They were not very helpful and inattentive to the customers needs. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place with good conscience.

As a woman stranded late at night, I appreciated the technicians friendliness and professionalism. Quick arrival and service, as well.

I d give negative stars if I could. I don t know why anyone would ever give a towing company any stars. Put them out of business if you can.

Got me off the turnpike quickly and had me repaired the next morning, even gave me a ride back and forth to the hotel close by. Great job guys

Picked up a trailer for one of our customers, drove from North Carolina all night and picked it up early in the morning the people working were very helpful and friendly I appreciate all the help they offered.

This place completely sucks, I had an accident and I was forced to work with him because the colic s officers sends the cars there but they are horrible and they are so improffecional, they get the business from. The police department and don t let people choose who they call and since he works with them he gets all of them so he don t need to be nice because we have to work with him no matter what but they are horrible, they make you go to a website to pay and they website is broken but is because this way they don t pay taxes on that the money is because this way they achieve yih %3 percent too for this and then they don t even move the cars they make you love it out and my car had scratches and even had food trash from when they had Doritos in my car and even a soda can, then after he made move my car he was telling me that I was slow and to hurry up, that guy was mean and so mean and was screaming when he was telling us, if you are smart don t put a dollar there. Horrible company and treats people like a rear human part. Think it twice. Or maybe even a few more time

This business is the most rude, unprofessional, obnoxious nasty place I have ever gone into. The older man that was helping us was literally cursing at customers over the phone and in store. He literally physically shoved at our tow truck driver as he passed him. I ve never been more horrified or seen more abuse in a business facility. It was unlike anything I d ever seen before, in the worst way. It s shocking that they have a single customer. I know they don t have repeat clients. That I can guarantee.

STAY FAR AWAY - FRAUDSTERS. They will only tow you off the exit, and wont bring you to your destination. Then demand cash and not give you your keys back. You will need to then pay for another tow truck. They will give you every excuse. SCAMERS

Very helpful during a stressful time. Explained patiently what needed to be done for AAA reimbursement. Professional and courteous. Awesome response time during bad weather. Everyone dreads having to call for a tow while stranded on the side of the road. Tuminos made it a little less of a headache.

Had my car towed here I had to pay over 4000$ to get it out because I was on vacation and had it there for a few months that s not the issue though, the people here are extremely disrespectful and thief s , large sums of cash are missing from my car as well as photography equipment that costed upwards of 8k

The driver towed me off the NJ turnpike at mile marker 49.1 to exit 5 Mt holly. He assisted by suggesting 2 garages that were open on Easter Sunday that could facilitate the repair. I was impressed by his professionalism

William was a literal god sent! So thankful he was respectful, professional and helpful.

My car broke down on the Parkway. Louis (from Elizabeth) came to help. He immediately made sure that I was safely out of my car and into his truck before working on my car. We had a very pleasant conversation going to the garage. Louis carefully explained how to make my payment & how to submit my receipt to AAA. I would definitely work with Louis & Tuminos again.

Head broke down on the turnpike I called roadside they sent two guys out it didnt look like they knew anything about what they were doing they didnt even have the right tools this company comes out and had me back on the road in 5 minutes and it was one dude by himself and he was awesome.

Tyler was great, very helpful, and very patient. i didnt know where any parts were to help him change the tire as the tire is mounted underneath the carriage but we goggled and searched until he found it under my back seat. a place I never would have thought to look! He didnt give up and just resort to convincing me to tow to a tire shop which would have been the easy way out. Thanks Tyler!

Fast towing and friendly service

My car was in the emergency lane on the garden state parkway broken down and I could not start my car anymore. This was on Thurs. 6/16/22 at 5:00 pm rush hour time so dangerous. had to call AAA who do not tow off the parkway but Tuminos came and towed me off the road safely to another location. I cant remember the guys name who came but he was awesome. He pulled my blue Hyundai Elantra into the truck and towed me to a safe location. Thank you again he was one of my heros for the day

I had a flat tire on the Garden State parkway Friday nite at 11:30 pm with no spare tire in my new Cadillac XT4 (3000 miles ). the gentleman from Tuminos towing rescued me and was able to put a plug in the tire to get me home his name was George. Not only did he rescued us he texted me wanting to know if we got home safe and the next day he called me to check if we got home safe.I thank god for George ant Tominos towing should be grateful for a man like George. I used them for towing and the service was great. They reach us quickly and got us going without the need of a tow. Alex was super knowledgeable and friendly.

