I called ahead before i got my car towed Thursday to see if it would be possible to have my car done before the weekend because I needed it Monday morning. The person I talked to said it should be an issue and they'll work on it Friday and give me a call with updates. I called at noon on Friday and was told it was still waiting to be brought in. Fine whatever stuff happens. I never got a call so I just called roughly a half hour to an hour before they called and got sent to voice mail. Now I'm not going to.be able to get my vehicle back before I need it. I want to believe it's a 1 time thing because of all the good reviews, but a simple call would've been nice to let me know they weren't able to get to it

I had unexpected car trouble on Wednesday and was panicked trying to find a reliable mechanic to have my car brought to. Brian took in my car, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed! I will definitely take my car here again in the future!

Ive had my oil changed by them several times and they're great - when you can get them on the phone to set up an appointment. When they get busy they dont answer their phone. Can't even leave a message- very frustrating!

This is a great mechanic. I have been bringing my car here after I broke down. The prices are reasonable and they are straightforward and honest.

I have 3 cars, been taking all three to Brian and the guys for years now, no nonsense straight to the point, no lies, no inner charging, fair and really are sweethearts. However the quality of work has changed and every time something is repaired, finding else surprisingly needs to be repaired. Had to take my car back 5x before it was fixed and it was still not correctly done. Then the water pump goes bad, my car and truck sat on this lot for all the summer in 2019 and neither vehicle runs properly after they repaired it They even had the nerve to return my truck with a broken windshield ands stated he would call me that Monday to let me know if his insurance would pay for it to be replaced. That was 4 mos ago, still no phone call.. I would not recommend anyone to go here.. the quality of work is no longer worth it. .

We use this place to service our fleet of work trucks. We blow through brake pads and ball joints like you wouldn’t believe. Feldman’s always has us in and out quick and pricing is good. The safety of our crews is very important to us and we know the vehicles are in good hands here.

Had some issues with a a discount tire warehouse that resulted in multiple visits, 6 purchased tires and many bad feelings. Went to Feldmans and had a correct diagnosis in 20 minutes (bad rear wheel bearings) and they worked with my waranty provider to get it repaired right. Recently brought them and old truck with transmission issues. Rather than juice me for the work (which would have been expensive) they recommended I trade it in and did not charge me for the time. They are not cheap, but they are fair and professional and I have never had to go back twice.

I took my car here for a check engine light. They took great care of me! The final bill was less then I expected and way less then I was quoted at another shop. Most impressive was the fact that the owner came in on Sunday to complete the job because I told him that I needed the car first thing Monday. Very accommodating and really above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend this shop very highly!
