I was on a road trip from Canada and broke down on the east side of Albany. After calling and limping to a few garages, thankfully these guys were willing to fit us in and got us back on the road fast. Paid a bit of an emergency premium, but that was expected.

Very knowledgeable. Found and repaired a problem that others were not able to. Repair was done quickly and at a more than fair price.

These guys are awesome, Ran over something on the road that damaged my skidplate it's a 10min fix tried 3 other mechanics and they all declined claiming they were too busy, They offered to do it between jobs even though they were busy as well, it's the little things!, had them take care of two other things since then and they did a great job but were done under projected time, also were very accommodating with me when I got held up and wasn't able to make my appointment time! This was huge for me since my time is pretty limited! I should also mention they're very reasonably priced. And very direct and informative of everything being done.

My son recently moved to the area to start a new job and his car broke down. We had it towed late at night to Hi-Tech. I spoke to shop early next morning and car was ready by end of day. Cost of part and labor was reasonable. The quick repair greatly helped lower my son's stress level.

I needed a new wheel bearing. I called in the afternoon. I received a fair, accurate estimate and I was in & out the next morning! Gary also told me about other work needed, without pressure. I've definitely found my new regular mechanic!

I just bought a car a few days ago and it needed an AC Recharge. Out of all the garages I called they were the only ones to get me in same day! They refilled my freon and he said it was all ok, and he also tightened my squeaky belt. Unfortunately, after tightening up the belt, the AC Compressor Clutch seized and now my AC still doesn't work. So there goes 100 dollars down the drain, my AC Compressor is broken, and my AC still doesn't work. Ugh.
