I tried to contact this company due to their extremely high review rating. I left two phone messages and filled out an online service request. I was without water and made this fact abundantly clear, but still never heard so much as a peep from them. Not cool.

My well did not function leaving me with no water. The owner came out to my house within 30 minutes and assessed the problem. He was able to solve the problem quickly. It was a switch. He carefully explained everything to me and what to do if it happened again. He inspected the system and did not charge me anything. He was extremely helpful and explained possible remedies and cost if it happened again. I would highly recommend this business and trust them. Excellent customer service.

It says something about a company that responds within hours of the original call for assistance. I cannot say how much I appreciate the amazing service I received regarding replacing my well pump. I am extremely grateful for the kind and knowledgeable service provided. Five stars!!!

I bought a house, moved in, and the water stunk of sulfur so bad it was nauseating. I called Friday, they came Monday and perfectly installed an AIO unit and a new pressure tank. They came later that week on Friday to upgrade my garbage UV filter. All done beautifully. Then when I had my hot water tank upgraded to a tankless (by a plumbing company) my well pump stopped working properly. They came and investigated with me to figure out that the plumbers had replaced a breaker with 2 smaller ones (not how electricity works) and everything was perfect! Quality work the first time and it shows!

Not sure if two star would be even appropriate for the company and its owner Kelly. I have a well system where the well is placed down the hill from the house. when the switch demands the water, it kicks the pump and water travels from down the hill up to our home. Same as any other system. There was a water pressure problem about 6 weeks ago at our home and i called Safewell (Kelly). He did not respond for 24 hours and then finally called and showed up at our home. Said there is a problem with the tank and pressure valve and fixing that will solve the problem. When i told him to examine the whole system before we replace the tank and the pressure valve, he said, i need to trust him more and that he has been doing this for a long time. Never judge a book by its cover. I agreed, my mistake. After spending upwards of a thousand dollars, the problem was not solved. The entire crew is clueless as to what is going on. I was told that now the pump is going bad, so replace that. Their theory is start replacing everything and eventually something will work. Kelly lowered the pressure for the pressure tank saying the cut off switch will not work and it will kill the motor. While i was examining the entire site, we realized that their was a water leak in the PVC pipe that runs underground from well to our home. Simple fix, called an excavator who found the leak and fix it. Something that any well guys should have made some effort to look at. I call Safewell that the problem has been fixed can you raise the pressure back up? Someone who use to talk about customer service and standing behind their work - now tells me to bring the pressure back to where it was which he forcefully lowered, i will have to charge you. This is someone who had a wrong diagnosis of the entire problem, who was wanting me to change the pump which is till date running absolutely fine. I am professional and i run an IT Company out of Albany. I went with these guys because they are a small company and i can relate with them. But sometimes going to an expensive guy is better than going to someone who will charge you little less but does not know what they are doing. I am fully aware of the fact that Safewell will write their own story because thats where the focus is. What they fail to understand is that no customer writes a negative experience unless they truly had a negative experience. You may ask why two star and not zero - because kelly tried to salvage the situation but a clueless person can only do so much! Alas, they wanted to serve the entire community of 13 families here in Altamont. Caveat Emptor!!

The job was done on time and with great attention to detail. The communication was great and the job was done neatly with no debris left behind. Very professional I highly recommend them!

We just finished planting one of our fields and our well pump dies. I called around and no one was available or willing to come out. I came across the guys at Safewell Technologies and am absolutely thrilled that I did. They not only made time for me a couple days after I called but they came out, installed a new pump and piping and got us up and running. Our faucets started spitting out dirty brown water, we were sure that out well pump would need to be replaced, after discovering that many plumbers dont service well pumps I finally got in touch with Kelly at Safewell and he not only explained how the pump and pressure tank would be dealt with, he also suggested a simple issue to check on before he came out to evaluate it. Its rear that I find someone fair and honest and quick to respond when we are in need of an emergency with our home. My husband and I have been having well issues/water issues for quite a while. Recently, our water reserves dwindled so almost nothing making it impossible to do daily chores like dishes, laundry and bathing. We were worried we would have to drill a new well which costs thousands! I called around and got ahold of Kelly from Safewell technologies explaing how urgently we needed a diagnosis. He gave me one for free right over the phone! Then we discussed options to fix the problem, and within a week he was over at our house installing a reserve water tank in our basement. Now, we have 150 gallons of reserve water, our well isnt being bled dry constantly and we can live with piece of mind again! I couldnt say enough about how professional, friendly, and knowledable Kelly was. Worth every penny! And definitely worth telling others about!

Well dried up in summer when water table dropped. Couldnt shower or run dishwasher. Thought I would have to have new well dug. Kelly saved us. Explained the process and the benefits of his trickle water storage system. He worked with us on a payment plan and was available after installation to answer questions about our new water storage system. A+ work. A+ customer service. No more low water table problems.

