Wasn t able to recieve help but dispatcher called back and explained the situation, whole team is working hard and getting as many jobs done possible. If you need help call them, they got your back.

Had a breakdown on my semi truck on the nys thruway, I called in to these guys to have it towed and awesome price! Zach got to me within 45 minutes of me placing the call and got me hooked up to the tow truck in about 25 minutes, I rode with him over to freightliner and he was a very personable, professional and all around great guy! I d definitely recommend Harding s heavy towing to my friends and family!

Two and a half weeks ago, my car stopped working completely, and between towing it here and there to be looked at by everyone and all their uncles, Harding Towing 2 has been extremely helpful. She stayed late for her shift and gave me a direct to her number just to be sure I got the help that I needed so bad. She absolutely went above and beyond for me today and I can t thank her and the gentleman who waited where my car was for a few minutes while I figured out what was going on and why my vehicle was in pieces. Thank you SO much for all of your help!

I have used Hardings Towing several times for a 98 Chevy Camaro. Each time the operator was great, being very careful with its low clearance. Whenever I have to call Roadside Assistance and see its a Harding truck I breathe a sigh of relief.

Thank You Hardings Towing for hiring a conscientious employee Ryan! Mid-November 2019 and with one of the coldest snaps Rochester has had so far, we sat for 4+ hours in the city of Rochester (from 6PM to 11:30PM) waiting for Roadside Assistance arranged tow trucks to pickup our disabled car for a tow to a Canandaigua dealership. After many failed attempts to track other towers sent to tow us, Ryan showed up with an upbeat attitude on such a bitterly cold night. It was the end of his shift and he was still willing to tow our car to the dealership in Canandaigua. very rude office staff. When I called to find out why a trip that should have taken 10 minutes took half an hour, a woman with a loud and very winey voice answered that the car was buried behind 4 others and it took time to get ours out. Maybe thats true, but why did she have to hang up on me.? There are plenty of other people who need jobs who could easily do it, with courtesy.

Called at noon to set up service for 2 pm was late to my apt with my car had to reschedule and now I have to pay again for the service. Dont recommend this place at all.

My organization were working on a car in preparation for our organizations CAR SMASH fundraiser. Now theyve towed our car without permission and we have to pay $125 plus towing to get it released. Thanks to Hardings, we will struggle to earn money from fundraiser.

Never used them never will. !! Driver was erratic driving on the high way swerving unsafely , he purposely pulled over to next lane to curse at me and give me the finger. Granted I had kids in the car, He claimed I was tailing him???How as big as his truck was on top of having a Full size suburban on his bed no way I could even see around him or for him to barely see behind. Must of been having a bad day! Very rude nasty scary man. Police will be called next time I have video!!!

If your in this companys area and need help (24 hr road side assistance ) just call... My class c rv caught a bolt in one of the duallys ... DJ came 45 minutes to where I was and the tire was changed in like 10 minutes!!! And the price was seriously reasonable. I will use this service if I ever need to in the future . Thank you to a real company and not over charging us in need.

AS AN OWNER OPERATOR, I WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY! here is why... I am a Canadian owner operator(Commercial vehicle) I was towed by Hardings Towing from Rochester NY to Buffalo NY. I have requested two service one tow truck for my truck and a truck to haul my trailer. The gentleman who haul the trailer was very professional in what he does but the other man(apparently hes the manager)with an accent believed to be Hispanic was EXTREMELY RUDE... not only that he was speeding as a result of his reckless driving damaged my truck some of the body parts of my truck yanked off missing... was a nightmare. When I spoke to him about it, he accused me that it is my fault because I questioned him why did tow from the front of my truck. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT! The trick is, they will make sure that you pay them first then the game starts. I WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.

They were supposed to pick up a car never showed up so i called and the lady on the phone hung up on me then blocked my number then i got through using another phone abd she screamed at me stating they were not doing it. Very rude and unprofessional wouldnt even let me talk to a supervisor

Absolute nightmare experience with this company. Through roadside assistance, tow truck driver showed up on time and was great, I gave him my keys. 20 minutes later I received a phone call from him telling me he made a mistake and wanted me to come see it. He told me it was 100 percent his fault he hooked the car up at a wrong angle, my car fell off the tow truck smashed into another car. He told me to take pictures and told me he was uploading pictures of what happened onto his companies job card, he also apologized multiple times. I immediately filed a claim with my insurance and after two weeks of not hearing anything from Harding s, I called them. I received no apology, the office manager who cut me off and told me to hold on multiple times as I calmly explained the problem to him. He mansplained a bunch of made up lies and ended up telling me it was my fault and that steel and aluminum don t screw together and I have faulty equipment (apparently Harding s has never towed a Volkswagen before??) This is clearly a lie as my front bumper is cracked from falling off the truck for being hooked up at the wrong angle. He said the tow truck driver was young and new and should not have said it was his fault. He said they would cover my deductible and asked me to come pick up a check, but also sign a paper saying I would take no further action and that the accident was my fault. Obviously this was an immediate red flag. After finally getting in touch with their insurance company it turns out this company was not even supposed to be towing my car, they were sub-contracted through motor club towing. I get that mistakes happen and I am glad the driver or anyone else did not get hurt but the worst customer service and overall a very shady business.

Slow slow slow. Do not call this tow company!! ETA was 1 hour...Waited over 4 hours for them to arrive. They kept saying another 10 or 20 mins. 12pm in Fairport on a Wednesday in July.

