I always have a great experience when getting my oil changed. Everyone is kind, helpful and they get the job done quickly. They offer their advice on what extra maintenance could be done but don t pressure me which I appreciate.Thanks for all you do!

Update to a visit today (3/27/25). Been going here for at least 5 years now and the guys here are awesome. Like the fact that the same people continue to work here and remember you. They fully explain things and give you honest feedback whether you need to replace something right away or if it still has some life to a part, fluid that you can take care of next visit. They also try and save you money when they can by applying coupons, etc even if you dont have one. Highly recommended location!

When to get oil changed I had a blade to put on the back of my car they told me that my blades had all been Changed I get home and realized the back blade was not Changed I get back and the manager try to give Excuses and Blame It on Everybody else in the shop but I had asked him did you CHANGE the rear wire blade he assured me that it had been Changed would not trust them make sure you Check Everything they do

I have been back and forth 17 years with this organization and my dealership only because of my warranty on my car being covered through the dealership but When I cant get into my dealership this has always been my go to place! Not only because its across the street from me but because of the amazing staff I have met and the great customer service the Manager Alfonso Moreno has given me over the years. He has been here for years and he has trained some amazing respectful young men under his wings. Ive never had an issue with being over charged or thrown unnecessary purchases at me due to me being a woman and coming in alone all the time. When you are a customer and bond with the employees they know who you are coming through the door. It was about over a year since I been back up until today and Alfonso knew my name and who I was as I walked in despite changing my looks. Overall Great Service, personalities, prices, amongst other things.

Really nice staff but they refused to give me non synthetic 5w20 on my jeep cherokee. I have never had synthetic oil in my jeep....the owners manual states non- synthetic oil...oh well...their loss!

I recently had a great experience at Grease Monkey. The staff was extremely friendly and professional.

Being female, I often run into car mechanics who take advantage of the fact that I dont know much about cars. This crew felt as though they were honest and they were very kind and polite. I recommend this particular Grease Monkey over the other Grease Monkey in RLB.

Why are you guys using base motor oil from a drum? Synthetic.

I went in and was told the cost of an oil change & I mentioned that I had a coupon The person said theyd take care of it at the register. When I get to the register, they check the coupon and say they dont take it - a $30 coupon from Grease Monkey. After arguing woth the manager for 10 min, I got $25 off but feel they still owe me $5. If he had checked the coupon when I brought it up and said they wont take it, that would be a different story. But by saying later at register, he just accepted that coupon.

Very dedicated in his work, super honest about my van issues, which I appreciate so much. I recommend him to anyone who needs help with their vehicles. He is a great asset for this company and any company that he would work at.

Great experience overall. They showed me everything they did. Didn t try to crazy upsell me and didn t tell me something insane was wrong with my car. They showed me some recommended maintenance but did not pressure me in any way. I have had horrible experiences with mechanics in the past so this was like walking into a completely different world. I will definitely be back.
