I did an online order . I received everything I ordered and in a timely fashion!!

I like how they have the inside looking great but ever since they changed out sometimes it s hard to find it so I would have to ask associate hey I m looking for this. Where is it? Typical Walmart. Most of the time they have a good selection but seem to be out of something I need every week. The store is clean and the associates are mostly friendly. Early mornings are best to avoid the slipper and pajama people. I really liked the self checkout until they got rid of them, now its a mad dash to try and unload your car and then bag up your own stuff while the cashier piles it all up because of course there arent bags anymore either.

I HATE WALMART! THEY NEVER EVER GET A PICK UP ORDER CORRECT!

There should be a sign on the door when they close an entrance.

not enough cashiers, prices are good.

I only had 4 items and had to wait 15 minutes for a checkout to be available. They only had 3 self checkouts open.

Getting harder to find some items (not stores fault) but the prices are still pretty reasonable. For the most part, not a bad place to shop. So much quicker going right when they open up. Not as congested.

Not only has it been a pain lately getting things cause their always out of stock, now you have to take forever to find out where they relocated EVERYTHING cause they decided to rearrange the whole store AGAIN . So now I just try not to go there if I dont need to.

Theyre getting better. They most usually have cashiers open.. Theyre not getting better with running out of product.

Very poor. I had to wait on line for check out , behind 12 other shoppers while an employee stood next to an open register, with NO customers because it was reserved for Walmart plus customers. Also , many empty shelves.

I think walmart is a great place to shop you can get everything you need

Servey was fast and easy.

A bit crowded and very little open cash registers, but otherwise its great.

Very typical Wal-Mart. It doesnt seem as big as other supercenters. I went about 8am on a week day and they were very well stocked in the grocery section. Watch out if you are buying prepackaged vegetables I went to buy salad and more than a few were past date.

Good selection, good prices, but staff friendliness is hit or miss.

Love the new remodeled stores ! They actually look like a really nice grocery store now ! There stores look a lot nicer now and shelves are generally more filled.

the Utica Walmart I was in was clean and well stocked The Rome Walmart needs some hand sanitizer put on the walls by the cart corrals, very unsanitary not to have anything for the cart handles!

So tired of empty shelves. Small to no product options. I go to other stores in town for items I used to buy here. Good thing you have so many stores to keep you floating because your getting in store customer experience wrong on many levels

Walmart sucks. They are no longer a fierce competitor their prices dont beat out anybody. They sold out to the liberal agendas and now they suck suck suck. Why do I go there? Not many options. But I do think Hannford offers a better environment.

One of the worst Wally Worlds Ive shopped at!! Customer service is poor, and grumbling workers can be heard everywhere!! Then again, if I worked at Walmart, Id be grumbling too!! Lets be honest...they dont treat their employees well at all!! I know this first hand, because my good friend works at the Rome Wally world, and they treat her like garbage!! Dont even get me started on the management here...THEY DONT CARE!! The shoppers seem to be a bother to them!! Its all about profit profit profit!!!! I only shop Wally world in an emergency!!! I dont like to add to the billions of record profits of the Walton family!! They can care less about their dedicated hard working employees that get them their billions of dollars!! Sad! Pathetic!!

Very clean Walmart. This store is well stocked. We were able to find what we needed without any problems. The staff that helped us were very friendly.

Garbage waited 35 minutes for online pick and 10 other cars showed up after and got helped before me and 2 of the cars had 2 employees. the order was ready 10 minutes before I showed up

Normally I avoid going to Walmart but I had to stop in for some birthday supplies. I needed a item put in manually but all the cashier at the self checkout wanted to stand their an staring at me rather than actually helping me. I always pay for my stuff an unfortunately I had to leave a dress I wanted an I liked very much. Thanks so much for the help like not. An this is why others use online shopping or shop at other stores.

How about having the store being stocked after closing hours instead of millions of boxes in the way and workers pushing by people to stock

It s been hard trying to find everything now due to everything being moved around, but I usually find everything I need here!

Walmart is hit or miss on prices, canned foods, dry foods and other food products are priced reasonably. The produce and meats are pricey and I can get better products for better prices at other local stores. No changes since my last review.

