Horrible Customer Service . Made an appointment for today at 12pm . No one shows up at 12 so i called and was told that they had an emergency and could not make it till later . I never received a text or call to let me know . I have been waiting for nothing. The person on the phone had such a negative attitude . I canceled my appointment . There is no way i will trust such a company with very poor service . Please stay away from this company .

Not very happy with last repair,used Oscar few times in the last,this time was expensive and not looking too good either,I even recommended him to my car people buy was expecting better,was quoted for a 4-5 hr job and it took him 2 hrs but pid the same

I had used Eddies PDR numerous times previously when Eddie was actually doing the work, I needed some work done to three of my four vehicles and called to have an estimate. Eddie sent OSCAR out, Eddie had previously quoted my Silverado hood for $75.00, I told OSCAR this and he started laughing, and said, No, at least $200.00 I said NO, and he started walking to Eddies van while continuing to laugh, I told OSCAR, keep laughing, that will get you a bad review...Because of this condescending attitude this guy has, I will never use Eddies PDR again. I will find another shop to service my FOUR VEHICLES!

I had a tree branch fall on my Tesla. It created 4 small dents in the front fender. He did a great job repairing it at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the result. Here are some before and after photos.

Expensive and not the greatest quality. My car had very minor dents and he tried to fix them but it ended up cracking the paint. Some of the dents were fixed fine. When he said it was done, i still had to point out a dent and using his tools seems like he overdid it and the paint got cracked and still you can see the dent. Not satisfied, wont recommend.

With no experience with dent removal I reached out to Eddie s, they were able to get out to my home to provide an estimate so quickly! Once I decided to move forward they were able to come out the next day!! Oscar was amazing and so professional and did all of my repairs from the comfort of my home. What a great experience. I visited a local body shop looking for PDR and they suggested Oscar from Eddies. I sent some pictures through on the website and got a call the following morning, looking to come out and do the work. Oscar jumped right into the work and in about 45 minutes a series of hood dents Ive been annoyed to look at for years were gone. It was shocking to see them just erased! Very polite, fair price, especially looking at it after and knowing it is done and was done fast. Ive been showing off the missing dent to family...which is weird, I know, but I like it!

I recommend this company 100%. Oscar repaired my door ding on my brand new vehicle that someone did a few days ago. They had an opening for an estimate within two days and did the repair that same day! It was a minor ding but it was in an area that had a crease. This is not something that is easy to repair when you are working with a dent on a crease! You can t even tell there was a ding! They are reasonably priced and come to your house! My husband inquired about a ding on his vehicle as well and it was also fixed in less than an hour! Oscar was early for the appointment and called upon his arrival which was awesome! Had a small Dent on a brand new car. They came out and did an excellent job and completely remove the Dent.. The price was way better than some of the bigger auto body repair shops. Great experience!

Oscar is amazing, a total magician in his craft of PDR! I recently bought a time capsule 2002 limited edition collector car with super low miles thats in mint condition with the exception of a small vertical crease-like dent on the driver rear quarter and a small ding on the passenger rear quarter and Oscar popped them out like they were never there. I also had a small ding on the passenger front fender of my daily driver and Oscar magically made that one disappear as well. I wish I took pictures to post. I definitely recommend this company and theyll be my only call for any dents or dings that dont need to go to a body shop.

Frankie and Oscar were great to work with! They took care of the dent on my Type R no problem. I was very worried about it. I thought I would need a new fender.... I was so happy I even ordered in some Pizza! Great company!

Prices are more expensive than auto body shops. I used them before on other vehicles and thought it was very expensive... I called them back to see what they could do on another vehicle and ended up asking them to leave after price was given. Found someone else to fix for half the price. Car looks great now and saved ton of $$$$

I accidentally put a dent in the fender of my car, while straightening up my garage. The car was brand new, and I was near to having a break-down when I saw the small, but deep and obvious dent. I called Eddies dent repair, they were able to fix it the same day, for a low cost. The workmanship is incredible, I thought there would be some sign of the repair; it was flawless! I recommend them to anyone who is as clumsy as me, had their car hit by a shopping cart, or worse! -Matt

First time using Eddies services and it was very positive. He was quick to answer my email on a Sunday and Monday morning had the dent fixed. Oscar came to the house, quoted a fair price and fixed the dent within an hour. I certainly recommend Eddie and surely will get another dent in the future - I ll be using Eddie! Had a nasty door ding on my 2014 Explorer, that I hated for a long time. Finally decided to take care of it and Eddies made it disappear. I was skeptical but sure enough they made it look like it never happened. Great work!