I was with Lou and Erick the whole time while they were working on the pump and getting water back into my home. These two men die one awesome job and i would give them Kudos on everything they do. They are smart and i had to shake my head a few times to get the understanding i needed to see how these two men got their job done. I recently had Safewell replace my pressure tank, switch & associated plumbing. From the beginning, the communication was amazing! I received a call from Kelly within 5 minutes of submitting my problem online late on a Saturday night. He asked for some photos of my situation and within a few minutes he had me on the schedule for 3 days later. He sent me a text the day before to confirm & he told me the names of the guys he was sending out. I received a call on the morning of my service to let me know they d be about 30 minutes later than they had planned. Erik & Lou arrived almost exactly 30 minutes later! They both worked quickly & efficiently to replace my pressure tank & make sure no water remained behind. They left the work area cleaner than it was before they came! After a week of calling every number on google, I stumbled across Safewell. Not only did they call me right back, they came immediately. They addressed the issue and fixed it upon arrival. SafeWell Tech installed a UV system in my house. They were very responsive, from my first call to the system being fully installed and providing clean water was only a few days. The work was professionally done, only took one morning, and is very simple to understand and maintain. The board mounting of the equipment provides all the instructions needed. Excellent work, I would recommend them for anyone needing well pump work, especially a UV system.

Incredible service. I ll never use another well/water filtration comapny again. Kelly was wonderful he was so accommodating and knowledgeable. He made our whole process seamless. Kelly, Mike and Eric were professional and extremely informative and took their time in looking at the system we have and figuring out the problem and explaining what we have and what was wrong with our system. In 12 years they are the first company to take the time to explain what was wrong and what they were able to do to fix things. Pump(which was shot would not shut off and when I shut I off manually would stutter start)was acting up on Sunday he was willing to come out and replace pump that day but did not have a jet pump, and I didnt know were my well was so was unsure if we could use a submersible pump. He came the next morning and replaced it. Due to complications with the well placement and not being able to access well lines to fully troubleshoot the problem with out costing more money than we had, got us water pump up and fully functioning the next day.

Kelly showed up same day as our pump failed and worked until nearly midnight to get us up and running. He was very clear about what to expect, what he could do for us, what products he recommended and why, and had a great sales presence (*not a heavy hand at all*). Were back up and running now and have a new well problem go-to person. And a great website as well - good information for the times when we dont have a problem but just want to maintain what we have.

Our well pump started acting up by continuously running. I labeled the situation as an emergency and HomeAdvisor instantly connected me to Kelly. We contacted Safewell this month with a lab report on our water that indicated a number of issues, including contamination and hardness. Kelly analyzed the report and followed up with a phone consultation where he patiently and thoroughly explained a few potential solutions. He also made a special trip to our house to do additional tests, rule out other problems, and further narrow down our options. Only a few days later, Kelly installed our sanitization and softening systems. Kellys work was thorough, efficient and very professional. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Because of Safewell, were incredibly pleased to report that our water is now crystal clear and the unknown smells are gone! Kelly has since been extremely responsive to our follow-up questions. What started as a headache saturday morning turned into a great weekend. We woke up to no water, we called Safewell and he was promptly at our house over an hour away ready to replace the enfire pump and system. On a beautiful Saturday morning! Within 30 minutes he was back at our door telling us our water should be back on! It was! Turns out we only needed a new switch! What a trustworthy honest business man! We had been getting a sulfur smell from our hot water line and also had elevated levels of Manganese and Iron in our well water. After contacting Safewell Technologies, they seemed to be the only ones in the area who knew a great deal of how dangerous Manganese can be in your water. Kelly and Lou came over to install an iron/sulfur/manganese filtration system along with the in-house UV system. Their work was meticulous and Kelly/Lou explained everything in great detail. They did not leave until they felt I had an understanding of how to utilize their systems. After installation the horrible sulfur smell has been eliminated! As a professional engineer, I appreciate good workmanship and attention to detail. When I called Safewelltech out to my property, rather than trying the most costly solution first they spent time diagnosing the problem. The result of that effort was the replacement of our malfunctioning pressure switch rather than installing a new submersible pump, a move that saved me hundreds of dollars (or more) in time and effort. Woke up to no water and unable to diagnose the problem. Called Safewell and received an immediate reply before business hours. They responded within an hour and were not only able to diagnose the problem but found that I have not one but two wells, one of which was shot. They gave me a range of prices depending on the depth of the well and once agreed upon immediately began the job. 8 hours later we were up and running with some suggestions for future updates to the system. No hard sell no replacing anything but what was essential to getting water to the house. I don t know if 375 is deep but I know it was no small job pulling the line and replacing everything with new pump, line and electrical. It was all Sir and Mam the entire day which is a welcome change. 100% satisfied.

We had low water recovery for years from our well, sometimes to the point of running out of water entirely. Safewell installed two holding tanks in our basement. Now our water pumps from the holding tanks which are refilled from the well as it can. Safewell installed a whole house filter and infrared system as well. Everything is working well and were very pleased