Prices keep going up

My intentions were to run into my local Walmart, grab the two items we needed, and get out. LOL Stay far far away from there today, it is crowded, and stinky. My first stop was deodorant, by the time I got to the isle itself, its only to the right of the doors 8 or 9 aisles, I was bumped/backed up into by 3(2 of the 3 lacked basic personal hygiene) separate people, 4 diff times! I get to the aisle and as Im bent over in front the shelves trying to find the kind that I use, well I will be damned,as Im being hit in the back with carts and cust. trying to get down the aisle, a female WALMART EMPLOYEE decided that it was easier to stock the shelves that were to the left of me, off a cart that was to the right of me, by just repeatedly pushing in between myself and the shelves (which wouldnt have been half as bad if I wasnt getting rammed into EVERY TIME I had to get out of her way! I said excuse me (nicely), to the Walmart employee, the 2nd time, I said excuse you in an upset tone, the third, fourth, and fifth time (now its taking me forever to find it because Id just spent 3-4 min trying to move up for a cart, or customer itself, and move back for the Walmart employee to get through(shes restocking whatever 2 AT A TIME, so she was always pushing herself through!) If I didnt move, she wouldnt try to GO AROUND me with all those customers (and smells) trying to go through, she would just inch closer and closer to me, saying that she works there and she needs to restock this item that that was the reason for all the crowds!?! Huh? I would end up 2-3 ft down from where I needed to be! Eventually I just grabbed something that would work for that minute, and later I went somewhere else to get my make-up and hygiene products!! **2024 UPDATE** EMPLOYEES STILL DOING TOO MUCH! I ran in this morning.. for eggs... Yeah with my arms full of wax melts 15 min later I went to go grab a cart and off to my right theres a front end worker practically sprinting towards me. I walk up and dumped my melts in the cart and just shook my head. I cant begin to count how many minutes of my life ive wasted letting a Walmart employee go through my bags and check my items as Im trying to get out the door, not 1 item has ever escaped my attention and been missing from my receipt. Walmart greeters have turned into security stalkers. Which is why I barely shop there anymore!

During the snow storm in Rome New York, after I completed my shopping. I found myself unexpectedly stranded. But to my surprise 2 of Walmart Employees Cas & Kat made sure I got home safely.

Not a review for the entire Walmart , just a employee who said her name was Christine , My Gf tried grabbing her attention politely, and she stared her in the eyes and continued walking away, so after grabbing our item , I caught up with said employee, asked her name , she said Christine and I said thank you I ll keep that in mind and walked away , which caused her to laugh . Maybe if ur going to work in a public area , work on ur social skills Christine , how do we as teenagers have more manners and respect then someone who looks like they have two kids , probably 30 years older then us , be so impolite. To be honest that s probably why Christine is still working at Walmart at her age instead of doing something better with her life . We get it u only make 15-20hr , u don t wanna deal with some snotty teens , but that doesn t give u the right to act some how worse than most teens our age .

Horrible they treat everyone like a Excon I check out finally get to the door an the door greater wants to check my receipt and paw threw my food well she tried but I stopped her an walk out then security approached me a told me i have to come with them to costumer service because they believe I didnt pay for some items an they jus wanna make sure i said go to hell i got 3 kids waiting for me at home i jus spent almost 2 hours there getting a few things for dinner an the self check is a joke i kept walking to my truck the man proceeded to fallow until i told him thats not a good idea u wont like the out come of it if ya do he stopped at the doors an watch me leave two days later i have a cop at my door tryi g to serve me a ticket for stealing witch i got thrown out an now im filing a law suite for deformation of characters an loss wages for missing work due to court because of this i will never shop at rome walmart every employee there should be fired an store shut down if i could give negative stars it woild be -100,000

We usually shop here if we need something at Walmart.. The store is usually very organized and well kept. Since they have refaced the store I thought it would remain clean and organized.. Not the case!!! This store was a WRECK, empty boxes everywhere, on the shelves, in the isles. The only employees we saw was up front at check out, Oh wait self check out and might I add he had earbuds in and wasnt very interested in answering our question. Honestly I have never seen this store in such disarray. We will be rethinking our next shopping visit to this specific store.

This particular wally world is clean and deli, and bakery is top-notch. I went through the checkout as I am not a fan of self checkout. The woman was nice and thoughtful. A very pleasant experience. The only downside for me was items I used to get there they no longer sell.

Worst place .over charged again. Cashiers bang you 2x for same item several times.

Andrew in auto was amazing and assisted me without any issues. He was positive even when his fellow coworker Megan was complaining about having 2 in store service appointments to do tomorrow on Easter. He kept saying how they d get it done because the have dedicated workers and it would work out.

I didnt give it 5 stars because whenever i go in for one thing, i end up with a basket full. haha good clean store. nice peeps at the pharmacy.