Was towed off the NJ Parkway so that AAA could come help either change our flat tire or tow us. That was all he was required to do, but he stayed and tried to help us change the tire too. He was incredibly kind and I wish I knew the drivers name to thank him adequately. He made a very frustrating situation much, much nicer.

Dave was a life saver. I was on the turnpike when my car suddenly stops and I panicked immediately calling 911 who sent me Dave. He could of not been more professional in this situation. I was terrified never having been in this situation and he went into fight or flight mode and handled the situation seamlessly, I would highly recommend this company and ask for Dave!!!!

Horrible! My boyfriend passed away ! His car window was never broken ! I have pictures ! And when I came back to get his stuff out, all of sudden a one broken window was shattered! His sunglasses are missing!

Would give 0 if possible i waited from 830 am until 345pm for a tow. Then the driver felt it was ok to talk down to me like I was just some nobody needless to say our company probably not gonna be using them again for tows in the area

Tumino Towing Inc located at ridgefield park NJ - address 37 Emerson St, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660, United States, is the worst company to ever deal with. My driver bumper unit on the bumper truck fell off the trailer and we contacted them as well as the emergency service to assist my driver to mount it back on the trailer. They mounted the bumper unit back on my trailer and I get a $11,000 bill for a 2 hours job. Tumino Towing Inc is stating that it is the Ridgefield Park Police Department Ridgefield Park Police Station that set this price for them for come out in emergency period. This simply means the Ridgefield Park Police Department gets a cut from my $11,000 bill. I am writing this post to get the Ridgefield Police Department to defend this claim from the Towing company. Service took a while but the worst part was when we were told that they were just going to tow our car to the nearest parking lot and not to our mechanic which it was literally 5 minutes away because they were busy and charged us $190.00. It took less than 1 minute to take our vehicle out of the GSP. Then we needed to call another towing company. It was ridiculous! This is a scam as they are the only towing company allowed on state highways. Amazing!

They have yard and advise you to take your truck there. It was like 5 miles away from the place my truck broke down to the yard and they charged me $801 for 5 miles plus they took 2 days to change part/belt. Do not take your truck to them.

Dirty towing service pray your car dont get towed with these clowns theres a bunch of pea brains working here. They claim pricing is through the dirty ridgefield park police department so im not surprised small town antics. Manager/Owner is complete joke of a human being.

Customer service in history! Called Tumino s after a flat tire on route 80, Said that they were on their way when the worker from Tumino showed up he didn t even try to speak to me he spoke the kind state trooper that stopped to help me. The worker left without asking if I had someone else on the way because the state trooper told him I didn t have a spare. When I called the office the person who picked up had the worst attitude and said you are on your own and hung up. Don t bother even calling the worst

Horrible company my car got towed by them . I had a set of gold earrings that cost me $300 that magical went missing from my center counsel. I reported it to them multiple times. They told me they would look into a month later I still havent heard anything from them. Sad that they have thieves working for them.

Crooks stay away from these guys i got towed from the Vince Lombardi service plaza they charged me 1400 dollars for a 5 mile tow got towed from there last month it was only 675 with another company then they charge you an extra 40 dollars to pay them because terrible they also claim that their prices are set by the State Police ,but when I talked to the State Police they said they have nothing to do with what they charge just liars and crooks

Lazy guy doesnt want to work. Called them to pick up my car and the guy on the phone said they are closed and gave an attitude. I Went there and they were open and got my car back no problem except the guy on the phone s attitude who was there. Leaving a review because another worker told me give us a five star review as I was leaving so here it is.

Due to the circumstance of my friend s car it was unfortunate it was towed but we did receive great customer service from the first receiver through the final bill payment. Their customer service was great and easy. They offer a payment via online to simplify things for some as well.

If I can give 0 stars I would ! Total rip off . I called them and was told they have no trucks available all day even though I was less the a mile from there yard. The cop on the seen called right after me and was told the tow truck will be there in 10 mins . This is because its extra $$$$$ for a police tow. i ask for a price before hand because everyone else in the are was around 700-1000 dollars . The driver directed me to the dispatch then the dispatch directed me to the driver. $1650 later and a extra 3 percent because you have to pay on the website. as i was trying to pay I was threating by the driver I have 10 mins to pay or he was taking my truck to the pound!!!! wooow
