing was offered for the issue aside from I m not responsible for what happens in the back

I was told by Jessie I needed 2 tires because of the sidewalls. Went back when the tires came in I was told by Billy a store manager that is not that bad. They wanted $225 to replace the 2 tires . I Have the Roadside warranty. With 4000 mile on the tires I get $690 credit on $750. Then they want to charge you again for Mounting, balancing and they wanted to do another Front end alignment The costs work from $60 to $225 great store. Staying away !!

Tesla Model 3 Performance owner here, so went in with some trepidation about the finicky Tesla rules about what wheels fit, what tires are approved, etc. Right from the get-go Jesse and Billy were affable, up-front and genuine in admitting they dont do a ton of Teslas or EVs in general, but that they are indeed capable of getting rubber on them. I had already purchased Martian brand MW08 18 wheels- guaranteed to fit the M3P with 20 stock wheels- and paired them with nice Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/45/R18 tires. They werent in stock in Qby store Monday but Jesse ordered them for delivery truck that night. Droppped car at appt time Wednesday, drove it out with new wheels and tires a couple hours later. I can only rate this shop and the employees 5 Stars and up due to the no-bull attitude, open-mindedness professionalism and great value on new tires. Extra kudos for Town Fair website allowing me to shop for make/model tire availability for non-OEM 18 wheels that no other chain online shopping configurator even allows. Like Jesse said, if places dont allow for EVs and other new technologies, they will get left in the dust in future. Amen, Brother. Thanks Jesse, Billy, Jacob and Jacob and Justin. Ill always get tires here.

The Queensbury NY store is very clean well stocked with huge amount of tires . This is my 2nd time I had a work performed at this location. I got tires put on my mom;s 2021 Lexus 350 SUV and most recently had tires put on my 2017 Ram 2500 Laramie Mega cab pick up. Both times we great experiences . I worked with Billy back in Jan 2024 and recently Billy and Jessie for my truck. They were very kind , helpful , and professional in every way. I would suggest TFT to every one and would most certainly recommend the QB NY store to everyone. Go and see Billy and Jessie and Justin.

Took care of me with four new tires after a highway puncture, held onto my three originals, and changed everything back a few days later after ordering the matching tire for my Tesla Y. The place itself is airy, clean and the staff especially Billy are a treat to deal with. Fair most definitely!!!

I love these people. After the horrible experience with Tire Warehouse last year, I was relieved to receive such great, quick service. I got 4 snow tires with all the fixins in less than an hour and a half. The entire staff was so friendly and funny. I never thought Id enjoy getting work done on my car.
