This was my first experience with Acchino Auto Body. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced. The service and the work was by far the best I’ve had in years. I have had a few bad experiences with tire shops in Rome New York, I highly recommend this business my truck drives soooo smooth no vibrations at all. This was my second experience with this shop. I can honestly and full heartily know that I have genuine Mazda parts on my vehicle and not manufactured parts ! How do I know? Because the shop owner and its employee's go the extra mile and fight for their customers. They don't want to put manufactured (copied parts made cheap in china) on my SUV, truck, car, or yours. They will negotiate with your insurance rep until your car has the best possible parts your insurance allows. And if you cant have manufactured parts, they are going to keep you in the loop about what's going on with your vehicle from drop off to pick up. Its just obvious why they have been in business so long, they know what the hell they are doing, and doing it well ! Thank you for great service to our community.
I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for ACCHINO'S staff [Jim, Ken, and Lisa too]! Unfortunately, my car was in need to be repaired after it was hit by a heavy-duty truck while parked and unoccupied! Ken and Lisa were able to ensure that all of the necessary paperwork was completed through the insurance company as well as to ensure that I had a loaner car readily available! I am totally pleased with the completion of my car's auto body work, it looks phenomenal!
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car but Acchino Auto Body. Excellent work and customer service. The owner is a gem, just like family! They make you want to come back.
The best place to bring your vehicle in the area. They do top notch work. Anyone that brings their car for repair to a body shop because they participate with their insurance carrier is asking for aftermarket parts and subpar work. But I guess not everyone uses their brain. Just go to Acchinos and get your vehicle done right. Great people too.
Jim and Ken and the other staff are always so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else. They never cut corners and are always very thorough. My family has been taking our cars here for repair for many years. Truly outstanding.
They fixed my car after I was t-boned by a guy who ran a stop sign. Good experience all around, very friendly, answered all my questions, dealt with my insurance company, finished the work on time and the quality of the work was excellent. 100% satisfied.

You were able to move things around and fit me into your schedule early so I could have my car on vacation. Jim, Kenn and all of the staff were very polite and helped me put up with a terrible insurance company. My family and I bring our cars to Acchino Auto Body. They have always taken care of us and do great work. One of the last remaining shops with integrity. Ill never forget how they did right by my grandparents, myself as a teenager and now as an adult. If its work on my car that I myself cannot do, only Acchinos will touch it.
Very friendly staff. Called and talked to Ken. He scheduled for my vehicle to be towed in when I couldnt get through to Geico my insurance. Will update after the work is done.
Have taken 3 cars there for deer damage. Every car has come back looking like a brand new car. Very professional and courteous.

Top notch collision service/work. They held my insurance companys feet to the fire to ensure everything was OEM (and they told me up front the insurance co would nickel and dime us with cheap after-market parts). Wish they could have gotten it done faster, but they still made it within the initial time they quoted.

Their website states open until 5 pm on Fridays, but the shop manger states they close down at 4:30 pm and are not available after 4:30 pm.
I was in a car accident during a winter storm and i was able to come and get a quote quite easily and was explained what needs to be done and how long. They are very polite and treats you like family almost like a uncle that is there to help when in need. I would refer my friends and family anytime.

They were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with when I was in a traffic accident and needed work done. They even worked with the insurance company so I didnt have to. Work that they did was excellent as well, absolutely no complaints.

Just received my vehicle back from Acchino Auto Body and am wonderfully happy. My insurance company was going to total my vehicle because of the cost (and that was not a complete estimate because the hood was locked down where the deer struck the vehicle). Acchinos provided a detailed estimate which was only $800 more than what the insurance company was projecting. I am very pleased with the work. I had used them 12 years ago when my other vehicle had a deer incident and the team at the body shop was just as good. My mothers vehicles have made use of Acchinos and would have loved to used them for her recent repairs but her insurance sent her elsewhere. I was in shock when I hit the deer and now I am happily shocked that the vehicle looks like new and it is a 2003 Toyota Camry.