13 minutes away 6.8 miles never showed up after an hour

Had a tow scheduled 8-9 AM on Tuesday morning, truck showed up right around 8:45, was polite and professional, got me to where I needed to be for my salvage inspection, took good care of my car, cant ask for anything more.

Had to wait 2 hours for them to pick up my car even though they said it would be 60 minutes. The tow truck driver went to the wrong place to pick up the vehicle. Then he brought my car to the wrong shop. Do not use this place.

Very poor customer service called for tow at 7:36 pm it is now 1:54am still no truck I was told their trucks were dispatched o an accident n the expressway and it would take 30 more mins called and called last call I was hung up on then I called back again o someone telling e they never received dispatch, I would never recommend his company o anyone the guy actually old me to call back in the morning Im like it says you all are 24hrs smh worst service ever received through any company i am beyond livid.

I called my insurance co,state farm road side I need a tow. Hardings tow was sent.At first Hardings said my pick up would be at10:53 am.After a few calls to see why over an hour and 1/2 late a Harding truck pulled into my home.I asked way so late.The driver got mad and left with out my truck!!!

Arrived quickly, got the work done with no problems. If needing a jumper start, I have had no better experience. Thank you Hardings Towing. The technician that arrived was polite and professional. I saw the truck arrive, but he turned the corner before I could flag it down. Almost immediately, a call came in asking where I was in the parking lot. We quickly connected and got the car started. A much better experience than the last time Allstate Motor Club sent out service man (to change a flat). Thank you Hardings; thank you Allstate.

Worst ever!!!!. A simple flat tire turned into a nightmare! The bum stripped my lug nuts, did not have or know how to use the proper tools. Made my car inoperable for days because the parent company was not open over the holidays and when I went to get my car I had to pay out of pocket instead of them stepping up and handling their mistake they walked away and I had to process it through the insurance company, who had to investigate, and process information on a mistake that simply did not take all that. What a joke they are along with Agero the main roadside assistance company that sent them. Never again!!!!

I want to thank you for the prompt & friendly service that I received Fri. Feb. 12th on the Parkway at the Latta Road exit. It was a very snowy evening. Many cars were having difficulty getting around. My car slid off the Parkway & had a blowout of both front tires. I called GEICO roadside assistance. They sent Hardings Towing. A nice driver showed up. Im having trouble remembering the his name, though. He said it would take him 90 mins. ( to get to me ) because of the weather. It only took him 20 to 30 minutes. He took me & my car right to Goodyear on Dewey Ave. I asked him if I could give him a tip or something. But, he declined. I had a good towing experience! Thanks!

I called in this after and requested to hav my daughters vehicle towed from my home to a repair shop, i was given a 2 hour window for them to pick up the vehicle after 3 hours waiting for them I called only to find out that they supposedly transposed my phone number and based on the number I was calling from the took down the number and messed up a digit. This would have been fine except, the number I called from was not the number I gave for them to call and when I said that to the manager he said oh then the number you gave was off transposed by one digit.....I was not happy, I had a time crunch to get the vehicle delivered to the shop and I was concerned it would not be at the shop before they closed for the day. Anyway I was assured the tow truck would be there within 20 mins I asked if he was sure and was told yes. They never arrived. I called to cancel because there was no way it would meet the closing time for the shop I have been a loyal customer of Harding Towing, I even recommended them to family and friends. I will never do that again. I missed the appointment that took me several days to get scheduled and my daughter will not have use of he rear until the end of the week. I am so irritated, to top it off the manager was condescending on the phone. Anyway my money will spend at another company who understands the value in providing good customer service.

My truck stopped on me at 6:06pm, I called and spoke to my insurance company. Harding was dispatched, I received a confirmation text stating that theyd be to me at 7:15pm. 7:30pm no Hardings. I called the insurance company at 7:43 to see what the hold was, per Hardings there was an accident they had to dispatch their truck(s) to. My questions were did they one truck or did they dispatch 5 or more trucks to one accident? I was asked if I could wait 30 more minutes.....really had no choice. I let them know I had my child with me and it was very cold. That didnt matter. 8:19 still no Harding, again I was asked if I could wait another half hour for whatever reason. Not to mention I had to pay out pocket for this horrendous service. I call again, same old sing and dance, I apologize about this delay, please itll be 30 minutes. Im past livid at this point. 8:43 still nothing. Im freezing, windows are fogged up, my child is wrapped up. I get a called to asked if I mind leaving my truck on the side of a busy street during a drunk fest weekend. NO THANK. Not ecceptable. I get the location of a driver, finally, and they are on their way at 9:13. The driver makes it to me at exactly 9:36 pm.

Hardings accepted the job to help me via Hyundai roadside assistance. I waited 2 hours for them to show when they gave me a wait time of 90 minutes. I called hyundai back, then Hyundai called Hardings, Hardings then said they were too busy to help me and cancelled the job. Thanks a lot for leaving me stranded! Now I am waiting another 90 minutes for someone else to come help. Meanwhile my kids are waiting for me at at home for their dinner and for me to tuck them in, and its already 8pm.

Called them to get my battery replaced, which is clearly listed on their website as a service they perform, and the guy on the phone says, We dont do that...thats it. He couldnt care less that my car wont start, so hopefully I will never have to come in contact with this company again. Would not recommend them at all!
