West side towing helped me and son while we were stranded with a blown tire traveling from Florida to Vermont. Frustrated and tired with no spare tire we called west side towing and he responded quickly and provided us with a tow to a local tire shop and offered to pick us back up if they didn t have the right tires and said he will help us anyway he can. As we were talking about going to find some food before the tire shop opened he offered and gave us a ride to get some breakfast. West side towing was willing to help us any way he could to get us back on the road home. There needs to be more people like this in the world. Thanks again for your amazing service!

Can t believe my car breaking down was a nice experience, but it was. Steven arrived quickly and was very helpful. He s very knowledgeable and even tried to help me get the car started/find the issue. Unfortunately, the truck ended up being towed, but he made the whole process smooth. My encounter with West Side Towing and Recovery was outstanding. When I called at four in the morning, I was greeted by a very polite individual who gave me an acceptable rate and a reasonable ETA. My driver was complimenting the tow truck drivers kindness and was thrilled with his service.

I was very happy with the service west side towing & recovery provided. I was given a 60minute ETA which felt like a 30 to 45 minute and when he arrived he took no more than 30 minute to remove my truck from the ditch. Excellent customer service

my roommate accidentally went off road a bit and we needed help getting all of the wheels on the ground again. it was pretty late, close to 12 am and i called west side. we are all brand new to the state so when i wasn t able to give an exact location, they worked with me so that i could drop my location to them directly. they came out within 10 minutes. and were quick, kind, and professional. highly recommend their services especially if you re in a pinch and need friendly help!

At 1:30am in the middle of a snow storm after calling two companies located in Rhinebeck NY and them not being able to provide services, Steve was more than willing and able and made a half hour drive to my location to come and tow my Ford F-350 with the plow and sander on! My wife and I were involved in a car accident that left our vehicle unusable. We were stuck because the car rental company was closed. They not only did a great job of handling our wrecked vehicle but made sure we were taken care of. They cared for us and arranged for an employee to drive us over an hour to another town for us to get another vehicle and save the rest of our trip. I didn t believe caring service like this still existed. These folks just made our trip! We will always remember the wonderful caring concern they gave us and making sure we were back on the road. The UHaul truck we rented got stuck on our back yard because of the rain and mud The guy from west side Towing came in less than half an hour after we called and towed the truck out.. He was nice , charged us reasonable sum and everything was ok within an hr.
