Drove down from Saratoga Springs on New Years day, specifically told they were open by text messages yesterday Dealership locked up and no one to be found. If you decide to change your holiday hours, you should communicate with people who you knew were driving to see your vehicles. Not the way to do business. NOTE: no one advised me to call or text before stopping by. I have screenshots of the text messages to prove it. You indicated you were open on New Years day from 10 am to 6 pm. Your business is still listed as open today when in fact no one is there and the doors are locked. There is no sign stating to call or that there is someone in the garage. If its honestly this difficult to just look at and test drive vehicles, Im not interested in buying anything from you. Read the text messages you sent me and show common decency if you decide from yesterday to today to close your business. Dont throw this lack of communication on me when you and your business are at fault. I should have given you a 1 star rating instead of 2. Next time communicate better and dont make excuses when you are 100% in the wrong!!!!

I came to this dealership several months ago (as of posting this) back in the summer. I came to look at a used Infiniti sedan. This is where it went downhill. The car had to be jumped before I test drove it The employee helping me had to remove Dunkin Donuts garbage from the passenger floor in front of me Test drove the car for 2 minutes before it began to lurch and smoke from the battery Had to be picked up by an employee while another told me the battery was shot Was asked if I wanted to come back and test drive the car again after it was fixed, I agreed Got one text a week later saying it was still in the shop, no texts after that Went back a few weeks later to look at a used accord, which I ended up test driving and loved it, only right after seeing the Infiniti sitting in the lot with the window sticker price tag As I tried then getting the trade in process started with one of the staff for the accord I was told a few things: Can t be given a trade value as I owed too much, then told me I could probably get around $10k-$12k if I sold it myself, was then told a joke about how he didn t know what was in the F-150s but the white guys love em , then told me to come back with the extra money I get from selling my car to use as a downpayment To say the least, I was very very disappointed twice on separate occasions and was really hoping this dealership was my saving grace for a different vehicle P.S. the employee who picked me up and asked if I wanted to drive the Infiniti again was there my second visit and said nothing about the car, and yes I should ve posted this months ago, but I ve still been searching for a new car

Purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra. This is the 3rd vehicle we ve purchased from them so far in the span of 2 years. Ali and the team at Y&H are incredibly helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I was looking for a reliable used pickup truck in the 2010-2015 model year range with around 100,000 miles, and the F-150 I found at Y&H was by far the best vehicle on the market after around a year of searching. Would strongly recommend stopping in to their location to check out all of their vehicles - even if they dont have exactly what you want, there will likely be a perfect alternative or theyll have your desired vehicle within weeks.

We bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from here. The car was great and Ali was a pleasure to deal with. However, the dash lights came on shortly after we drove away from the car. Y&H sent us to their mechanic and said they will deal with the problem which seems to be a misfiring cylinder. Will change this to a 5 star review as soon as the repairs are done. The dealership was a pleasure to deal with as a whole though. UPDATE: Y&H Auto Planet were great to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure our car ended up as expected and took care of any repairs and issues that arose. Would definitely recommend.

I bought an 2008 Acura RDX 7 months ago (Winter-December 2020) in this dealership. Unfortunately after JUST 2 MONTHS of owning the car (I rarely use it during winter), the transmission oil was leaking all of sudden and the car just broke down. I brought it to the mechanics for repair and had to pay $700 with the warranty. It was said that the radiator broke. Then couple months after, after the warranty expired, I drove the car to Boston and the engine light was on. It was terrifying driving with an engine lights on. I brought it to the mechanics to check again, and it has another problem that cost me more >$5,000. If you dont want to buy an overpriced junk car, do not ever come to this place. The salesman was forcing me to buy the second I got there. The car has lots of problem. DEFINITELY A SCAM.

I recently bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from Ali at Y & H Auto Planet for a fair price. He allowed me to bring the Pilot to my mechanic to have it checked out before I bought it. My mechanic found it to be in very good mechanical working order as Ali had stated it was. The evening I brought it home the backup camera started to not working properly as happens with electronics some times. I called Ali the next morning, he assured me he would have the camera fixed or replaced. True to his word after extensively searching the current marketplace, he found the part and had it installed at no cost to me. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Just wanted to share my experiences with Y & H Auto Planet. I was so lucky to find a small dealer with such quality cars. I searched the whole east coast for a low milage Mustang. Only to find one within 40 miles. And it is in excellent condition without a scratch. They have no hidden Dealers fees , no pressure owner. We were able to work out a deal in minutes. Went back today with payment to find my 2007 Mustang and all the paperwork ready to go. Do not hesitate to use this dealer. You will not be sorry ! Buying a car the way it should be !

Bought a Mercedes suv from here and so glad I did. I was so impressed with this place and Ali! I got a great car for a great price and it was an effortless, quick process to do so. I would come again and recommend this a million times over a dealership.

I came to look at the red 2011 infiniti G37x coupe with 118k miles. Mind you i called a hour ahead and He wasn t there, neither was the car. When he did come. There was a jump starter in the car indicating it needed a new alternator (which is $600) but he only wants to put a new battery in the car. After test driving the car, You can tell it wasn t maintained well. The engine sounds like it s on it s last leg. I Noticed irregular tire wear and I could tell some of suspension components were worn out. To take the cake he never checked the fluids in the car some of them were low, like way below the minimum line. Ali would not budge on the price. This car needs acouple thousand dollars worth of repairs and that s if you know the right shop. The listed price for the car was $13,900 or $15,368 with taxes,registration and fees. It s only worth $12,300 in its present condition, if that.

I purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback from Y and H in October of 2020. A Beautiful well maintained car with low miles. Sales rep. Ali was super helpful and not pushy at all. He was available to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend buying from these folks. Not at all like previous experiences I have had with used car dealerships.

Bought a car on a cold day, realized AC didn t work on the next 70 degree day. Went through the ringer of bringing car to the owners mechanic twice, just to be told everything s working as it should. Owner and his mechanic actually asked me for tips and how I would fix the AC. Was then told go through the winter and we will fix it for free in the summer if it s still an issue. 2 week long headache of getting our cars AC fixed. Goldstein Subaru fixed the AC after actually testing the system. Owner is very familiar with lemon laws, guessing for good reason. I would also assume 60% of the reviews here are falsified from the owners friends and family. If you look for the one that says throws prices on auction cars and hopes for the best , it s spot on.

I would buy again from Bob and Al. Their cars come with a warranty and are very competitively priced.

After weeks of searching, I ended up finding the perfect car for me here. It was the right car for the right deal. Ali recommended a great mechanic (Quinn Automotive) to do an inspection before we purchased the car and I learned that the car had been maintained very well.