Wow! Very happy with the the result of our paintless dent repair. After my daughter scraped the side of the garage with our new crosstrek I assumed that I d be heading to the body shop. Eddie s came out the next day and smoothed out a 7 inch crease in the paint and several previous dents. The repair is good as new!

I go to Ford shows with my pride and joy 2015 Mustang. When I bought it, there was a tiny little crease ding low on the left rear fender. It has always driven me a little nuts, but not quite noticeable enough to have fixed. This spring I removed the car cover off my Mustang in my garage to discover a serious crease/dent/ding in the edge of the right rear fender. I screamed! I dont know how it got there. It may have been me or another family member or our neighbors knocked something over while bringing in our garbage can for us while we were away during the winter on vacation (although I dont know what could have caused this dent). Anyway, I had to find someone to try and fix it. I googled and yelped and found Eddies. Eddie said he could have someone out later the same afternoon. I drove my Mustang to pick up something I needed for my house and a total stranger commented (seriously, this happened!), Hey, nice Mustang. Howd you get that dent though? Yeah, this dent had to go as soon as possible. Oscar called and said he was 40 minutes away. He arrived on time, backed in my driveway, and wheeled his cart of ding removal tools out. I had cleared out my garage to give him plenty of room to work. He said he could get both dings out, the new one and the old one. One hour later, he had worked his magic and both dings were completely gone. I couldnt even find them. Wow! The cost was much lower than a body shop would have charged and who knows if the paint would have matched. This pointless dent removal is like magic. Oscar was very personable and really did a fantastic job. If youre looking for the right people to fix your baby then Eddies is the place to call!

I had a mystery dent in my drivers side door of my 2017 Dodge Challenger. I call it a mystery because something hit me while driving and i still have no idea what it was. Since the car was basically brand new to me and I had only made one payment, I was practically in tears when it happened. To most it was minor but to me, it was all I could see. I called Eddies PDR because of all the 5 star reviews here and I am glad that I did. Oscar came out to my house at 8am sharp. He evaluated the dent, gave me a price, and went to work. Within roughly 40 minutes, he was done. The world was back on track now! He pointed out that the repair was only about 99% perfect as he didnt want to overwork the paint and risk cracking it. When directly pointing out the flaw, under perfect lighting, I could see a pin head size issue and that was more than OK with me. Since the work was so good, I also had him fix a minor ding in the passenger fender as well. Again, under perfect light, he pointed out that I actually had 3 small dings and repaired all three to perfection. I truly could have hugged that man for such a wonderful job. I tried to get a before photo but the dent did not show up on camera so the best I can do is provide an after photo. Good luck finding any issues now! Thanks so much Eddies PDR!!!

so my sons 6 month old jeep cherokee gets hit. the door and fender is messed up and really didnt want some body shop bondoing it up and not macthing paint. i called eddies and eddie himself answered. he said he would be at my house in 30 minutes and he was. 2 hours later my sons jeep looked like new. i will recommend him to everyone that needs his help.

I had 3 noticeable dents that I had put off for far too long. I reached out to them during my day off and they where able to take my car in that afternoon and got all dents removed in about an hr. Pricing was roughly about the same as in other shops but I just liked that they have an easy availability and got it done right the first time.

I just wanted to say how satisfied Im with Eddies. He was over in less than a hour and had the dent fixed in no time - perfectly! I took my car to a body shop and they wanted over $1100 to repair the dent by filling it and repainting it. Eddies was able to fix it with no problem and the price was much less. Had 2 dents in my front fender so I called up Eddies and they came straight to my house that next morning. They were on time, they got it done in less than and hour and it looks better than it did when it was new. Great people definitely will be calling them for anything else I need.

Great company to have work done on your vehicle. I called them in the morning and my truck was fixed by the afternoon for what I believe a fair rate for a high quality tedious job. Had a problem scheduling at first, but once he showed up, Magic started. Had 4 dents that I was aware of and he showed me other 2. fixed all of them in 40 mins , I cant even tell where they were. Amazing and will use again for sure.

I ended up with a dent on my left front wheel well and truly thought I would have to take it to a body shop for repair. I checked out paintless dent repair and found Eddies. With reading all the reviews, I called and scheduled a repair. Oscar came out to my house and repaired this dent in one of the most difficult areas to repair. He did OUTSTANDING work!!!!! Same with others here, I cant even tell where the dent was. Came to my house and fixed my car in an hour. Uploaded a before and after pics. He is a busy man, took a week and a half to book an appointment.

This guys will not show up to his appointments. I tired now two times. Do yourself a favor and find someone reliable.
