I want to THANK YOU for fixing my titan diesel. Had it at the dealer they installed a def pump. It never ran right sense. No power from 18 miles per gal to 5.5 . Surging almost pushing me into traffic. They would not take it back in . This started last October. Said no ck engine light can not help me. Well took it into Adirondack Truck Repair .. They diagnosed it and found a O Ring installed wrong They repaired redid the right way It runs perfect i can say how happy i am. I brought my old f250 diesel in for a major overhaul, the transmission was was spent, front end needed work, and other basic maintenance. They were able to replace everything professionally and very prompt. I would highly recommend these guys for any repairs. Top notch place, friendly staff too. Thanks again adk truck repair.

Set up an appointment to have it brought into have a U joint fixed front driver side. Took them 2 1/2 hours. Warranty allowed for one and a half hours. Needed to do diagnostics on four-wheel-drive. Dropped it off Wednesday afternoon. Call every day could not get an answer as to what was going on. Rented a truck for an expected one day and had to keep it five as I could not get an answer as to when my truck would be repaired. Communications with these guys sucked. I have several trucks and was looking for a new shop. This is not the place. An $800 job ended up costing me over 1200 and it never even got finished because I couldn’t leave the truck to sit there and wonder when it was going to get done. Could never get any straight answers as to what was going on. And had to continually fight to have them check my warranty . Oh well onto the next.

Phenomenal customer service, Amanda was accommodating with scheduling a last minute appointment when other shops were weeks out. Communication was great, fast and detailed. After the Truck failed for some lights being out, Amanda went above and beyond (at closing time the same day) to help us get the Truck inspected after we got the lights situated. Great local repair shop able to work on our vintage RV trailer and pickup truck with skill and experience. We trust them for our work that needs to be done. We have had them replace Morryde sheer springs, extend a steel bumper and mount a truck box on our trailer with great results. We highly recommend this business.

Brought my Ram 3500 diesel in to the shop for several issues. They had to order parts for my diesel pickup. As soon as the parts came in. They had my pickup fixed in a very timely manner. We were so lucky to find this local to us shop to do a modification repair to our newly installed MorRyde Independent Suspension System on our travel trailer. (We had gotten the suspension system installed right at MorRyde in IN at their plant but it needed modification afterwards). From the start the folks at ADK Truck Repair were receptive and courteous on the phone to understand our issue and book our appointment. We appreciated the reminder call for our appointment and their patience when we were unavoidably a little late to the appointed time. The tech's took time to call MorRyde to verify the install process and the job was done professionally. Their service area is spotless, well maintained and area large enough to easily move around even our 56' length of rig and truck. Their per hour cost for shop hours were in line with area shops. We will definitely use them again when the need arises. There is further evidence of their good reputation and work in that we saw other municipal and local emergency vehicles in there for repairs.
