I dropped my 2018 Subaru Legacy off at The Shop, it was pretty dirty both inside and out after a long winter. I was blown away when I picked it up! They returned it in showroom condition! They detail both of my cars and I m always amazed by their work. If you need a car detailing, give The Shop a try you won t be disappointed. Last year they put a ceramic coating on my new SUV. That turned out to be a good investment too!

UPDATED REVIEW: I continue to say their work is great but unfortunately over the part two months the administration of the business is terrible. I ve paid for my services in order to pick up my cars. Even with proof of payment they have an automated system that is sending me constant demands for a payment that was made in full. I ve responded with proof of payment from my credit card via email (no response) and just called to deal with a total a-hole who acted like he was doing me a favor taking the car. won t recommend unless there is new management put in place. I live about 45 minutes away but the distance is worth traveling for this business. Their garage is so clean I think you could eat on the floor. The work they do on my car and truck is exceptional. I couldn t be more pleased and have used them a couple of times and the work has always been perfect.

I am 100% satisfied with the outcome of my truck. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Great job on detailing my 2006 Pontiac Solstice last spring. They sent my aluminum rims out to be refinished and they came out looking brand new at a fraction of the price of having to buy new ones. You wont be disappointed with the quality of the work they do here !

They did an amazing job of getting tree sap and bird droppings off of my car, and making the paint look brand new and swirl free. I dropped it off at 8AM, and by 3:30 it was done and ready for pickup. I will definitely be using them again

I made the appointment the night before because my son got sick in the car. My husband and I dropped it off the night before using the key drop box. My appointment was at 8am the next day it took them all of 8 hours which was expected. When I picked up my car I didn t think it was mine. I have 3 teenagers and a toddler you can imagine what it looked like !! Derek was awesome and patient at pick up. 10 out of 10 would go again ! Thank you The Shop !! Wish I had a better picture but go there and spend the money !!

My car looks brand new! I brought it in, after some food was spilled inside, with hopes that they could get the smell out. They got the smell and every speck of dirt inside. Seems like they did a complimentary wash on the outside also. Highly recommended!!!

Car was clean but the seat was broken and stuck all the way forward. I have a hard time believing they didn t notice the seat no longer worked when they moved the car. Now stuck waiting for the dealer. Lesson learned.

This place is the best! They detailed a 2002 Vette I was selling and it looked and smelled better than new. It was spotless. I will be bringing them my regular car for a spring cleanup, because I can t come close to cleaning it up as well as they can. It s well worth it to leave it to the pros.

Had paint correction done along with polishing and ceramic coating. This is the second car I ve had done at The Shop. Both my vehicles are black so they show every bit of dirt, scratches, swirls you name it. The results I ve gotten with both my cars is nothing short of fantastic !!! I have never been more thrilled from a service than when The Shop Automotive took my car in. For months I was contemplating bringing it into an auto repair shop to fix the scratches all over the hood and around the car but knew that it would cost an arm and a leg Dawud assured me that the team could take care of that and get my car looking brand new again inside and out. For a very reasonable cost. He explained the process from start to finish and even showed me first hand examples of the work they would be doing from other cars so that I could see the results right then and there. From my first conversation and meeting with Derek it was great. When my car was delivered to t he dealership in Glens Falls, Derek met my wife and I there and took the car via his trailer to The Shop. One day while in the area of the Shop I stopped by to see the progress of the car All the staff were just like Derek, kind, knowledgeable and very fair. John gave us the tour and it was most impressive. In summary, they have my business forever. Derek returned all my texts and emails immediately and called my cell phone when we had to discuss a few more things, I have a funeral home business with multiple cars and Derek will be the one as well as his staff to do anything with these other vehicles. If you are looking to do something with your car or truck regarding the services the Shop offers you will be most satisfied and well taken care of . The service could not have been much better

I have been trying to get a response for a simple quote on some work that was said they could do 8 days ago after stopping by in person. I met with the manager I believe and not the owner (which is the reason for the extra star). It has been mostly phone tag and Im too busy or Ill let you know tomorrow responses everyday since, when he does decide to pickup. Had a car issue that I was told in person would be no problem, that they could handle (although I was flexible if they could only do partial, etc). I would have had no problem booking something weeks out if there was nothing available sooner, since like most places right now, they are very busy. Instead I have been ignored and forgotten as I waited with a damaged vehicle for confirmation by quote that they could provide the services needed. Would have much preferred they say they cannot handle me now or do not want my business so I could have moved on and accepted the work elsewhere. Id understand that as maybe my car is not as high end for what they deal with. This review does not pertain to work done at the shop, which by reading reviews Im sure is great. This is just to make others aware about being mislead and a lack of professionalism and care for others time.

Never took out seats from stow and go position when they knew kerosene had been spilled in the car. When we raised seats There was puddles of kerosene and the seats were covered with it

The Shop did amazing work on my 19 stinger. I booked an appointment with them to get the level 2 ceramic coating package. Booking was simple and easy. They were very transparent in the pricing and what each package included. It may seem expensive, but the quality of work they provide is amazing. I was absolutely blown away when I went to pick up my car. I purchased the car used with a handful of scrapes and nasty rash on the rear wheel fender. The Shop was about to clean everything up so that it looks brand new. The ceramic coat itself was so worth it. I dont have a covered spot to park, so my car is exposed to what is dripping off the trees, from sap to leaves, to bird poo. The ceramic coat makes it so much easier to wash off. Definitely worth it for me. Overall Ill be recommending this place to friends and family. Great overall experience.

The owner Duwad was fantastic, he explained everything they did detailing my vehicle. Exceptionally clean inside and they cleaned the exterior also, at no extra charge. He also gave me instructions to finish drying out the rugs. I will definitely tell friends and family to use his service if they need to.

Very professional and friendly staff. Brought car in for an interior detail and cleanup. When we got the car back there were a few spots that had been missed, but when we raised our concerns they were very apologetic and immediately took the car back. Interior was spotless the 2nd time around!
