I've used these guys a few times over the years and they've always done a great job. They worked on my old Ford Focus, a Cadillac CTS, and a Chevy Silverado. They're super nice, communicate with you, and the work is always good. Highly recommend.

I am a generational customer of Noppers. They have done work on numerous vehicles for my entire family. Most recently, I backed into a pole and Richie and his team fixed my Honda with seemless communication throughout the entire process. I got my car back and three days later i was hit by a plow truck. Richie was my second call after my husband and guided me thru the entire process. He has been dealing with the at fault drivers insurance from the beginning and I appreciate him and all of his hard work! Just an excellent experience all around for me and my Mini Cooper. This place is absolutely amazing they fixed my truck like brand new and did it so very well in such amazing timing. The people there were amazing and very professional and nice. Writing this post to clear the way for anyone looking for their vehicle to get done in a timely fashion at this destination. As someone who deals with customers on a daily basis I would never bring a vehicle here so they can tell you a song and dance of they are short staffed and had to push it out another week and 4 and half months later after the vehicle has diminished value and is still not done. This guy Rich who says he is the owner in which I asked to speak with after losing my patience tells me more lies of why it is not done. Clearly they collected the insurance check and could care less at this point. Very upsetting that these type of antics still happen in todays times with no recourse...

The popular nursery rhyme, Humpty Dumpty begins with these words, Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall; All the king s horses and all the king s men cannot put Humpty Dumpty together again. My new Hyundai Ioniq 5 fell apart, like Humpty Dumpty, after another vehicle struck it on the Adirondack Northway on August 11, 2023. My car s crumpled rear-end, cracked tail lights, damaged side panels and broken computer systems made the vehicle unsightly and hazardous to drive. Like Humpty Dumpty, my vehicle was now a shell of its former self. Rather than reach out to a king, and request help from all his men (and horses), I carefully drove my car to Nopper s Collision Repairs, in East Greenbush, N.Y., and dropped it off in the late evening for repairs. I left a note explaining that I was on my way to Europe for a three-week bicycling vacation, without phone or email access. I put my trust in Richie Nopper, the owner, and his team, to fix the damage, and handle all communication with my insurance company, USAA. Richie and his team took care of all the detailed correspondence with my insurance company when I was in Europe and on my return. Richie s team arranged for full coverage of repairs, and obtained additional payments when inspections revealed hidden damage. His team tracked down hard-to-find parts for my new vehicle, reconnected damaged electrical systems and restored the car s complex computer systems. They also repainted my car so it matched its original, multi-shade colors. Putting my trust in Richie Nopper and his employees was a smart decision, and I wholeheartedly recommend Nopper s Collision Repairs. The results were even better than seeking the assistance of a king. After all, even a king, and all his men and horses, could not put Humpty Dumpty together again.
The entire crew at Noppers were wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them for your auto body repairs. Rich is the best! They needed my car for an extended period of time because it took some time for the new parts time to arrive, however communication with him throughout the project were timely, courteous, extremely professional and helpful. My car came back cleaner than it arrived, and I m so grateful for how they were able to repair it!

Truly an amazing place! Richard will take care you you and his team are so talented, I had my 13 year old civic fully repainted and had some rust removal and its like its brand new! Literally had chills when I got it back I really cant emphasize and recommend this place enough! They could probably paint the Mona lisa on the hood if you wanted Thank you 100x over! Had a fender Bender, and Noppers was recommended by my insurance. I visited there for an evaluation of the damage. I was extremely pleased by the results. I was greeted by Rich, we looked at the car, and I waited in the very clean, pleasant, lobby area.( too cold outside!) A typed report of the damage and repair needed was presented to me. Needless to say, I will have the car repaired there.

Rich and his team are great. I had some paint transfer on my car door and they were able to repair the issue quickly and at a fair price. I have used them in the past after I hit a deer and they did the work quickly and efficiently, no issues after repairs were done. My family will continue to go there for any future repairs.
Have used their services twice in one year.... both times they were great. This last time they even helped me with a unusual insurance problem. If you need body work I highly recommend them.

After reading their multitude of stellar reviews, I went to Noppers for a small job involving a paint touch-up. Rich treated me with the utmost professionalism and care. He greeted me kindly and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He was very flexible with scheduling, and after providing me paint of the exact color of my car, he applied it for me and taught me how I can apply it myself if I wish to do so in the future. He also guided me as to which wax to buy and how to apply it after the paint dries. I am very happy to find Noppers right here in my backyard in East Greenbush and will be sure to see Rich for any future needs, regardless of whether I continue to live in East Greenbush or relocate to another part of the Capital Region. Recently I hit a deer in my 2016 Civic which messed up my front end rather badly. My insurance company didnt want to fix it with the more expensive oem parts. After doing the work the body lines didnt line up properly and looked terrible. Rich went to bat for me with the insurance company without me even asking taking pride in the work coming out of his shop. He made sure the work coming out of his shop was 5 stars and got my insurance company to flip the bill for him to redo the entire job with parts that properly fit the car and did an amazing job matching the paint and making sure the body lines were correct. Couldnt be happier with how I was treated by him or how professional the work his shop did. If I ever find myself needing body work done in the future noppers will be the shop doing the work. Absolutely amazing. They will make sure your car is fixed properly and looks as good as the day it came off the show room floor

Pretty rare nowadays to find a family owned shop with kind and intelligent people. The reviews and rating are absolutely accurate. Rich, the owner, goes above and beyond to try and help. I brought my car in today for a photo inspection that I needed for insurance and he stopped what he was doing to help me with a minor scratch I had on the car. He brought out the buffer, the sand paper, the polish, all for free. Stand up guy and he deserves a five star rating!

This is a long overdue review, but Noppers Collision Repairs is the best! Everyone here is so extremely nice and genuinely kind. Theyre willing to listen to you and work with you. I had a unique case when I visited, which I had gone to 6-7 places prior, and every other repairs shops had told me very extreme measures with higher and higher repair costs since I didnt have much knowledge of cars or car repairs. But Noppers kept me in the loop with every service that will be completed, gave me a run down of what each service/repair means, and gave me different options depending on far I was willing to go to fix my car. They also give you experienced advice on what needs to be done and what isnt necessary (if its just a cosmetic repair), and doesnt force you to fix anything that doesnt affect the mechanics of the car. Even after the repair, they were so kind with any concerns or any questions I had. Noppers is a welcoming family-vibe place and I would (and already did) highly recommend to anybody who needs any car repairs!!! :) And bonus - they also do photo inspection!

Very good experience at this shop. When I entered the shop the owner was sitting right there to greet the customers, which is something I like to see when I enter a small business. They were able to help me repair my bumper at minimal cost and did so in a very timely manner. 10/10

Top notch service. Very friendly and accommodating. All staff including the owner Richie will go above and beyond to take care of your car needs. I have used them in 3 different occasions with different cars and this is the only place I will use for all car body related issues. Works seamlessly with insurance and car rental places too to make life easier for you. They stand by their work. If any issues, the will gladly fix it.
