This man does not even deserve one star i dropped my car off 3 times for the same thing the first time he had it for 3 days just to look at it told me when to bring it back but didnt have the part the first day then had it the second and still did absolutely nothing so i took my car back again asked him when can i bring it where he could actually do the work he gave me a day and then didnt even open or bother to call me to let me know and then he put my muffler that i paid for on someone elses car which is illegal not to mention when i went to get my muffler he was sitting there getting drunk on the job his name is bob and i dont recommend anyone to go to this man he will rip u off like he did to me and now i have to buy a whole new muffler for no reason do not use him he stole my muffler

Came yesterday at 11 am, nobody is here. Got told they forgot to write it down, took the lady 30mins to call me back while i was actively sitting there, but she did work with me to get me in the next day after work which was convenient. HOWEVER, when I walked inside, I had to announce that i was there for an oil change, and he immediately says "tomorrow". I said, "no it was supposed to be yesterday morning and got put to today because someone forgot to write it down" he says okay, then proceeds to walk over to the book to check which filter I needed. As he's grabbing the book, he says "I probably don't even have the right filter here it's probably at the new shop" and then confirms a min later that the filter he needed was at the other shop. They were told numerous times what type of vehicle I was bringing in for an oil change. Did you not think that yesterday, when you missed our appt to be at the other shop working, to grab the filter for today at the old shop? And the BEST part. Was when he asked me to come back again TOMORROW for a 3rd time, when he has the filter, and I just said "honestly, I'm not coming back here a 3rd time" and proceeded to walk towards the exit, and he then proceeds to rebuttal "we don't make money on an oil change, go to jiffy lube" I don't CARE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU MAKE ON THE DAMN OIL CHANGE. If you agreed to doing the work, you will do the work. Like what in the world is wrong with you? Thanks for wasting my time and onsetting an unnecessary headache.

Efficient work!!I'd rather go here then anywhere else because I know I won't have to worry about anything being improperly done or ridiculous pricing!!

Bob did a great job with the repairs to my daughter's jeep. He was very professional and the work was completed as per the estimate. I will definitely be using him in the future. She's 16, so I'm sure there will be more paint work to be done.
